Exportation fonctionne mal. sur 132 photos seules 42 sont exportées
Hello, with LrC 14.3.1 (and also some previous version) the picture export via 'File -> Export ...' is compared to the past limited regarding its CPU usage, i.e. now the pCores of my i7 13700K are almost ignored (idle at 800 MHz). This slows down the file export a lot. Do I have missed some new option? How do I get back the usage of the pCores? Maybe also important: My NVIDIA 4070S GPU is also only at approx. 15 % load.Addendum:Now, about 3 hours after start, the hardware usage looks completely different:2 pCores are with about 80 % load in use (running with approx. 5 GHz each), the eCores and the GPU is idle. Greetings! .Michael. P.S. I use a PC with Win11 Home 24H2 and 32 GB of DDR5 RAM.
Why do my LrC watermarks no longer work. I have used them for years but now I cannot export using my watermarks?I get an error message saying 'Watermarks Failed, unable to export'.
I just updated to the latest version of lightroom classic to 14.3 on my macbook pro running Sequoia 15.4.1 ever since doing this my vignette stopped working! any idea? a bug?
Hello, I am having a problem error show up randomly when I am trying to export different photos. I messaged with a person on the Adobe Instagram for a few hours yesterday trying to fix the problem. They had me do everything under the sun in lightroom to hopefully find the problem. I was told to post here, for expert help. I attached a screenshot of the error message, I tried to attach screenshots of my messaging with Adobe on Instagram but it is not allowing me to attach them. I used Lightroom Classic 14.3 on my 1 year old computer (iBUYPOWER Slate 8 MESH Gaming Desktop PC) I am frustrated because I feel that since Lightroom has added so many new features and upped the subscription prices, the software itself has not run the way it is supposed to. Photographers should not be expected to pay $60 plus a month for software that every few months has problems.. Then every 5 years or so have to buy brand new computers to support the ridiculous amount of ram needed to run
After I updated to version 14.3 in Lightroom, the images in develop mode are stuck.
masking, downloaded LRC to my new LT. Masking isn't working correctly. picked teeth, face body skin. applies teeth to whiten, and the face was changed, body was changes ?
I can't figure out the shortcut for the color purple when organizing my pictures on Lightroom. There is a shortcut for all the other four colors. They're numbers 6-9, so did Adobe just not give purple shortcut because they ran out of numbers?
any way to import .acv curves from photoshop to lightroom? thanks for the help {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator}
Just updated my lightroom and now it gives me the "Blue screen of death" in the middle of processing a photo and won't connect my graphics card. Nvidia GTX 1650 4gb
Hey there, How do I export an original unedited version of a photo I aready edited? I need something I can use and not the lightroom file and metadata I keep getting when I try to export an original. I edited these photos months ago. I don't see why this should be so difficult so any help is much appreciated. Kevin
Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver?
Lightroom Classic 14.3.1; Windows 11; NEF photos from Nikon Z6ii I have the box in Catalog settings "Automatically write changes into XMP" checked. I have confirmed this by checking and double-checking. I have also turned it off, shut down LrC, and then re-opened LrC and checked the box. The .xmp files are not updated "automatically". None of this helped. Whatever changes I make to the .NEF files, the .xmp files are not updated. How do I know? At the same time I am editing in LrC or adding metadata in LrC, I have a Windows Explorer window on my screen showing the folder with the .xmp file in question. I make changes in LrC, the modified date on the .xmp file does not change, and the size of the .xmp file does not change. If I add a keyword to the file, such as "Barn", I can search the .xmp file with a text editor, and that keyword is not in the .xmp file. Even if I wait 5 minutes and shut down LrC and come back later, the size and modified date of the .xmp file has not change
I'm using LIghtroom Classic 14.1.1 on Windows 11. A few months ago, I had to reinstall Windows. My Lightroom photos and catalogs are on a 4TB NVME stick [EDIT: internal 4TB NVME Crucial P3 SSD] as my F drive. Ever since I reinstalled Windows, Lightroom no longer no longer automatically writes metadata into XMP despite having "Automatically write changes into XMP" set under "Catalog Settings -> Metadata". When I add a keyword or color tag to a photo, the Metadata conflict symbol appears, and I can press Ctrl+S to save the metadata. It used to do this automatically. I've toggled the setting and restarted Lightroom several times before/after toggling the setting to no avail. The photo metadata is being saved in the catalog but not the separate XMP files for my Nikon NEF RAW files, nor Apple iPhone HEIC files, or even JPG files so the metadata conflict tag is accurate. As I said, I did reinstall Windows around the time that it stopped working
