I've installed Lightroom 9.1.1 on my Google Pixel 8 pro. The bug with displaying inverted colors disapeard. Therefore now it says that HDR is not supported on my device. That worked before. Who is testing this software?

I got a new iphone 15 recently and updated my iOS and apps.  I opened the LR app and it has been saying "Updating... Lightroom needs to do some housekeeping.  Migrating thumbnails.  This may take a moment."  for 2 days now.  I maybe had 100 thumbnails in the app previously.  Any idea why this is happening or how to get it to unstick itself?

I am trying to free up some cloud space, as i keep getting nagged that i am approaching my limit Initially i tried to delete some old collections/folders (whatever they are called these days), but it seem this simply deletes the folder, not the photos contained within So i am now trying to filter all photos not currently in a collection, so that i can bulk select and delete This seems like such a simple process, but is somehow eluding me, any help would be very much appreciated ightroom v 7.1.2

Hi there, I just purchased an M1 MACBOOK AIR 16GIG RAM, updated to the latest lightroom version but switching between photos takes about 3 seconds to display. My M2 mini 8gig was much faster...What could be wrong?

I have been scouring the community discussion groups for an answer but I dont find any that works for me.  I have a set of 2000 pics that I took of a stage performance. As all these photos were shot handheld, there is a slight straightening issue with each pic. I use Lightroom CC web-based (not Classic). When I go to each photo individually, go to Crop menu, and click on Auto on top of the slider that says Straighten, it does a decent job of straightening the photo. However, there is no way to copy only the auto straighten part and paste it to the rest of my photos. If I choose settings to copy, I can choose options - "Crop" "Upright" and "Manual Transforms" but they don't copy the auto part of the straighten and paste it correctly on a new image. But if I go back to the same Crop menu of the new photo, and click on Auto, it straightens it! With a slightly different angle than what was pasted! Does not make sense. Am I missing something? Is there a way to autostraighten a bat

Whenever I use masks in Lightroom classic on my computer, it creates issues when uploading to the cloud and specifically when I try to access the photos in Lightroom mobile to download them. When I go to the photos in Lightroom mobile that have been edited with masks on Lightroom classic on the desktop, I am given the error message "this photo is missing settings from "alexshp" (my laptop) on [whatever date it was edited] that need to be downloaded before it can be edited. If you would like to edit the image immediately you can reset the settings". I don't understand how to fix this and also have no issues with creating masks on the mobile version and having those uploaded to the cloud. Please help

This is a new issue for me. I had no issues prior to this so I'm not sure if it's an update or something I changed by accident. When I open the Lightroom edited image from my files in Photoshop, it opens the unedited version. But I've made sure it's the correct file and there's no naming conflict.  Now, it only opens the edited one when I export in Original + Settings, because it opens up camera raw on Photoshop. But it's pretty annoying because I have to change the bit depth everytime in order to colour it. If relevant: I'm using 2022 M2 Macbook Pro on Sonoma 14.4.1

The original raw files on sitting on my local hard drive and the collection is synced to the Creative Cloud.I exported the images in Lightroom mobile from that Collection to my phone's internal memory.  The resulting files are only a few thousand Kb's.  These files should be at least 10mb in size. Why can't I export high resolutions in LR mobile?

Let me preface this by saying im frustrated im even here typing this...more time wasted with this company. I have contacted support 3 times in a week for different issues with Lightroom (30 mins+ each time).The troubleshooting steps all the same,  remote access is used and the app ends up having to be reset. Nothing in this app has run smoothly on my computer since I've gotten it. Im tired of contacting horrible customer support for something that has so many issues!!!! This last conversation the customer service rep just logged off without answering all of my concerns. Just logged off abruptly (Brian)...incredibly rude. Ironically was after asking him "does customer satisfaction not matter"......he told me. DO BETTER ADOBE!!!!  -If you have the patience I attached my last CHAT TRANSCRIPT with them. Thats the customer experience ADOBE gives

Lightroom v9.3.1.990155/146iOS 17.4.1 Issue1. in device tab2. elipses -> select3. select more than 50 photosResult:  Delete button grays out, and is unavailable Impact;For a large (<50) number of photos, it is tedious to delete them, having to select them 1 at a time.  There is a select all box that is useless.

Hi all, Having an issue with lightroom library v13-3, the images I have look fine in Library but when clicking develop, they become all torn. I've made sure my Graphics drivers are updating and about to try a reinstall to see that sorts it. I recently moved computers aswell, but was function fine until updated to my version.  Thanks, Peter

Hi! Can anyone help? I upgraded my free version of LR mobile to premium and when it updated, all my photos and presets are gone! The LR mobile I have is version 6 and I'm using Pocophone F1 with Android 10 version. I was told by chat rep that since its a free version, it wouldn't sync to cloud and so there's no way to retrieve my photos and presets. Point is, why would I pay premium to have all my photos/presets gone when I was not notified/informed that such thing would occur if I upgrade? Is there really no way to retrieve all the photos and presets that I had?? Regretting paying for premium just so my photos/presets be deleted 😭

Hi there, hoping someone can help! I'm using Lightroom mobile on a Samsung Ultra 24.When I'm editing, whatever change I've made occurs but then becomes dull and I have no idea why!? I can't seem to keep vibrant colours?

I understand that the LR icon means the image has been added to Lightroom cloud, but what does the pencil/edit symbol mean? I thought it meant the photo had been edited, but there are also photos I've edited without that icon.  

I purchased my subscription via android Google play store and I'm trying to login to my account on my mac.... it's saying I need to start my free trial and I "can't restore my purchase without a purchase" what is happening here? I'm so confused. There's a quite a few threads similar to this but I still can't find a solution.

The full message is The Lightroom catalog cannot be used because the parent folder “/Volumes/106926 Data/Jacks ” does not allow files to be created within it. I am not trying to create files I'm am trying to access the ones I have. Any suggestions? 

I'm usually shooting both Jpeg and raw format so I have with the same filename both pic extensions RAF (Fuji) and JPG.When I see the pic in the grid format and I try to open the JPG is showing and I click on info is showing the RAF Instead and viceversa.This must be a bug. Isn't it?
