Remix is a fun way to flex your editing muscles on photos from the Lightroom community. But we're seeing a few reports via in-app feedback that some remixes fail to post. I am using lightroom edit pictures on my Samsung tab s9+. It keeps stopping and crashing! Help! 

I consistently receive an abnormal end with this error.  Lightroom detected an issue, please quit and restart the app to resolve. Error code: 19700902   {title updated for clarity by Moderator}

I am trying to use the new "Edit In" feature for the LR cloud version with Topaz apps. My photos successfully export to Topaz but I always get a "No Edits Made" error window. I could always manually import the edits, but that is basically the workflow prior to the Edit In feature. I couldn't find any support topics on this issue. Anyone familiar with the parameters to get LR to recognize the edited files or what I'm doing wrong here?  Additional details:-My LR library is on an external drive.-I tried saving the edited image from Topaz in the LR library folder (external drive) as well as other locations on my internal drive.

On my new laptop with windows11 24h2, LR keeps crashing on the start up phase.  With  log:"<crash exception="EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION" exceptionCode="0xc000001d" instruction="0x000000002041C2D7">" Only v14 has this problem, v13 was working well. After 2 weeks' struggling, finally find out it is cause by 7-zip. After uninstall 7-zip, everything is working now. 

I have a Mac Studio M1 running Sonoma and several external SSDs. I am in the process of leaving LR Classic and using LR for Mac exclusively. I have dragged across all my photos from Classic to albums in LRfM so that I now have all my edited originals in the Adobe cloud (635GB) as well as originals in an external SSD. I am dismayed to find that previews are kept in the PICTURES folder in Lightroom Library.lrlibrary. This is now running at 250GB. I simply do not have enough room on my home drive for this! Yet LRfM does not give me any options to keep this library on an external SSD! How can I force LRfM to allow me to keep previews externally, since without this option I will be unable to add any new photos at all.

Hi, all! I'm desperately trying to remove some elements using the generative ai in Lightroom CC on mac, but all my attempts gives me a slightly faded shadow where the element used to be. This happens no matter what I try to remove. What am I doing wrong, or is it something to do with my settings? I have attached three files to show what I mean. File3 is the original. File 1 is my attempt. File2 is made by my colleague on her mac, exactly the same way as I did, but it is this I want. Another colleague (on Windows) gets the same result as her. What is happening, and how do I fix this? 

I deleted a folder and all the albums it contained in Lightroom cloud using the desktop app on Windows.I didn't got an spcial advise, that it is critical and can not be restored. The photos are still in Lightroom. Can I restore the folder or the deleted albums? I found a way to restore deleted photos at Adobe and on the Internet, but not folders and albums. I found no references to deleted albums and folders in the Lightroom standard album  for deleted Photos. German-VersionIch habe in Lightroom cloud über die Desktop-App unter Windows einen Ordner und alle darin enthaltenen Alben gelöscht. Die Fotos sind noch in Lightroom enthalten. Kann ich den Ordner oder die gelöschten Alben wieder herstellen. Ich habe bei Adobe und im Internet die Wiederherstellung von gelöschten Fotos gefunden aber nicht von Ordnern und Alben. Since Update to new IOS 18, when download pictures and want to share/save it in my cloud folders but the pop up widow , which normally show up  to select the folder disappear after milli seconds again. I have this issue only with Lightroom. Using my iPad Pro. Maybe other user face the same ?

I use the latest LR mobile version (9.1.0) on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 17.2.1) in parallel to the cloud version LR v. 7.1.2. I imported my complete photo library from my harddisk into the Adobe cloud using the Mac version. Adobe imported all pictures successfully and status on both, my mobile and my Mac, is "Synced and Backed Up". On my phone I have a small subset of my library. When I now switch to device view on LR mobile the photos are not marked as "LR" as they would have, if would have imported them through the app. Nonetheless if I load any of the pictures in the device mode and close it again, the LR overly is suddenly shown. So obviously the link between cloud and device exists, but the overlays are not updated accprdingly. I did not find any means in order to force an update of the overlays on all of the more than 6.000 photos on my mobile, therefore I report this as a bug. 

