Fresco

Yesterday i discovred a major bug with the "hide all other layers" feature, which i can repliacte 100% of the time. If you have multiple motion layers with multiple frames per layer, and try to "hide all other layers", Fresco will only allow you to draw on the spesific frame that was selected. Even though you can see all the frames on the layer, Fresco will tell you "cannot cant draw on a hidden layer". Hiding the whole layer and revealing it again does not help. Still theres only 1 frame on the entire layer that fresco lets you draw on. Only solution i could fine was either quitting out and save the document, then it worked as it should when i loaded back in. Or you have to select the next frame in the layer and press "hide all other layers" again, rinse and repeat for all the frames on the layer, but be careful with this! This is what I ended up doing yesterday, and it caused a save error #02?. The document refused to save no matter what and I ended up losing 2 hours of work. &n

Hello, i was drawing for ours in Fresco and suddenly the app crashed and when i restarted it and opened my project, this showed upi don't have photoshop, and i tried to go back to previous versions but all the layers stay flatten.how can i solve this issue?thanks in advance.

I installed Fresco last night and at first it went fine for an hour. After an hour, it began to crash after a few minutes of usage without beign triggered by anything specific like specific tools or adjustments. FYI my display adaptor is the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 and I'm using Windows 11. I talked to an agent about this and they gave me a link to install a previous version of Fresco but it's nowhere near as good (the brushes and features were a massive downgrade) and I was hoping if anyone knew a solution which meant I could use Fresco 5.5.0 (or just a fairly recent version) without it crashing?

earlier today, i was working on a project, (ios app latest ios) i came out in & out of the project as usual, waited for the synched green tick, tapped on the project, load bar got to the end thena little message of "Fresco is unable to open this document. Please contact support."  which i've never seen before today. tapped the project a couple more times message said the same thing, i then noticed there was an app update needed anyway, and it opens fine now, but as i've never ever seen that message before i was just interested wondering what could have caused it in the first place for future reference?, synching issue? possibly, large file?, a wifi drop in connection? etc any info on why it might have happened etc, would be appreciated, cheers. 

I hadn't used Fresco in a while. When I went to use it, I had to sign in which I did no problem, and all my documents are gone. I thought maybe I had to pay for the cloud to access them, which I did, but still no documents. I feel sick over this...please help.

Fresco was working great until the brush cache accidentally got cleared. Now most brushes have no graphic next to the name and will not load. Even when some graphics finally return only a handful wil function.This is the brushes that came with Fresco as well as most downloaded ones.Fresco 5.7.0iPad 6th generation iOS 17.5.1I have logged out and back in several times. I have rebootedI have relaunched FrescoAt this point I am ready to cancel my subscription. I can't work any more. As I said, it was working great. Not anymore.

Lately (last 2-3 weeks) whenever I use Adobe Fresco, it seemingly disables my ability to use the touch screen on my Windows Surface Book 3... not just in Adobe, but for the entire Windows experience. (Needless to say, Windows has been no help.) All drivers seem up to date, as is the app and Windows itself. Has anyone else had a similar problem with touch functionality issues in Fresco? (The pen continues to work, but pinch to zoom etc. all go away, making the app completely unusuable. And, after closing it, the only way to get touch functionality back for the rest of Windows is to restart the computer.)I love Fresco, and have previously used it for both personal and professional projects. This weird (and recent) quirk, however, has made the app a nightmare. Any ideas? 

Adobe Sketch featured the "FAN" drying tool on the desktop.   In Fresco, you have to tap the three dots on the right bottom of the screen and then scroll to the bottom....losing precious seconds while the watercolor is spreading!   Is there any way I can have the tool always available when I'm using watercolors? Thans

Hello,When I play back timelapse videos in Fresco, it cuts short or skips over parts of my work. Is there a limit to how many brush strokes can be stored?Thanks.

I was drawing for the first time in Fresco and sometimes none of the buttons work. I can tap with my pencil or fingers wherever I want on the sides of the Ipad but the Ipad isn't doing anything. I can still draw/tap/zoom/etc. on the canvas (with pencil and fingers) this works just fine. The buttons on the outside of the canvas won't react (toolbar/etc.). Is this an automatic lock or something? It is very frustrating and I don't know how to get out when this happens. Or is something wrong with my Ipad?Hopefully somebody can help me.

i've noticed this for around 3 years now and it happens quite often, if i draw a line with the vector brush (no changes to brush standard round brush settings) with the ruler, i can see the line thickness varies & isnt consistant thickness , then at the end of the drawn line "tails off" and goes to a point.   it usally starts happening once youve used the brush & ruler  a few times to draw straight lines.. ios app. 

