Fresco

I can't install Fresco. It's saying it's incompatible and "Update your operating system to install the most recent version of Fresco.", but my windows operating system is up to date.  It is current beyond the requirements.  This is so frustrating.  Please Help!!!!

It would be great to turn off the hand gestures or individual ones like the undo tap/swipe. I don't see a unique post for this but have seen ithis request within comments under other posts. Whenever I rest my hand on the screen, the undo action takes place. Most of the time I have already made a new mark and cannot redo the work already done. I have some minor hand deformities but it seems to be problematic for others as well. Thanks!

El programa dejo de mostrar el botón "+" para agregar mas fuentes. Probé reiniciar el programa pero sigue sin funcionar. Porque sucede esto?

I recently opened a file in Fresco and then quickly closed it again remembering that I needed to copy a layer from another file. Went and copied that layer and then when I came back, the first file was completely missing. All I did was open it and then close it again, and POOF it was gone! I can't find it on in my Cloud documents either! I had a document go missing a few months ago too, but that one I CAN see on my Cloud documents (although still not inside Fresco). What happened? How can I get my file back? It was an important one. Also, I'm scared of this happening again.

I'm having serious issues with my color selections. Here's my palette at the moment:Not only are many colors selected at the same time (as the bold outlines indicate), but the one at the far left of the first row is not always the last one to have been used like it's supposed to. Often, random colors become unselectable as well. Worst part is, when I select a color, the one that will be used by the brush is not the one I selected!I'm on version 5.5.5.Freshly re-installed.And it does this on all my drawings.Thanks in advance!

Buenas, acabo de instalar adobe fresco en mi Notebook Aspire 5, pero por alguna razón no me accede, se queda colgado al principio y luego se cierra. Los requisitos de mi notebook son 8 GBde memoria, Intel Core i7, Intel HD Graphics 620, tengo entendido que no deberia tener problemas al usar. Por favor si me pueden ayudar. Cuento con un plan de empresa. 

Bonjour,Je suis sur Windows 10, avec la dernière MAJ de Fresco installé.Ceci est un réel bug avec mon logiciel Adobe Fresco.Ayant une grande bibliothèque de polices installé (en local et aussi avec Adobe Font), je pense que cela me provoque un bug qui ne charge pas la totalité de mes polices sur Adobe Fresco. Je ne peux pas avoir accès à toutes mes polices d'écritures sur Adobe Fresco, je n'ai accès à quelques une, les premières qui commencent par la lettre A en tout cas.Lorsque je descends tout en bas de la liste de mes polices je n'ai que des polices d'écriture qui commencent par la lettre A :Et lorsque je clique sur "Plus de police" rien ne s'affiche : Comment résoudre ce problème ?

Hi, I have Fresco with the full subscription for private users on the iPad Pro 12.9 1TB and I still have a grear problem with the speed of the app. If I draw more complex images with many different surfaces (vector), the app takes "exponentially" longer to fill an surface with color. With the first 50 surfaces everything is still very very quick, but from 50 surfaces onwards, filling surfaces with colors takes a very long time. From 200 different surfaces onwards, the app takes minutes to load per small color surface. If you work on newer* images at the same time, everything works in comparison like in the beginning. It's similar with copy and paste. Fresco takes exponentially longer per action.  Is there a way I can fill in complicated pictures with lots of small surfaces, e.g. the scales of a fish, with colors without having to wait longer and longer per action?

I have created color library in Creative Cloud.The library has 22 'groups', each is a unique color palette with 3-6 colors, each is named accordingly (palette 1, palette 2, etc)When in Fresco on iPad, it took me restarting the entire iPad for the library to even show up. When it showed up it didn't respect the groups so I have one palatte with 113 colors. Has anyone successfully been able to get groups to show up in Fresco?I've included screenshots of both CC on mac and Fresco on ipad

Hi, I mistakenly uninstalled the adobe fresco app (version 1.8.1, the only one compatible with my surface go 2), the problem is that when I went to creative cloud to reinstall it that version was no longer there... there was only the most recent version (which is incompatible with my pc)... Does anyone know how I can get that version back?

I'm trying to open de windows Fresco today but it always block on the new document creation and then crashed.I tried to reinitialise Creative Cloud, reinstall Fresco and still have the same problem.Could you help me here?The version is 5.5.5 and my computer meets all the specifications for use.Thanks in advance.

Hola. Hace dos años empecé un proyecto con Fresco. Ahora quiero retomarlo, pero ha desaparecido todo lo que tenía hecho. Sólo tengo lo que guardé como jpg. Pero no logro acceder a lo que había hecho con capas. ¿Sabéis dónde se guarda y cómo puedo recuperarlo? Gracias.

