Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have Lightroom Cloud and have not been able to download photos from my CFexpress card.  I have no problem with UHS-11 card readers but CFexpress does not come up on my "add photos".  I presently use windows 10.  Any suggestions?   [Mod: Moved to the Lightroom ecosystem forum]

Dear All,As mentioned in subject. On my android app i see 2000 less photos than in ipad app.Why?

I cant even open Lightroom right now or report a problem with it, it freezes right after leaving loading screen and saying that Lightroom is not responding. How can i resolve this issue? Win 11 

a red bar appears on top of the menu bar when Lightroom is open, I am attaching the version of Lightroom I have. it does not appear on other Adobe apps when I am using them. please advise.

I have buy the app premium  and say to pay again to use it  i had pay with the same  acc play store and same in adobe id  yesterday work fine today not i have  not chnage anything from yesterday

It would be nice to be able to add metadata and copyright info using a preset. 

Buongiorno! Pago tramite Adobe fotografia 12,99 al mese. Da qualche giorno l'app Lightroom sul mobile funziona ma con le funzionalità base e mi dice di acquistare premium a 4,99€. Sapete se è cambiato qualcosa? Devo anche specificare che ho cambiato cellulare, può dipendere da questo? (ho comunque provato a vedere se potevo dissociare il vecchio dispositivo ma senza risultato). Intanto grazie a chi risponderà 

No meu macbook há um bug onde mostra que sempre há arquivos de fotos em sincronização, porém nunca há progresso. Esse número só aumenta a medida que preciso adicionar mais arquivos e nunca sei quando está sincronizado ou não. Por isso, tenho utilizado a versão web para fazer o upload das fotos, mas é muito incomodo.

It is incredibly annoying that you can not drag-drop a __previously__ edited file and just re-edit it immediately.  All that happens is a message: "Previously added".  As if the point of Lightroom is to add files, instead of edit them. This same problem occurs if you try to reopen a __previously__ edited file by any means. File->Open. Double-click in Bridge.  You simply can not just reopen a __previously__ edited file. What you have to do is1) Figure out what date the file is from, and this might be by inspecting the image metadata. 2) Navigate in the Lightroom Library to that date.3) Paw through the day's images.  There can be hundreds. It typically takes 4-5 minutes to reopen a __previously__ edited file.  And Lightroom KNOWS WHERE THE FILE IS in the library. Just open the file so it can be redited again.

How do I get an editable list of all keywords in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom or Bridge?  I have a lot of keywords, many of them redundant as they were originally generated in transfers from Aperture and iPhoto, also I want to organise keywords more systematically, remove duplicates etc.

Lightroom desktop, macOS, version 8.1 When filtering images by edited = no, Lightroom is showing me images that have been edited.  In the screenshots provided, it can be seen that I am filtering by flagged and edited = no.  I have pointed out 1 image out of many that have in fact, been previously edited.   

I've been using Lightroom on my phone (samsung) for a while now that's where I edit my photo it works to my liking however i just sign in to my new MacBook about 30mins now and I notice after the setup it stop syncing photos since 2023 aug however on my phone I got i can see all my photos up until yesterday. Can someone let me know how to fix this ?

Buenas noches!Tengo instalado Lightroom en mi tablet y en mi teléfono, pero en ninguno de los dos puedo visualizar archivos RAW. Solo me permite abrir archivos JPG. Alguna sugerencia para solucionar este problema?Gracias!

The Daily Inspiration doesn't update, it's been showing me the same 5 photos for several months, it's not that they're bad but I just want to see new photos when I open the app.