Hi, I'm new to fresco and been having this weird brush glitch with fresco, I've tried searching for answers anywhere and can find anything. I made a post on Reddit to try to get any answers and didn't get anything. The only comment I got was saying that they've been having the same issue specifically on PC and that it seems to be a common problem with multiple people on PC. The problem only seems to be happening with pixel brushes as well.

Hi I recently purchase a new iPad Pro 13” and a new model Apple Pencil Pro  to go with it. I bought both to use with Adobe Fresco, which I had been using with my 2016 iPad Pro and 1st gen Apple Pencil for some time, but while the new Pencil Pro can use the brushes in the app, the new functions are not working, ie squeezing the pencil to see menu on screen, rolling the pencil barrel to change the brush tip angle etc.Should the Apple Pencil Pro be fully functional with Adobe Fresco, or do the new functions not operate with Fresco? If someone could confirm I would very much appreciate it, because Apple say it is a third party app, so I need to check with the developer first. Hoping someone out there can give me some direction here, because at present I seem to have spent more than £1400 upgrading my equipment with no discernible benefit. Thanks in advance. Regards Alan

i don't why i haven't thought of this before, but is there a way to "snap" a shape to align to touch the edge of another shape for example? i.e say i have drawn a box, then want one of my captured shapes to align with the edges of the box, no overlap over the box edge or slight gap inside edge of the box where they don't align touch to exact edge. etc 🙂 cheers.

Hi everyone, I'm new to fresco, and one thing I can't understand is, when I use pixel brushes, and I need to zoom the drawing for the details like face, eyes, hands, hair etc.. It has a "pixeled" texture that really bothers me,, I was wondering if it's my device, or it's just designed to draw "big" or "less detailed" illustrations (if it makes sense). It doesn't happen with vector ones, I use pixel brushes cause there is the mixing brushes pack, if vector brushes also have a mixing pack please send it to me so I can use those instead.Thank you y'all in advance🫶🏻 

I've tried downloading Adobe Fresco to my laptop, but it's not working. It keeps saying stuff like: "missing x files, try reinstalling to fix the issue", and when I reinstall it, it keeps having the same issue. I've tried downloading it from different OFFICIAL sources, but I've had no luck with either the Microsoft Store page, nor the Adobe website. And I'm pretty sure it's not my laptop that's the problem since it's fairly new and has the latest Microsoft updates.  There's a video of me trying to download Adobe Fresco attached to this message. It's probably better at showing you what's the problem then I am at explaining it, so please give it a watch! Someone please help! I really would like to get back to drawing as soon as possible!

I just opened fresco and saw that whenever i drew the brush would make an odd distortion.I dont know what could be causing this. Can anyone help me with this? 

Hello, I've been using Fresco on a 6th gen iPad iOS 17. When I first downloaded it I added a few brush sets with no problem. Lately I wanted to add Summer 2021 and Spring 2022 and it says adding in progress but never starts downloading. I have a fast connection so I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone else having that problem? I've added some Photoshop sets from my collection but I can't add any Fresco ones.

hello, i love being able to draw vector lines on my phone, however my lines come out too shaky. on illustrator ipad  there is a setting where lines are cleaned up after drawing. how can i accomplish this on fresco mobile ? thank you so much !

Dear friends,I want to import a picture into Fresco.The import works almost properly. But Fresco tries to adjust the format to the chosen canvas size.I would like to keep the proportions of the original pic.Do you know any help for me?I haven´t found any solution in the standard help files from Adobe.The pic is jpg file. Please let me tell you, that I am very new to Fresco and to Adobe in general. The Symbol always goes wild when I'm using the app, what can I do? Restarting the app doesn't work either.

Either I'm just poopoo brain an couldn't find an answer on google because of my, or they made it so you couldn't use the motion animation tool on a group of layers. Now at first this might not seem that big of a deal, but with things like needing to animate the color an lineart separately seems a bit confusing to me, of course in a project that has such. I thought this small animation tool would be useful for small movement in character or background art for convince of having a program that you can make fully fledged pice of artwork in, with the bonus to make it move a bit. I was originally going to use this for a project that requires animated sprites, since Fresco is my main art tool, and saw this feature as an easy way to animate the things in it right after drawing it.        Again could just be missing something here, but I tried all other options that I could think of and even ran some tests to see that it was infact the groups that was the problem.

I have a vector file I've created in Illustrator, and I'd like to add some hand-drawn elements to it in Fresco. How do I open it as a vector in Fresco? Is there another format I should save to?
