Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I want my photos to be in order by capture time in Lightroom Online. This is where I typically share my photos with people. I know I can sort by date and organize the photos like I want them, but I take photos of sports events and want them to be in order by time. And I do not want to sort 200 photos. My work flow is that I will download images to a folder on my desktop and upload to Lightroom Online. If anytone can help I would SOSOSO apprecaite it!

I am trying to cancel my Lightroom mobile subscription to Adobe. they tell me that I should cancel my subscription on Google Store.. when I go to my Google Store it shows no active subscription. what can I do?

I've had Lightroom Premium for about 2 years, just yesterday I used it without any problems, today October 13th the app says that my subscription is canceled. I contacted adobe who said the problem was Google's. I contacted Google and they said that everything is correct on their part and the problem is with adobe. No one solves the problem and I paid for the service. 

I am trying to save photo edits that I am using on the Lightroom web editor - but I do not see an option.  None of the edits I do are carrying over to my gallery. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? I need help. Thanks.

I have tried different photos, angles, locations everything. I tried Merging 2, then 3 then 4 ven 5 images. HDR is not working at ALL! Someone please explain what I am missing. Does it have to be in some sort of special format?

I have a couple of albums which are not getting uploaded by Lightroom mobile on my iPad. The photos have been originally imported on the iPad and they don't get uploaded. Overall status says everything is fine, but when you open a picture, the status on the cloud symbol says something different:   All the pictures are there on the iPad, but Lightroom CC on my Laptop or Lightroom Web are missing the pictures. Lightroom Web displays synchronization errors for the missing pictures:   My trust goes down the drain that such synchronization issues still exist in 2022 with Lightroom. When ever I use a preset (and several other editing tools) on iOS or iPadOS I have to click the tick icon to apply it. Whereas when I select a preset on desktop version of Lightroom (LR Cloud and LrC) the behaviour is quite different as preset instantly applies without requiring confirmation. I have some multi-preset workflows (such as mastin labs excellent presets) that therefore require confirmation of each preset before moving on to the next one, that considerably slows the process down which can be quite frustrating.

Hi: I am relatively new to the Cloud Based Program. Trying to create folders for pictures within an Album.  Eg month of year or location of pictures. Uncertain how to do it . Thanks for your help

Hello, I have a preset with lrtemplate ending. I uploaded via my Samsung Smartphone to my cloud but now I cannot find it in any folder. But for sure it was uploaded as if I try again I get the message it is already there.Any ideas how I can find it?ThxChris

Good morning, I paid for premium but I don't get the features.

Through no apparent action of my own, dozens of my albums have disappeared. I have a 1TB cloud plan and use Lightroom CC on a Windows desktop, Mac desktop, Android phone, and iPad. The albums were migrated from Lightroom Classic CC, which I no longer use.What's going on here? Cloud problems? It seems like I have the same number of photos, but random albums are gone. This is a serious issue because over the years I have spent countless hours organizing 35,000+ photos, and I have no idea which albums are missing.Any insight is appreciated.

Today I tried to edit an older file in Lightroom CC but the controls were greyed out, indicating the original was missing. I tried to edit in Photoshop and got the message: "Edit in photoshop failed. Unable to download original or smart preview. Your computer is offline, going online will allow you to download files." Not true- I was online and signed into CC. Next I went to https://lightroom.adobe.com/ to see if the original was there. Not only was it not there, but NONE of my originals were.  In my preferences, I supposedly have over 40000 photos, which take up 11MB.So it appears some of my originals are missing, and none of them are syncing to the cloud. Help!

Do we know when or if Adobe is planning to include the Denoise feature in Lightroom for iPad OS.

My Lightroom seems to freeze/crash after I rate or edit about 5 or less Raw photos in a row. It has never done this until about 2 months ago. I'm thinking maybe an update from adobe, windows, or graphics driver is what's causing the issue. Or maybe I have some corrupt settings/data somewhere. I cleared the cache, ensured everything was updated, ensured power plan was set on high, and restarted my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and paused cloud syncing. But the issue persists. Lightroom mobile was also freezing when I would try to do edits. All editing features seem to work fine before it crashes. Once I've rated a few photos, Lightroom completely freezes and I have to end it through task manager. Pasting image adjustments to a photo also seems to freeze Lightroom. When I reopen, the ratings and edits are usually saved. Also when I crop images, the entire image fluctuates in size rapidly. This doesn't immediately cause a freeze, but is weird.I recently tried disabl

Feature suggestion; Lightroom should be able to sort recently imported images on what it thinks (using ai) would be "the best" and most promising pictures.Also; it would be awesome if Lightroom could mark/tag/flag pictures that are under- or overexposed, have too much motion blur, out of focus and overall of bad/unusable quality. The remaining pictures should be able to be sorted in having good composition, exposure and sharpness. To speed up the editing process of imaging professionals. For example wedding photographers have multiple 100's of photos to go through and every photographer always have multiple "failed" photos when returning from a job. It could save a lot of time when these photos are separated from the usable photos.

Now that LR has that Local tab, I finally get to make the switch and so far am loving it! One glitch.  LrC (Windows) would let me make the image name I wanted which was a custom name (which changed for each group of photos) plus the original file name which was my image number and shot date.  Yes, it's a long file name but it's really what I need.  I haven't found a way to do a two step type of file name like that in LR.  Am I missing something?  I sure hope so. If that's not an option now, it should be! 🙂 And, if it is not, what's a reasonable workaround?  I don't think I can do the export I need in Bridge.  Do I have to somehow go back to LrC?  Will I have my edits?  If I have to sit through that annoying Sync stuff in LrC to get the edits, I think that will defeat the purpose of my changing apps.  Please, tell me someon has found a great workaround!

Bonjour est il possible de crée des dossier pour trier ses preset sur Lightroom mobile ?

I am a landscape photographer and use focus stacking often.  I put each stack in its own folder on a Canon R5.  I do this so that I know what the first and last image is of the stack.  I often take the same image with different settings so if all the images are in the same folder, it can be difficult to know where one stack start and one ends. I want to import my files into LR and maintain the folder structure.  I do not want to import into one folder (include subfolders) and then break them out after as it deeats the purpose.  I know how to add to collection one folder at a time, but my last shoot has 50 folders.   How can I do them all at once?
