Hello Adobe Substance 3D Painter team,I would like to suggest a few features that I believe would significantly improve the hand-painted texturing workflow. One-click Color Picker Remove the confirmation click after using the Color Picker. When pressing P and clicking on a color, it should be selected immediately without requiring a second click to confirm. Hide Mesh Parts by UV Islands Add the ability to hide or isolate mesh parts based on UV islands. This would make it much easier to paint areas that are occluded by overlapping geometry without constantly changing camera angles or manually hiding meshes. Photoshop Live Connection Add a live connection between Substance Painter and Photoshop. This would allow artists to use Photoshop's advanced selection tools (such as the Lasso, Polygonal Lasso, Magic Wand, etc.) and have the changes update directly in Substance Painter. More Color Picker Layouts Add additional color picker interfaces, such as: Triangle color picker Square color picker Wheel + triangle Other common color selection layouts This would allow artists to choose the interface they are most comfortable with. Improve Brushes for Hand-Painted Textures Expand and improve the default brush library with more brushes specifically designed for hand-painted texturing. Include better blending, edge control, texture brushes, stylized brushes, and customizable brush dynamics. Lockable Color Palette Allow the Color Palette or Color Picker panel to remain open while painting. This would make it much easier to quickly adjust hue, saturation, and value without repeatedly reopening the color picker. An option to pin or lock the panel in place would greatly improve the painting workflow. Thank you for continuing to improve Substance 3D Painter. These additions would make the software even more efficient for artists working on stylized and hand-painted assets

In-App Spell Check and Misspelling Correction for Text LayersOpen for Voting

After Effects In-App Spell Check and Misspelling Correction for Text Layers: Feature SummaryPlease add a built-in spell-checking and misspelling correction system to Adobe After Effects for text layers. After Effects is frequently used to create title sequences, advertisements, social media content, lower thirds, presentations, and motion graphics containing large amounts of text. However, there is currently no convenient way to identify spelling mistakes directly inside the application.Proposed FunctionalityThe feature could automatically detect misspelled words inside text layers and provide:A colored underline beneath possible misspellings Right-click spelling suggestions One-click word replacement “Ignore,” “Ignore All,” and “Add to Dictionary” options Support for multiple languages The ability to enable or disable spell checking A project-wide spelling review panel The option to scan all compositions and text layers for errorsWhy This Feature Is NeededSpelling mistakes in motion graphics are easy to overlook, especially when working with:Large projects containing many compositions Multiple text layers Fast client revisions Captions and subtitles Foreign-language content Templates containing editable text Small or animated typography that is difficult to reviewCurrently, users often need to copy text into another application, such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or an online spell checker, and then paste it back into After Effects. This interrupts the workflow and increases the possibility of formatting errors or missed corrections.Suggested WorkflowWhen a user enters text into a text layer, After Effects could underline suspected misspellings. The user could right-click the word to view suggested corrections or open a dedicated Spell Check panel to review every text layer within the project.A project-wide option would be especially valuable because text may be hidden inside pre-compositions, Essential Graphics templates, or duplicated compositions.BenefitsThis feature would:Reduce embarrassing spelling mistakes in final exports Improve quality control Save time during client revisions Keep the entire text-review process inside After Effects Improve workflows for motion designers, editors, agencies, social media teams, and template creatorsSpell correction is a standard feature in many writing and design applications. Adding it to After Effects would provide a meaningful quality-of-life improvement for anyone creating text-based motion graphics. This feature exist already in Photoshop and illustrator; why not add it to after effects as well.

Studio DisplayOpen for Voting

Hello Adobe Bridge Team,I would like to report a long-standing issue with the Preview Panel in Adobe Bridge 2026 on a Mac with Apple Studio Display (5120x2880 / Retina).PROBLEM:The Preview Panel does not scale up images to fill the available panel space. Instead, images are displayed at their native pixel size, resulting in large grey/black borders around the image — even when the image resolution (e.g. 2100px wide) is smaller than the physical display resolution (5120px).This makes the Preview Panel practically useless on high-resolution Retina displays, as images appear very small regardless of panel size.Affected features:• Preview Panel (floating or docked)• Full Screen Preview via Spacebar (opens on wrong monitor in multi-display setups)• "Generate Monitor-Size Previews" option in Preferences → Advanced does not reliably fix the issue and resets after every Bridge restartSETUP:• Mac with Apple Studio Display (5120x2880)• Adobe Bridge 2026• Multi-monitor setup (Studio Display + 2x Dell U2415)REQUEST:1. Add an option to scale up images in the Preview Panel to fill the available space (similar to "Fit to Panel")2. Fix the "Generate Monitor-Size Previews" preference so it persists after restart3. Allow Full Screen Preview (Spacebar) to open on the monitor where the Preview Panel is locatedThis issue has been reported by many users since Bridge 2020 and remains unfixed in Bridge 2026. It significantly impacts professional photo review workflows on modern Retina displays.Thank you for considering this request.

