Lightroom Classic

Bonjour, j'ai un gros problème sur la lancement de Lightroom 6.0 Je l'ai réinstallé sur une seconde machine, la première a de gros problèmes mais fonctionne encore. Sur la nouvelle machine, l'installation se passe bien, on me demande le numéro de série, puis ça installe tout, puis on me demande de me connecter avec l'Adobe ID, ça me dit que tout est OK, et que ça doit marcher, mais la fenêtre Lightroom se rafraichit et disparait ! Si je relance, c'est pareil et ça ne marche pas. J'ai désinstallé et recommencé l'ensemble, cela se passe de la même manière et ne marche toujours pas. J'ai vu que la licence Lightroom 6 permettait d'avoir 2 machines sur lesquelles le programme est installé avec seulement une seule d'active, donc je pense que cela ne vient pas de là, et de plus je n'ai aucun message d'erreur. Merci de votre aide s'il vous plait. Information sur mon PC :Master Collection CS6 installé et OKOrdinateur à jour windows 10 22H2Intel I7 12th ge

Starting this week I have been unable to use the Denoise feature,when I click on it nothing happens and I have just tried unsuccessfully to use the HDR combine feature as well.I am running the 14.1.1 version on a Windows system using the latest version of the software.Any ideas as to how I can fix these problems would greatly be appreciated. Cheers Neil

Here is the full message:  The Lightroom catalog cannot be used because the parent folder “/Volumes/Storage Drive 3/Lightroom 2019/Lightroom Catalog 2019” does not allow files to be created within it.So my operating drive crashed, and I've had to reinstall everything.   When I opened LR Classic and tried to open my working catalog, this is the error message that I got.  I have no clue how to work with folder permissions to allow files to be created.    I'm on a Mac Pro and am using High Sierra 10.13.4.  Appreciate any help.

Hallo Community Ich entrausche meine Bilder mit DxO Pure Raw. Dabei habe ich ein kleines unangenehmes Problem. Wenn ich die Bilder, die ich bearbeiten möchte makiere und über die "Exportieren" Funktion an Pure Raw übergebe, werden diese zwar richtig bearbeitet und als ein neues DNG-File zurück an Lightroom übergeben und wie von mir gewünscht in einem Stapel zusammen mit dem RAW abgelegt.Nur leider wird das DNG File immer nach unten in den Stapel gelegt und wird somit bei eingeklappten Stapel nicht direkt angezeigt. Das hat den Nachteil, dass dann die Bilder beim Durchblättern im Bearbeitunsmodul nie angezeigt werden. Aber geanu die DNGs sind ja die, mit denen ich weiter arbeiten möchte. Die RAWs sollen nur noch als "Sicherheit" bleiben, werden aber nicht weiter bearbeitet.Kann man dieses Verhalten irgendwie einstellen oder beinflussen? Ich möchte gerne das nach dem Import der neuen DNGs, diese automatisch als erstes (also oben) im Stapel abgelegt werden. Mit dem Support

I really need some expert help on this matter.    I run a very highend beefy computer with some serious grunt and normally can do Exports of 2000 images in less than 20 minutes without breaking a sweat. So my PC has the necessary grunt to run LR.   It is a dedicated machine purely for editing and exporting and nothing else. Yet lately my exports are horrifically slow. It has taken me 12 hours to export 2500 photos. Thats NUTS and just not normal.    A detailed look through my performance metrics shows my machine resources are not maxed out or even utilised. LR just isnt utilising the full ability of my PC to export.    Its driving me up the wall. I churn through and edit a lot of weddings and this painfully slow exporting is killing me. I have been trying to set up a Smart Collection that will automatically save in that collection items I have printed.  I queried the web and was given the following instructions but cannot seem to get this done:How to create a Smart Collection for printed images.  I cannot find this in the instructions below.  How do I set Print Job History andis this the best way to do this:Set the Filter Criteria:"Print Job History": In the filter options, choose "Print Job History" and select "is not empty". hi the denoise function in LR Classic gone inactive in Mac. It was working well  not sure what happended any help please

This issue just started today.  I have not changed any of my hardware devices and have checked to ensure all drivers are up to date.  As you can see I am running the most current versions of LRC and RAW.  I've manually reset all preferences and deleted and reloaded LCR, all to no avail.  I was having issue syncing to LR (web based) when this issue popped up, but don't believe the two issues are related - could I be wrong? When I start LRC it starts as normal, loads the catalog, the filter folders come up and I can navigate around for about 60 seconds before it shuts down. I've included my system information for reference. Any help/suggestions would be most appreciated. Stan Lightroom Classic version: 14.1.1 [ 202412150940-551fb044 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 10 - Business EditionVersion: 10.0.19045Application architecture: x64System architecture: x64Logical processor count: 8Processor speed: 3.6GHzSq

When trying to email photo from LRCC I get a message "LR can't connect with email server" "be sure address is correct. Never had this in the past

I've a bunch of dev presets but I'm struggling to figure out how to see which parameters the preset will set on a photo when it's applied and what parameters I need to set in the update dialog when I'm updating using current settings. Any thoughts, anyone?

Hello,I'm not able to upload images to Lightroom Classic. My error message reads that the files are either not writeable or there is a storage issue. Can anyone tell me how to know which problem it is and how to clear up storage space? 

