Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi, What is the permanent fix for Lightroom stuck on syncing? It's been like that since couple weeks and through different versions. I'm currently on 6.3.1. The syncing is running in a loop only on my desktop version - all other devices are OK.  When I go to all pictures on my desktop and I look for photos still being synced, I get 0 results. The deleted folder is empty. I also tried checking "sync issues" in the web version with no luck (I simply don't have it). I removed the local cache which made no difference. I expierenced in the past something similar, however I was able to find the pictures stuck on syncing. This time it's a bit different as I described above. What else can I do? Please help.

Hi Folks! I am hoping that you can help me. I used to be able to change the vertical offset of my watermarks on Lightroom mobile, but now this option is grayed out and I can only move the watermark horizontally. Please help as the watermark is positioned in the middle of my photos which is not ideal. For reference, I am working from an Android.    Thanks for your help! Hi. I am currently trying to use ai denoise but it's saying file type unsupported. Yes I am using a raw file. I was just able to use this feature last week. I even tried to use a raw photo that I used ai denoise on before and it still said "file type unsupported".  I have uninstalled and reset preferences. Once again, they are raw images and I have been able to use this several times before. Any suggestions on how to fix? 

I am trying to edit my photos in Lightroom to mimic these sample photos that were the inspiration for my editing style, but after more than a week of tweaking and researching and watching YouTube, I cannot figure out what it is I'm doing that's preventing me from achieving the vision in my head, that's reflected on my reference board. Everyone says my photos look good, but they just don't have that dreamy element where the colors are true yet soft. I've attached my reference board (the style I want my photos to have) and two of my recently edited photos. Can someone please help? 

I am sharing some albums from Lightroom CC. Version is 4.3. I have enabled download for the albums, so that the receivers can download all images as a zip file. When someone tries to download however, the zip file is often corrupt. I have been able to recreate this error myself. There is a .PART-file created with the same name as the zip file. In the unsuccesful attempt there is a zip-file of 0 kB created alongside the PART-file, while in the successful attempt there is only a zip-file at the end. The album I recreated was as small as 48 images, mostly raw files from a Nikon camera, some with edits. The complete size of the resulting zip was around 250 MB. Is this a common thing? If so sorry for reposting. Are there any recommendations to get around this error? I tried to Google and also browse this community, but was not able to. Is there for example a limit in the number of images in a shared album?

Desde que compré mi nuevo iPhone 16, no puedo usar presets al editar mis fotos RAW.me dice continuamente que no se encuentra el perfil. No tenía este problema en mi anterior iPhone.  

Hi y'all I see a lot of interesting effects using appearance panel and I have a question : What is the difference between asking a compound path via the pathfinder and deleting text background and stroke? The result seems the same : We get an object which is no longer text in the appearance panel and we can mlulti^ply backgrounds, displace and copy to get very interesting effects.     And the text is still editable, the effects follow the typed words. More intersting you can apply the style to any other text… But again : Compound path or deleting background and stroke first? Your knowledge is welcome Thanks  

Actually the folder 'Lightroom' should be the 'Start' folder.I can't remember how, but at some point while working with Lightroom the parent folders were displayed. This was not the case in the past. When creating the catalog only the subfolders of 'Lightroom' were visible.Now I see the following:Macintosh HD- /   - volumes      - home        - pictures          - Lightroom            - 2001            - 2002Since then it is no longer possible to see the full folder names.- /   - volumes      - home        - pictures          - Lightroom            - 2001       &n

I’d like to change the font and size of the LR album header. Is there an option to do that?I also want to modify the default "by" text in the "show author" field to something else. Is that possible? Thank you for your help!

How many generative credits do I get with individual plan? I am opting for monthly plan . 

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 and have installed the latest Lightroom update new mask tool.  When I select mask click on the + then press select either Sky or subject it says detecting subject then refining results, the circle gets to around 3/4 of the way round and then the photo crashes lightroom.  It has only worked once in detecting the subject, every other time Lightroom crashes.  I have also uninstalled lightroom and reinstalled and it still does the same. The other mask features work fine.    I am thinking it is a bug - please can anyone help?       {Thread title edited by moderator}                  

Had a full creative cloud sub with uni, my uni stopped funding it so i went to a free account, ive recently upgraded to a subscription again with the same account, now all of my images are gone! Please help.

Hi there, I'm coming in with a very frustrating issues in Lightroom CC I didn't have in Lightroom classic nor in Capture one, which should be pretty simple in my opinion : searching for multiple photos by filename(s) Not only I always get a blackhole, but even searching for a single file name doesn't work. ( Even if I'm copy / pasting the exacte file name from the actual file. Also when using a service like Pixieset.com for your client to review a gallery, I know you can copy a client's selection and paste it into Lightroom Classic or Capture One to get the same selection easily. Why isn't that working on Lightroom CC ?! If anyone can provide any help with this issue, I would truly appreciate it because it's been very frustrating and slowing down considerably my workflow. Best, Chaz

Using LightRoom first time and faced a problem: after export a picture looks different, maybe oversaturated and too contrast. Unfortunately, I am not professional in phot editing and dont know how to solve the problem or who to contact toGrateful for any help!

After updating to newer version application is keeps on closing . While editing automatically application closing and its taking more time to loading.

Following Adobe Max 2024, I was impressed by the distraction removal tool in Photoshop. However, I only subscribe to Lightroom and hope it will be available there soon, as I often use the removal feature. Does anyone know the plan for this?

Hello, I am having this problem where I cannot seem to get my photos to export once I have edited.. I have tried setting up a new folder (and even an older one) and it does not work.  It tells me that I "do not have access to save photos", it happened out of the blue one day. Its only on my lap top not my imac.    PLEASE HELP, i am a photographer and would love to edit on my lap top as well. 

When I go to import all photos on the disk show up, including ones I already imported and edited, so any that I've already deleted also get checked by Lightroom to import. How do I only import photos between certain dates?
