Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm new for LR mobile. just subscription.Last week, I use LR Mobile "Select Subject" in Masking feature and get separate mask of each part (such as teeth, eye, lip etc.) in masking result.But today, when I use this feature, both iOS and Android (both .jpg and raw), I just get a one mask of the whole subject.Now, so confuse.What I do wrong in setting ? orIs there this feature in LR mobile ?

I have a problem with Lightroom that is not related to my version, as it's a recurring bug that has been happening for years and occurs randomly. (Currently on version 8.1) When I work, I edit photos, delete some, etc. But at some point, Lightroom stops saving my actions. For example, if I edit 10 photos, close, and reopen the software, it will have only saved the edits for the first 5. I mainly notice it when deleting a photo: Normally, the photo turns gray and disappears after a few seconds. When the bug occurs, the photo stays gray indefinitely. I can continue editing, but I know that if I close and reopen Lightroom, all subsequent actions will not be saved.

Dear community, i just had to find out that the Import for iOS where you can directly import files through the usb 3 port does not support video files.  it is also very obvious that this is currently not supported for iOS but it is supported for android as the help page from adobe include video only on the android side.   android(including video): https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom-cc/using/import-mobile-android.html ios (doesn't include video): https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom-cc/using/import-mobile-ios.html   does anyone know if this feature will come for iOS? It would make my import so much more easy. Hello, Can anyone instruct me on how to open a CR3 file in Lightroom mobile or on a MacBook pro

I now have lightroom on both computer and phone. I immediately dumped thousands of images onto my computer and noticed to my dismay as I opened the app that 1. It just tried to download everything onto my phone and that 2. There was no ability to only tell the phone to download one particular folder. There seems to only be the option to manually download one picture at a time. Request: to have the ability to select an album or folder and "import pictures" such that only the content of the album or folder becomes locally accessible on the phone. The current setup makes the lightroom phone app borderline unusable once you've tried to sync it with a computer.

I have been going back and forth deciding between LrC and Lr.  I have decided on Lr.   I have a modest amount of photos currently in LrC at about 8000.  Many but not all are synced to the cloud.  if i export my catalog in lrc that has many of the pics synced to the cloud when I import that catalog to LR will those files replace the synced files (which are just previews now) in lr or will I end up with duplicates?

there is error occuring very frequently in both photoshop & lightroom during masking (M), i cannot select subject, background in masking !!!

This prevents me from placing a guide at the bottom of the screen. See the attached screenshot. I wanted to place a guide along the table, but I can't because of the message there.If I get rid of the guide limit reached message, the other one that says guided upright edit mode active will take it's place. If I click on done it will close the edit window. How do I fix this?

Hello - I upgraded my subscription from LR mobile with 1 TB memory to LRC and PS with 1 TB memory in order to be able to use the additional features of LRC that LR mobile does not perform. I hit sync in LRC and now I have Catalog that says 7500 sync'd photos. Did I do this correctly? What are my next steps to organize the catalog and make it have labels of years? I had no keywords or any organization in LR mobile. Thanks for your help.

Hello I am using lates version of lightroom and I can't select subject...it wont work....when I try to mask, it makes lines instead of focussing on my drawn points...I have latest version of LR and space on my laptop but I do not wish to fill it up too much and NVDEA refuses to download says I do not have the requirements...Please help. Hi, I would like to know how to import luts with .cube extension in lightroom. I read that you have to do a step in Camera raw, but the updated version of Photoshop does not allow you to select any LUT. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Ciao, sto avendo problemi con le maschere di lightroom, in pratica quando clicco su oggetto e persone mi si apre una pagina con scritto: Download di alucni modelli di mascheratura in corso. Il download però non parte. Inoltre non posso utilizzare i preset perchè mi da la stessa scritta. Cosa dovrei fare? Grazie

I currently have all my photos in Google Photos, on their cloud. I want to import all my photos into this new Lightroom CC. How do I do this?

If I add and edit a photo on my Mac, the image syncs to my iPad but my edits do not.   Both sides claim edits are complete.  Seems to happen most with TIFFs. 

Hola, desde hace 4/5 años tenía una cuenta de Lightroom mobile. Hace unas semanas, ingresé para editar una fotografía pero me apareció un mensaje de cuenta caducada. Intenté comunicarme con soporte ya que la app se formateó no tengo ninguna foto, ni álbumes. Y al ingresar a mi Creative Cloud tampoco tengo la información. Quiero recuperar todas mis fotografías almacenadas en Lightroom, tenía contenido desde hace muchos años. Ahora, "renové el plan" pero cancelé el que tenía anteriormente porque no lo reconocía la app. Pero ahora, en esa cuenta no tengo nada de contenido. Me urge en ponerme en contacto con alguien para que me apoye.