So I recently began editing off of a hard drive, I am pretty new to photography. I have found multiple issues along the way. First, my original catalog synced with Lightroom cc, which I have had since I was young and it had many random photos in there, I deleted those but I could not delete the collection, so after a photoshoot or two, I decided to just create a new catalogue. I exported the catalogue onto my hard drive, however now when I load up the hard drive, it says the original photo is missing, how do I get all of the original photos back?Secondly, when I went to create a new catalogue it would not let me hit create. I put it under my ssd, then my Lightroom folder, then I hit create, there are a few sub folders in that folder for the two shoots I had previously done and that catalogue. It would not let me hit create, and it even showed me this screen once or twice. It seems to me like a lot of my needed data is missing on my hard drive. I have already gone into permissions and s

Im wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if it is fixable because it is driving me insane. When I'm in Library module click to zoom works just fine for like the first ten or so photos, then, all of a sudden it basically stops working, except on the bottom half of the photo, and if I click anywhere else it just instantly shifts to another photo, seemingly randomly. It's like LR is getting confused about where the buttons are positioned on the screen. I've noticed it happens mostly when I'm in full screen mode, and exiting full screen mode fixes the problem for a while, then it comes back. When the issue is happening I can tell because the cursor does switch to a normal cursor when it should be the zoom magnifying glass icon. For info I'm on CC Lightroom Classic (v 8.3.1) running on a 2016 Macbook Pro 15 inch with touchbar, osx Mojave 10.14.5 However this issue has been happening with previous versions of LR classic and mac osx.Any help with resolving this would be greatly ap

I need to learn how to work with color in selected areas of a photo. I see videos excaiming how good the targeted adjusment tool is but where is it? I'm in develop mode in Lightroom Classic and the panels show color mixing and color grading but nothing that looks like what I think I need. Has this panel and the feature been eliminated? My aim for asking this question: Example photo shows blackbird with excessive blue in one area only after I tried to lighten the shadows. How would the experts here tackle correcting for the blue to make this look like a more natural blackbird pic?

Not sure this is a bug or whether I just misunderstand how color math works. I searched for a post about this but couldn't find anything. But that's probably because of my limited photography language. If there is already a post, I apologize - please just point me to it. I have a picture that looks ok'ish the way it is currently but it's too dark.(If it looks weird, it's a part of a jacket with the shoulder strap of a backpack. But I'm not comfortable posting the full picture.)To fix the problem that the picture is too dark, I increase the exposure. But this makes the orange/red parts to go darker. On the blues you can see that the exposure was actually increased.When I move the exposure even higher you can see that the shadow of the collar is becoming brighter than the part of the jacket that is actually in the sun. This seems wrong to me.This isn't the first time I've seen this but here it's very noticable and easy to explain. And I think it has always been with reds. This

I have a catalog that I have been working on in Sequoia on a Macbook Pro. I had to send that machine in for service. So I copied the library folder to an old iMac running Ventura. I moved the image directory (which is on an external drive) to the old iMac. I then worked for a few days on that iMac. When the Macbook Pro was returned, I copied the libary folder back from the iMac to the Macbook Pro. I reconnected the image directory to the MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, when I opened the library on the Macbook Pro, many of the edits I made are not there when I reopen the library on the Macbook Pro. Adobe support has suggested: rebuild all smart previews before backing up the older librarybackup the library on the older computer and open that backup on the new computer Neither of those worked. I even turned off syncing, just in case some of the online images were retrieving old settings from the cloud. It's bizarre. My mom is a photographer and loved using Lightroom because it was simple and did what she needed but now that the AI editing has been introduced she hasn't been able to edit her own photos and has been thinking about stopping her use of the app is there a way to turn it off so she doesn't have to?

We have two Canon RP cameras connected to a M1 imac. Tethering was working as it should, we could choose the camera we wanted in the Tethered Capture Window dropdown. When I updated to Sequoia, this broke the tethered capture and only one camera can be connected at time. The other stations we have (two cameras to one computer) are still working as expected, on Sonoma. I know tethered capture has been an issue since Sequoia came out, but what is the status? I have tried: Uninstalling LR, Deleting the preferences file, making sure both cameras are up-to-date on firmware. Installing OS and Adobe updates. Turn computer off and on. Making sure both cameras are recognized via Apple System Information> Hardware> USB. I removed and gave permission again for LR to have removable drive Security and Privacy permissions. Nothing. I'm currently on chat with Adobe and have progressed no further in 20 mins then exchanging LR version. Anyone else have a fix? TIA

Lightroom classic 17.1. When using the adjustment sliders in the Transfrom Panel, the grid lines no longer appear. Did I turn them off somehow?

I have the photography plan that includes photoshp and lightroom.  I heard and read about generative credit which I thought was only for firefly, which I never used.  I notice credits were deducted from my account and I only remember using lightroom to remove background objects.  Does generative credit used for any ai related functions, in photoshop or lightroom?  Will I get charged extra if I run out of credit?  Hoping to get some straight answers instead of spending time reading many pages of document which leads me to nowhere. 

If you select a Library Filter bar preset, toggle off filtering with Cmd L, and toggle it back on, sometimes the previous state of the filter bar set by the preset is not properly restored. Lightroom Classic Corrupt Catalogue Message I am unable to open Lightroom Classic. I get a message telling me that the catalogue is corrupt, needs repairing but repair is not successful. Choose another catalogue, all are corrupt. Have Uninstalled Lightroom Classic and Reinstalled but still have the same problem. Any suggestions please, driving me nuts.