Today I was out for a hike and took some photos with the Lightroom Mobile camera on my iPhone so I could use raw and control settings and because the iPhone built-in camera app is awful. When I got home I went to look at the photos in the Lightroom mobile app and they are nowhere to be found. They are not anywhere in the Device tab nor the Lightroom tab. If I take a photo now at home with the Lightroom mobile camera, it shows up in the Lightroom tab under All Photos, but the photos I took in the field are not there. I also logged into my Creative Cloud account on my computer and they have not appeared there either. They do not seem to have been saved. Is this maybe because I did not have cell service at the time so they were not synced? Is there somewhere they might be temporarily stored on the phone like in a cache somewhere? Why would you need cell service to take a photo? Is there a way to prevent this from happening again? I have zero interest in syncing or cloud storage. I just wa

Can Lightroom CC photos be shown on a NON-smart TV, perhaps with the aid of Amazon Fire TV? This would be similar to Amazon Prime Photos which can be shown on any TV that has the Fire TV connected? There must be a way ----.

In a recent blog post about the newest updates to Lightroom, we can read: >Embedded ISO HDR Gain Map support on export also means you no longer have to create two separate files for SDR and HDR. The HDR Gain Map will enable showing either the SDR or HDR rendition of your photo automatically based on display capabilities, ensuring a consistent viewing experience across devices. HDR Gain Maps are now supported in many apps such as Apple Photos, Google Chrome, and Instagram. I quickly updated the Lightroom desktop to v. 8.0 to check it. I took one of the files I developed with the HDR effect and exported it to JPEG plus JPEGXL and AVIF with "HDR output" selected. I don't see any difference. As in previous versions of Lightroom, AVIF and JPEGXL are HDR 10-bit images with no gain map. They look great* in Apple Photos on HDR displays but terrible otherwise. The JPG file does contain a gain map, but that happened after exporting from the previous version of Lightroom as well

Manchmal lässt sich so doch noch eine Lösung finden. Wenn Du dich aber dazu entscheidest, den Wechsel zu vollziehen, gibt es tatsächlich einige leistungsstarke Alternativen zu Lightroom und der Creative Cloud, die mit Deinem aktuellen

Je rencontre un problème avec l’importation des fichiers DNG issus des appareils Leica M11, M11P et M11D dans Adobe Lightroom et Adobe Lightroom CC. En effet, lorsque j’importe ces fichiers, aucun des paramètres prédéfinis (presets) que j’avais sélectionnés au préalable ne s’applique automatiquement. Cela semble concerner spécifiquement les fichiers DNG issus de ces modèles Leica. ça fonctionne parfaitement avec d'autres modèles (M10 par exemple).  Quelqu'un d'autre à remarqué ce problème?

Hi,On my iPad, I see there are options to share and export raw files as jxl (great), I was wondering: 1. Where can I find details on the type of compression? As in, is it lossless, does it maintain 16-bit depth, etc..2. There is a big difference in size when picking 90% or 100% quality - is there any recommendation on which one to use?3. Given the size reduction and tiny quality reduction, is anyone converting their raw catalog into jxl? Thank you!

Hi everyone, I added some photos that I wanted to edit. However, I can't seem to find them, and when I try to re-add them, it tells me they have already been added, and I can't re-add them. Where can I find them?? They aren't under All photos > Recently added and I can't seem to find them anywhere else. I'm using Mac, Adobe Lightroom version 7.5 

Hi! This is probably a really silly question but I'm very new to Adobe products and not the best with figuring out apps. I have been using Lightroom on my computer for a little while now but recently got an iPad. I downloaded "Lightroom Photo & Video Editor" but when I opened it, it suggested downloading "Adobe Lightroom for iPad" .. I just wanted to make sure that these are both legit Adobe apps and that "Adobe Lightroom for iPad" is indeed a real thing, and not a scam? I'm just confused as to why there are two Lightroom apps available and want to be sure I'm not doing anything dumb. Can anyone help with this? 

Bonjour à tous, Je travaille sous lightroom.Mon cloud de 100go est plein. Naturellement j'ai supprimer des photos. Supprimer deffinitivement les photos. Mais rien n'y fait mon cloud est toujours saturé.J'avais avant + de 5000 photos et mon cloud était à 99% plein.La je suis à 3300 photos et mon cloud ne se libère pas.Je ne peux plus rien faire, ni retouche ni import.... Je ne sais pas quoi faire. HELP ! Merci.