How can I keep my vectorized layers in Fresco all at the same scale ? For example, when I draw a circle to a new layer and I scale that circle to fit the vector underlayer shape, I see in the main layer window that everything looks fine, but when I see the preview ( by going over the layer with my pencal ) of the new layer is of scale ! This "bug" is confirmed when I transfert everything in Psd, the vector layer is of scale and I have to ajust it manually. This os teally not practical when mart as multiple layers! Can some one as a solution for this? I would be bery grateful indeed! Thanks!Paul

Hi, I am constantly running into having trouble saving my document, constantly getting 'error code 2' and my work is not saved. I can't even work on the file for a few minutes and work is lost. Then when I try to open the file again (after work is lost) I receive an open message of 'does not appear to be a valid psd file fresco'. I duplicate the file and it opens, and then when I try to work on it again I can't save it, I receive an 'error code 2' again. I've tried starting over on a blank file and saving constantly but nothing seems to work, I receive these messages over and over again. It's getting to a point where I don't know if I can work in this program because I can't save my work. I've checked for app updates but I don't have any, app seems up-to-date. I'm on an ipad. Help!

Hi today I discovered all of my files disappeared. I he only used this account since I get Adobe through school. Can someone please help?

Creative Cloud says i'm using 5.2GB of my 5GB of storage. I have created two projects that combined use a whopping 22MB. I've downloaded some brushes but I can't imagine it's anywhere near 5GB. What could be the holdup and where can I look. This is ridiculous. 

I am tired of this app. I use Fresco a lot, its features are great, but it keeps on crashing for multiple reasons. I have a Microsoft Laptop Studio, 32Go RAM, Intel i7 3.30GHz and even though, very often (like multiple times a day) Fresco crashes when I create a blank file, or, most of the time when in the middle of drawing something. Some other times it's my stylus that suddenly isn't working anymore and I have to restard the app or the computer so it can work again. If anybody has experienced similar issues and resolved it, well thanks a lot for your advice. Otherwise, it's a real shame Fresco has great tool and features, but I am so tired of those issues preventing me from working efficiently, so I am considering buying another drawing softwares.

If I delete Adobe Draw from my iPad, will Fresco still be able to import and open Draw files? I would like to think all of my Draw files are already in the cloud, but before I delete all of my local files within my ipad, I would like to have some reassurance. As of today March 25. 2025, what ever I have in the cloud is all I have access to at this time anyway, is that correct? Further more, the fresco "import and open" and the cloud document folder within my fresco app labeled "Adobe Draw" both pull from the creative cloud when I open them, if I understand correctly. Apologies if I am not communicating clearly, I just want to make sure fresco on my ipad is not somehow acceessing any draw files that I might have on my ipad, and that I can go ahead and delete Adobe Draw to free up space.  thank you for your input. much appreciated. 

Hi, I'm working with a large file that's very important for my work as a professional illustrator. I went into Adobe Fresco this morning to continue my work and it's forever stuck on the 'Saving' screen, assuming it's still saving my progress from my last session? Right now, my Adobe Fresco is bricked and I don't have access to any of my older files or the one I'm working on (the one being saved) because it's stuck on the 'Saving' prompt. See attached screenshot below. I'm using iPadOS 15.4 with the latest version of FrescoMy internet speed is fast and consistent so it's not an issue with my internet connection. Things I've tried:I have tried quitting Fresco and opening it againI have tried restarting my iPad and opening Fresco again. Please help me get access to Fresco and my files again!!

I am trying to export a vector file but it's always blurring. I saw post suggesting 300 ppi and 3240x5760 but that doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm trying to export it in png and I'm using vector brushes. It's simple line work that would be used for digital purposes like websites, ads, and social banners. 

I am new to this program, but when i group layers in a folder, usually double clicking opens the folder right? it used to do that but now it just opens the layer options tab, and i cant find how to resolve this  

I was watching a video about digital lettering made with Fresco and I don't know if it's clear from the video (I timestamped it) but I noticed the artist is able to change the angle of the brush after each stroke, without going to the brush settings every time. Hello,  I was using Adobe Fresco $10 yearly subscription on my iPad, but it ended unexpectedly, and I didn't receive any notification to renew. Now, I am trying to renew my subscription for another year in the App Store, but I only see a bundle option for Photoshop and Fresco for $79.99. I only need Fresca for $10, not Photoshop.  Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have noticed that other people have experienced similar problems. Thank you.

Fresco 3.8 brings to you new vector brush capabilities that allow you to create hollow or ‘outline’ brushes. You can increase/decrease the size of the interior via the Width ratio slider. It helps you to easily scale and add depth to your strokes.    1. The new vector outline brushes are available under shape dynamics.