hi all,Hi, working with MacOS Sequoia 15.5 with Lightroom Classic 14.3.1 and i have this issue: export or creating previews pauses when screen locks and/or display turns off...is there a way to disable that?thx a lot
Hi can someone please help with an issue I'm having with LR classic please see video attached. im using a brand new MacBook Air with M4 chip in it. kind regards ross
I have set up a collection and right click to create a print. I have the images on my custom page set up in the print module. When I create the saved print LRC re-orders the photos. I want the quote on the left and the image on the right but I get the opposite in the saved print. Also my create saved print button has disappeared and I have to use my mouse and right click to get to the option to create a saved print. Any suggestions how I can solve this most welcome
Following an upgrade from my 24" Samsung panel to 2x HP 4k panels, LRC will run for approx 5 minutes, then close itself. Nothing shows in event viewer suggesting there is a problem but it's made Lightroom practically un usable. For record PS has zero issues and is running along happily. (comparativlely). Hello,I often set up a collection of images, then generate smart previews of them and export them as a catalog.I do this so I can edit them on my laptop while traveling.I've been doing this for ages and works great for editing on the road, but yesterday I exported a lightroom catalog, and now that I wanted to do some editing, my images are not appeating (The file could not be found mesage)If I click the images for editing, they are not appearing (I can see the small thumbnails)I also tried with an old exported lightroom catalog that I worked on it las week, and had the same result, same message.I am using the latest version 14.3.1 for windows on both computers
I just laid out a book in the LR module, getting ready to order at Blurb. Now, the front and back cover spread is not showing any more on top of the book. The book just starts with the grey default page. I don't see that I can re-insert this special page somewhere in the menu but of course I want to design a cover for this book (hardcover wrap).I have done all the work on all the pages so would rather not start over. Is there a way to get the cover page template back in?Thanks in advance.
Hi! I want to share my lightroom album of this shoot with the family but inside the album it is making the image darker like it is missing the masking edit but when I am in the edit window and not in the album it is just fine. How do I fix this? There's nothing wrong with the cloud everything says it's been synced.
Since february 2025 I get an error while making a backup: "Cannot make a backup (V13-3). Check your privaliges for the map and be aware there is sufficient space both on the backup-location as on the main map for Lightroom." I checked: sufficient space on 2 different stations, privalages are ok as far as i can see (I can save a Word-document in both maps). HELP??? Recently I've noticed that whenever I print an image with a smooth visible gradient (light to dark) such as a vignette on a seamless backdrop, I get visible banding. None of the banding is ever visible on screen, only in prints. Strangely, I have never had this issue until the past month. Here is my process for the attached sample jpg that was exported to be printed on 8x5 paper: - Images are edited as TIF files in Photoshop. The attached image started as: 16 bit, RGB color, 2400x1500px. The background is a solid grey layer with a vignette added in Camera Raw within Photoshop. - Because I'm typically printing 100+ files at a time, once all my photoshop edits are complete, I then apply some light sharpening in Lightroom which I then sync to all the selected images. - I select & export all the images from Lightroom with these settings: JPEG, sRGB, Quality 100, Resize long edge to 2,400 pixels, resolution 300- So f
I have recently updated my laptop to a Dell XPS13 with a 4K monitor, and the Dell 2410 monitors I use for photo editing have 1920 x 1080 resolution. I am connecting to the monitors through a Dell Thunderbolt TB16 docking station - both display port and HDMI outputs have the same problem.Lightroom renders the top-level menu and menus accessed from that menu in a huge font. ( screen shot attached ).I realise that font scaling needs to be adjusted between monitors of different resolutions. This is not a general problem, but one limited to specific parts of the lightroom UI - Photoshop is fine, and as the screenshot shows, the rest of the Lightroom UI is fine too. I can't show the menus, but the file menu items are of a similar size. However, dialogs accessed from menus such as export show a large header font, and correct detail font too.Any ideas ?
