Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Estou tentando fazer o cancelamento da assinatura e não estou conseguindo. Já fui no gerenciamento de assinaturas na Google Play e não consta a minha assinatura lá. Mas recebi uma cobrança de " Google Adobe Inc" no valor de 7,99. Verifiquem se essa cobrança veio de vocês, se veio, gostaria de cancelar. 

Hi, today I bought the bundle of Lightroom and Photoshop. I'm trying it right now but something makes me pretty upset. I got 32 GB of Ram and 2TB of storage, why is lightroom so slow and laggy. None of my application is open, my storage is 1.24TB free. So why do I get problem with running Lightroom ?Thank You for your answers

This seems like it must be a bug, because Adobe can;t possibly expect us to use an iPad and import folders one by one by one from files.  Am I missing something or is this really not possible? I saw a Reddit -ost from four years ago, I struggle to believe Adobe hasn't added this feature in that length of time, for such a very very basic thing.  Any advice available or am I stuck no longer using Lightroom (because I'm not importing 10k folders by going into each folder and selecting all) and I don’t have a desktop that can be used for this.  cheers for any help, much appreciated.    [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

I'm trying to confirm or refute a statement from a fellow photographer, that LR only allows one WB to be set on a Raw file. His argument is that's why there's only an option to enter Kelvin in the Basic Module, and in masking there's only an option for temperture sliders. Any insight on this????

How do you remove/replace a background? I purchased this app thinking I could do so much with it and I'm not seeing much that can be done. Everything I see available on this app that I purchased I can do on free apps. I also don't see any tools to remove objects from photos. Am I missing something? Dear Developers,   I've been struggling in the last months with memory issues in iOS. To summarize, if I want to export more than one image when the app is on, I need to close the app to free up the memory/swap/cache or whatever and then start the app again and export the next image. I've experimented with that now many times. Now, I just exported 5 photos by closing the app and reloading it again, else Lightroom will tell me that there's not enough storage (although I have about 2GB free storage). I had free access to Lightroom CC through my university. I stupidly didn't realize that original photos were only stored in the cloud (I thought I was using Lightroom Classic and not Lightroom CC, so I assumed the originals are still stored on your local machine). I recently deleted and reformatted the entire SD card which contained some of those photos to use it in a new camera because I thought the originals would be stored on my computer. To complicate matters, I graduated recently and can no longer access my school account, so tools like the Student Asset Migration Portal won't work for me.    I reached out to my school's IT to see what they could do but I'm not optimistic because they have this notice on their help page, which I didn't even think applied to me because I didn't even realize the originals were in the cloud:   PLEASE READ: Make sure to transfer ALL Adobe software data BEFORE you receive an @alumni email. Bonjour la communauté,j'ai depuis quelques le problèmes de bogue avec l'IA de lightroom, le message s'affiche sur chaque photo à traiter et finalement se termine par un echec, il faut donc de nouveau que les parametres soient recalculés.. pouvez-vous me dire ou se situe le problème svp ??? comment le résoudre c'est franchement très pénible..Merci d'avance de votre aide. 

Is there a way to manually align 2 photos of rainbows arches as I need to merge two photos, and using the auto system merge the arches don't align properly.

I don't have an active account any more but I'd like to delete my catalog (so that Adobe can't use them for any AI training).  How can I delete my catalog without an active account?

How do I revert back from the latest update?  I will now need to change programs do reduce some noise or add years to my workflow.  These new settings don't work the same as the older version and the AI is a nightmare when you're batch processing 200 files at once. .

I am having a weird issue. When I edit a photo the photo in the display stays how it was edited but when clicking off the photo in the Filmstrip it reverts to some weird edit. Clicking on the filmstrip version brings up the correctly edited photo in the display but the Filmstrip remains the same and when I go to export it exports the version in the Filmstrip and not in the display? I tried pasting the edit settings and then also doing it manually and the same thing happens. See the attached video (quality not the greatest but you can see what it is doing....  Using Lightroom (cloud) on Win11

Alright. I haven't used LightRoom since before Creative Cloud (I used photoshop for everything up until yesterday but it keeps giving me errors and I am on a time crunch). I am trying to edit a batch of photos and CANNOT for the life of me get it to apply the edits to all opened photos. Any helpful info is appreciated!! I have v4.4 currently 100% updated.

