Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hola, quiero comprar un abonamento Ligthroom con Photoshop, quisiera saber, el plan anual, que se paga mensualmente, puedo cancelarlo cuando quiera? es decir, comprar el plan, usarlo un par de meses y despues cancelarlo y comprarlo de nuevo cuando lo necesite otra vez. Se puede cancelar cuando yo quiera?

I've never thought twice about Lightroom performance before, but now it's incredibly clunky. I've cleaned cache, restarted, etc. I keep my originals locally on an external HD, with copies in the cloud, if that's relevant, but it's never been an issue before. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. 

Hello dear community.I have the problem that Lightroom doesn't allow me to write to an external hard drive. This morning I was able to export photos as jpeg to an external hard drive and into the designated folder. I imported a new batch of images and now I can only export them using the short cut to the folder generated by Lightroom on my internal hard drive. But no longer specifically in specified folders. I have already allowed all hard drive access rights in the settings of my Mac Book Lightroom, but nothing happens. I'm currently in a project with a deadline of Monday, May 27th, 2024. Please help me!!! What should I do?

Won't let me save files from lightroom to my Mac. It will for photoshop and I dont get why please help.

If I'm not going to print my photographs does the resolution/ppi settings affect the quality of them, the way they are displayed or any other aspect of them. If yes, what should my ppi be. Also why everyone suggests 72ppi for web use. If you dont choose that are they going to be projected too big/small?

Can you add option to work offline without usage of cloud? I need something that doesn't sync to cloud.

Paid for subscription but still can’t use premium function. Restoring purchases didn’t help.

Hey so my Lightroom Detecting featuire for masking isn't working anymore (working fine previous day) and is coming up with "Something Went Wrong - There was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed".  Wondering if anyone else is encountering this issue as well and any fixes?

The default sort order is last-first. It should be chronological. The last setting should stick as well.

Both my Lightroom app on iPhone and Lightroom classic on my Mac are logged into my creative cloud account and both say they are syncing photos. The trouble is, they are not. I created an album in cc on the go today and imported photos from my device and camera to it.  The phone says it's synced but these photos are not available on the desktop and neither is the album. Same for the Mac. I imported photos from the card to a different folder and these have finished syncing but are not available on my iPhone. What's causing this and how can I fix it?

I do a lot of duplicating and revisions, sometimes I have multiple of the same photos that had been previously rendered. It's useful to see titles in the film strip to quickly know what is what, especially when selecting different sorts.    

I have an existing subscription on iOS for Lightroom and want to move it to Google Play as I no longer will have a iPhone want to manage all subscriptions in one place. It seems like I can't subscribe on Android until the iOS subscription is cancelled and expired. What will happen to my images in the cloud? Is there a "grace period" before Adobe deletes the cloud files when a subscription ends? So is it safe for me to cancel the subscription in the App Store, wait for it to expire and then re-subscribe on Google Play?

Warum muss man auf IOS für die App Lightroom als auch für die App Photoshop Express getrennt abonnieren? Man zahlt so ja doppelt 🫡

I'd be grateful for anyone/everyone's experience remedying  the washed-out effect that results when otherwise vibrant images edited in Lightroom and/or Photoshop are uploaded to Google Photos (albums) or my website.  rendered WASHED OUT when uploaded to online albums or sites following export from Lightroom or Photoshop. They're of beautiful, bright appropriate hues even in quick-view form in the external drive folders I expore to before uploading online. But once uploaded, they're DRAB and listless. I cannot deliver client albums until I've remedied this situation. Various links to previous discussions have guided me to see that I am exporting in sRGB color profile, but I don't seem to be able to fiure out whether what I'm importing (hundreds of jpeg-Fine-quality images - can't shoot RAW for the volume of this kind of work) is the same or different color profile, or how one affects the other.Any thoughts? Hello, I have this "problem". I have new phone and my saved presets in lightroom weren't transfered to new phone. I know name of that one specific preset, that I want to use, is there any possible way how can I find it?

Sharing: Currently, if you share an album with photos that are HDR merged/stacked, the shared link/webpage will show the individuals photo. How can I provide the shared link/webpage to display what our Album should actually look like, as in the Lightroom?

Good evening. I use Lightroom Classic on a MacBook and have synching turned on, although I don’t have any collections yet.  I also use Lightroom Mobile on an iPhone 14.  My iPhone camera roll has a bout 6k photos, most of which DON’T need to be in LR. But some do.  If I grant LR Mobile “access” to my entire iPhone camera roll, will that entire camera roll then be synched up to the cloud?I think that only happens if I turn on “Auto-Add” in the app settings, right? (Which I haven’t).  And so then…the only iPhone camera roll photos that would synch from the phone up to the cloud are the specific ones I’ve “added” to LR mobile on the phone and/or edited in LR mobile on the phone, and/or shot with the LR Mobile camera. Correct? And then those would be accessible in LR Classic (assuming synching is active there).  Do I have all that correct? Thx, Storey.

Hello, I have noticed the past month at least that whenever I try to rotate an image in edit mode in Lightroom mobile the app will completely crash. Not only that my Iphone (IOS 17.4.1) will completely crash on that screen. I cannot exit out or turn off my screen. My phone will end up either going into an auto boot mode or I will have to press and hold to power it off and on again. This is very disruptive and needs to be addressed. I have been using Lightroom CC and mobile for many years and have not come across this. Thank you!

Lightroom mobile on Android (S22 ultra) has stopped showing all my online images. Just a blank page. All other functions work including showing my photos in my phone gallery. It only stopped working last week. Is there a known issue with LR mobile currently?  

Guten Tag, in LR steht rechts oben (Wolke) Cloud ist voll,nicht genug speicherplatz... ich bin grad echt am verzweifeln.Ich habe Stundenlang gesucht wie ich die Bilder alle in der Cloud löschen kann-werd irre. LR reagiert auch total schlecht,brauch ewig nun um Bilder zu laden oder abzuspeichern. Liegt es an der Cloud?Ich benötige sie garnicht. Bitte,wie kann ich alle Bilder in der Cloud löschen?

Photoshop has really nice Colour Lookup profiles (.look) and I want those effects on mobile Photoshop Express or Lightroom. Is there a way to import these? Devices:Photoshop on Windows 11Photoshop Express and Lightroom on Samsung Galaxy S9