Make fit to fill (speed/4-point editing) possible when cutting a source sequence *as individual clips* to the program timeline.Open for Voting

In Premiere Pro, Fit to Fill (Change Clip Speed) currently works when: loading a single source clip in the Source monitor and set In/Out, or loading a source sequence as a nest and perform a 4‑point edit. However, if “Insert and overwrite sequences as individual clips” while working from a source sequence (typical “reel” workflow), Fit to Fill is not available. To use Fit to Fill, I have to match‑frame back to the underlying clip in the source sequence, set In/Out again there, then perform the 4‑point edit from that original clip. That breaks the flow and ignores the In/Out I already marked in the source sequence. My common workflow: I build source reels as sequences (dailies, selects, etc.). I load those sequences in the Source monitor with “insert/overwrite sequences as individual clips” so I can cut pieces of those reels directly into the main timeline. Sometimes I want to do a Fit to Fill: I mark In/Out on the source reel and In/Out on the program timeline and expect Premiere to adjust clip speed to fill that duration. Right now, Premiere only behaves and gives the fit to fill option if the source sequence is treated as a nest. When it’s “individual clips,” Fit to Fill doesn’t honor the source sequence’s In/Out and can’t complete the edit. It’s greyed out. The workaround is: Match‑frame to the underlying clip in the source sequence. Re‑mark my source In/Out on that clip. Then perform the Fit to Fill 4‑point edit from that clip. This works technically, but it’s clunky and loses the editorial context of the reel.Requested behaviorPlease enable Fit to Fill / 4‑point editing when cutting from a source sequence as individual clips. An option I am sure the Adobe engineers could implement way better: If I have In/Out set on the source sequence in the Source monitor and In/Out set on the program sequence, Fit to Fill should: Match‑frame to the clip at the source In point inside the source sequence. Respect the source sequence’s In/Out selection (or, at minimum, the duration). Adjust that clip’s speed to fill the program In/Out, the same way it does with a normal clip Fit to Fill. In most real‑world cases, my Fit to Fill range lives inside a single clip in the source sequence, so this is straightforward. If the marked source range spans two source‑sequence clips, Premiere could either: fit only the first clip, or show a Fit Clip dialog with an option like “Span multiple source clips (change speed across them)” to handle the more complex case. Conceptually, the editor’s expectation is:“I marked the section I want in my source reel and marked where it should go in the timeline; Fit to Fill should adjust speed to make that happen, regardless of whether the source is a single clip or a sequence set to individual clips.” Why this improves workflow Editors who cut from reels, dailies sequences, or selects sequences can stay in that context instead of bouncing back and forth to original clips via match‑frame. It makes Fit to Fill consistent with other 4‑point behaviors: four points are set, so Premiere should honor them regardless of source type. It reduces extra operations (match‑frame, re‑mark In/Out, then edit), which adds up significantly on long‑form jobs. Even if there are edge cases with multi‑clip spans, having Fit to Fill work for the common “single‑clip inside a source reel” scenario would be a big quality‑of‑life improvement for editors who love working from sequences in the Source monitor. (although the math to fit to fill when spanning multiple clips really shouldn’t be that hard)

Premiere Pro needs to evolve for modern social media editingOpen for Voting

I've been using Premiere Pro for many years, and I genuinely love the software. It's still my primary editor because it's fast, reliable, and integrates perfectly with the Adobe ecosystem. However, I honestly feel that Premiere Pro is slowly falling behind when it comes to modern social media editing. The editing industry has changed dramatically over the last few years. Today, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook videos are a huge part of professional video production. Unfortunately, Premiere still lacks many features that have become standard for this type of work. Some examples:Responsive text backgrounds with rounded corners. Individual background boxes for each text line instead of one large rectangle. Modern text animation presets for social media. Word-by-word caption animations. Better kinetic typography. More caption styles. AI-powered subtitle correction (too many words are still transcribed incorrectly). Better responsive text boxes. Easier creation of reusable title templates. Animated text highlights. Auto-sizing shapes that work correctly with multi-line text. …One simple example:If I write a title over two lines, Premiere only creates one large background based on the longest line. It isn't possible to create separate rounded background boxes for each line without complicated workarounds or building a custom MOGRT in After Effects. This feels like such a basic feature in 2026.I appreciate that Adobe has recently added new transitions inspired by Film Impact, but I think Premiere still lacks many built-in effects that have become standard in modern editing. For example:Film Burn Modern social media overlays Torn PaperMany editors, myself included, still need third-party plugins just to achieve effects that are common across today's social media platforms. The biggest issue for me, however, is text animation.Creating engaging captions shouldn't require switching to After Effects, building a custom MOGRT, or purchasing third-party templates. These should be native tools inside Premiere Pro.What makes this even more frustrating is that software like CapCut already offers many of these features out of the box. I completely understand that CapCut targets a different audience, but professional editors shouldn't have to rely on consumer-focused software just to create modern captions efficiently.Premiere Pro is still one of the best editing applications available, but I believe it's time for Adobe to invest much more heavily in features specifically designed for today's content creators.I'd love to see Adobe focus on making Premiere the best tool not only for traditional film editing but also for modern social media production. My biggest feature requests would be:Responsive multi-line text backgrounds (one rounded box per line) Modern built-in social media text animations Word-by-word caption animation presets Better kinetic typography tools Auto-resizing text containers More built-in effects commonly used in social media editing. More modern title templates and caption presets Better Motion Graphics tools directly inside Premiere Pro without requiring After Effects for common tasks More keyframe presets and animation presets (bounce, pop, overshoot, elastic, smooth reveal, etc.).Professional editors shouldn't have to choose between the power of Premiere Pro and the convenience of social media editors. Premiere Pro should offer both.I truly hope Adobe continues investing in this direction. Premiere Pro is an amazing editor, but I believe it could become the undisputed industry leader again by embracing the needs of today's social media creators.Greetings,Sven