Hello,I've searched everywhere and can't find information on how to disable auto sync with Lightroom Mobile..  I signed in to try out the local adjustment tools on the trial, and now because I am signed in it wants to upload all the photos I have edited with lightroom mobile, which is around 350 very large files.  This starts to suck my wifi bandwidth to where I can't even load a website on my desktop computer..The only way to stop the sync is to logout (which now I can't even edit anything because it now requires me to log back in to edit at all) or I can stop it by turning off wifi on my phone.  But I do not want to turn off wifi on my phone when I'm at home as I would then start using up a lot of cellular data...Seems like this is something that has always been standard to have as an option.  I also don't want to be storing any of my photos on any cloud based storage regardless of bandwidth usage...Anyone know how to stop this?  Thanks for your assistance

I've successfully purchased Lightroom premium plan on Google Play, but cannot use premium features at all. I tried to restore my purchase in the app, but it failed. I also checked my Adobe ID, and there was no active plan linked to it.

LR has blocked me from uploading a set of pictures to an album.  I receive the message that the "images have already been added to LR".  I need to place these photos into an album to begin editing. thanks for your help. Thanks for your help.

Dear Adobe,since you dont give me any other option to get to your support, i have to post it here.I just renewed my lightroom mobile subscription on the ipad, but it crashed. Now apple-Store shows me that I have succesfully subscriped and am paying 4,99, but in the lightroom app, choosing restore purchases doesnt work. Just shows me a rotating circle for like ever.Installed Lightroom mobile on iphone, same result!Could you please fix my account!And why do i have to post this in a forum, and not just give me a [......]  email-adress?????Very bad user experience!!JM[Moderator note: profanity removed on public forum according to forum rules.]

Issue: When editing in HDR in Lightroom for iOS, the histogram shows the message "HDR Unavailable" (see screenshot). Additionally, photos that are edited in HDR sometimes do not show as HDR in the grid view. Lightroom for iOS version number: 10.0.1iOS version number: 18.1 (production version)iPhone 16 Pro Steps to reproduce: 1. Open photo from the Grid view2. Select "Edit in HDR mode"3. Open HDR histogram Expected result 1. SDR and HDR histograms presented, all white lettering2. HDR-edited photos are identified as HDR in the grid and can be filtered Actual result 1. red "HDR Unavailable" message under histogram with link to learn more2. I use LRC on my Mac desktop, LR on my laptop (Macbook Air); LR on my iPad (Gen. 5), and LR on my iPhone (16 pro).  I also occasionally use and make edits in LR web. Edits that I make in LRC, show in the grid previews on all other devices except my iPhone.  If I view a slideshow on my laptop, iPad or on the web, all photos display with the most current edits.  When I view a slideshow on my iPhone, it does not show the current edits (it doesn't seem to show any edits from LRC). All versions of LR are the most currect, and all iOS and OS are current.  Also, when I import RAW photos from my iPhone to LR, I use most compatible (and not Apple's proprietary HEIF).  I also do not have any HDR photos, nor do I use HDR to edit.

Hi,as the title say, I´ve importet quirw a few profiles of cameras I dont use anymore, how can I delete them in Lightroom 8.0 on my Mac?Thanks,Peter

I have installed this Lightroom app and subscribe to it. Upon checking that it can't serve the purpose I deactivated the plan on the same day while I was on free trial. Yesterday I have been robbed by the company. And now when I am deleting my account, it says that I must first cancel the active substitution. When I go to cancel the subscription it only says RENEW.What an absolute SCAM!!!

Hi Just signed up to lightroom as a complete beginner . My plan is the £9.98 per month option.Really pleased with my first try at enhancing and editing my photo but realised I cannot print it.What good is that ??Do you think I have been scammed ??Looking forward to getting some advice and help before my trial period finishes.Many thanks and kind regards