Hola a todos quería ver si alguien me puede ayudar cuando uso la aplicación de lightroom Mobile al momento de importar mis fotos lightroom las ajusta automáticamente (baja la exposición o en ocasiones cambia los colores) esto solo pasa cuando importo fotos desde mi cámara ya que cuando uso fotos tomadas con la cámara del celular no pasa los mismo 

I store all my images in the cloud. As I am a heavy user of folders and albums, I would like to have a backup of my folders and albums structure - not only a backup of my original images. I do not feel comfortable to rely solely on Adobe to keep my library save. I there a way to have a backup of my library in case my original cloud library at Adobe gets corrupted?

Não consigo fazer login no meu Lightroom pelo computador do trabalho. Não sei se é por termos um servidor restrito (com acesso de login e senha do TI), mas quando entro no aplicativo, apenas este apresenta problema com acesso. "O Lightroom está tendo problemas para se conectar ao servidor. I have a free Lightroom account on my phone. It's taking up 74gb of storage on my phone. I'd like to delete all the photos from it but I'm scared it will also delete the original photo from my camera roll. when I select all and go to delete it says "are you sure you want to delete these photos from your Lightroom photos and albums". What does "albums" mean in this instance? My phone albums or the albums in Lightroom? Also will it also delete my uploaded presets?

I am trying to learn more about the nuts & bolts of this new LR and LR web feature.  I am researching a report on the use of AI and related techniques for aesthetic photo evaluation.  So far, my tests of the LR Web version’s "Choose best photos" feature do not seem to match my own ranking (even when I tell LR to "ignore my ratings").  Is there any benchmarking of this new LR  feature against commonly used imaging test sets that are used in aesthetic image research (databases such as Photo.net, AADB. Flickr, AVA, AROD, or similar)?   How is the rank order created?  Are the results, in the form of a numerical score available?  What elements of an image are evaluated? ….  balancing element, content, color harmony, depth of field, light, object emphasis, rule of thirds, vivid colors, etc. ?   Any kind of technical manual or citation of research publications will be of great help.  Thanks, Michael.Peddecord@gmail.com&

The healing brush sometimes freezes when I use it. Suddenly, there's a ring on the screen where I last used the healing tool and I can't use the tool anymore. I can still do other adjustments, but to use the healing tool, I have to restart my Lightroom. This is a screenshot of how it looks when it freezes: Steps to reproduce the problem (not always):1. Use the healing tool.2. Drag the tool over the spot/blemish I want to remove. Expected result: Lightroom searches for an area to copy and heals the selected area.Actual result: the healing tool freezes and the blemish isn't removed. I have to restart Lightroom to retry. These are the details of (cloud-based) Lightroom and my MacBook: 

Lightroom mobile v 9.3.0/9.3.1 (latest version) on ChromeOS: Since last update it just randomly closes on my Chromebook, I have low upload speeds so I leave my machine plugged in overnight to upload photos which worked fine until last update and now I come back in morning to find the app shut itself down and only a few photos uploaded.  Similarly I open app to upload or work from, leave room for 5 mins come back and its closed itself.  Mobile app should really be more optimised for chromebooks as its much easier to work with photos than on my android mobile where it works fine.  I'm a artist so I work from my photos stored on lightroom on my chromebook and connected to a monitor, and I need the app to not contantly crash also I expect better as I pay for your photography plan to use it.

I would like to know if there is a way for me to batch select what clients mark with hearts on lightroom so that I don't have to click each notification one by one

I've paid for my monthly subscription for lr mobile for Android, it says "Käufe wiederhergestellt", yet it just keeps on loading... Google play support is totally useless.     

Hello, dear Lightroom users.I have a big issue with Lightroom and Lightroom Classic on my windows pc.After a few minutes of using Lightroom and Lightroom Classic the images get completely corrupted and I don't know why. The corruption is attached in the photo. This happens to every photo in every folder. Even if I export the image it looks like this.The only thing that helps is - restart the Lightroom.I'm using Windows 11 (original)the newest version of Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.My GPU is AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (I tried to update the drivers and it didn't work)My CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-core (updated as well)Besides, I'm using a Macbook PRO with a basic M3 chip, which does not happen here, even if I edit the same photos.I think this issue started when I edited some .jpgs in Lightroom Classic.Did someone have a similar issue?Thanks for your help!

Why when I try to upload the raw images from my SD card, all of previous edits I have already done upload instead? It makes no sense, I have tried multiple times. And if I go back to format them to the original in lightroom, it changes the edited folder I already shared with my client. Please help!!!
