Hi,please, is it possible to switch off a synchro of photos uploaded to Adobe Lightroom (no Classic). So if I upload photos for edit, they wont upload to cloud and stay just localy in laptop?Thank you. Lukas

Bonjour, J'ai souscrit ce matin même à la fonction Premium de l'applciaiton LightRoom mobile pour samsung.Dans le galaxy store l'achat est bien notifié dans l'onglet article, et je suis bien connecté à mon adresse mail utilisé sur Adobe et Samsung.Si je sélectionne de nouveau l'achat premium un mesage apparait : "Impossible de conclure l'achat. Déjà acheté code erreur : IS9224/6050/xDVaJgqcSN"Puis un autre notifiant de nouveau "Impossible de traiter votre achat. Le galaxy Store n'a pas encore été en mesure de traiter votre achat." Il y a-t-il un temps de latence ? C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive suite à un achat sur une application. Merci d'avance pour votre aide Noëlla

Hi, I realize Lightroom 7 just came out a few days ago and there's still a lot of knowledge to be gained on how it works and perhaps some bugs to be sorted out.  But I'm hopeful for some help! I'm looking into using Lightroom 7 in it's local storage and editing mode for editing moving forward - I've been waiting for Lightroom to finally address the local storage feature that's continued to keep Lightroom Classic alive as a legacy program.  Seem's like they finally have. That said, I'm having an issue with finding the .XMP files that Lightroom is supposed to automaticallly save for .JPG files that I've ran test edits on.  I've looked in the location in whcih I'm sourcing the original .JPG from, which is stored on my iCloud Drive, but it's not there.  Also, there doesn't appear to be any 'hidden' files to the extent I can tell, and I've restarted both Lightroom and my computer, as well as given it time to sync.  Still no success.  Any help wou

I've been very happy since I switched from LrC to Lr - my life is better! But one weird bug I am seeing is the 'Edited' flag on the bottom right of a photo. It seems that sometimes (though not always) when I have a folder of files on one drive that I then copy to another (like for instance from a portable drive to my desktop HD), Lr marks ALL the photos as 'Edited' even if only a small fraction of them actually were. Is anyone else seeing this?  Its an important one for me because I like going back through my folders and sorting by photos that have been edited. Thanks,David

Good day. I am a new user of Lightroom and started with 7.0 right away. I have a cloud album with my photos. I put several keywords for each photo for rapid and convinient search. First, I would like to export all keywords used list as a .txt or something similar, to review, make notes for my colleaugues, for myself and so on. I cannot find how to do it. It seems to me, LrC has such feature, but I need it in Lr 7.0. And another question - can I search among photos using keywords like "contain tagA and tagB in the same time" (I know I can), but how about "contain tagA but don't contain tagB" and "contain or tagA or tagB, or both of them"?? I see in LrC I can use !tagB to exclude these from search results, but in Lr 7.0 I don't understand does it work or not.Could you help me, please? 

Hi, I'm new here and need help.  On my Mac i use about +50.000 photo's that are located on a external drive. I would like to use / import theme all in Photoshop & Lightroom. I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud and would like to use my photo's from the cloud on different locations. What's the best way to sync my photo's with Creative Cloud without having dual local copy's? If i import them in 'finder' the photo's are synced only they are also copied to my local drive where the base map of Creative cloud is located. So, i need help to startup my first use with Adobe Creative Cloud. I uninstalled my Lightroom in hopes to try and update it but now it's not letting me download it at all because the newest version needs an updated mac version that I can't get because my mac is too old. Please don't tell me I just lost Lightroom for good...

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access my presets I purchased. I have a Google pixel and I'm not that tech savvy but for the love. I have the rs file app, zip app, PDF app and lightroom just keeps saying I need to allow everything and I have done that. Please help!!

I'm on an Android phone with Android 13. Got the premium version of Lightroom Mobile, all up to date at the time I'm posting this. This issue been occuring for almost 3 years now.More often than not, when I try to export a MP4 video shoot with my phone, Lightroom will get this message saying "Couldn't complete export - 1 video failed to export" and nothing else. It's annoying the crap out of me cause I already bought another phone thinking it was a problem with my device. But now that I see it happening in every 3 phones I have, I guess it's time to admit the app is flawed.So I'm literally paying for something I cannot use 90% of the time. I had to manually copy all my presets, adjustment by adjustment, to CapCut because there I can edit and export my videos just fine.Can you please fix this? I've seen the same issue not being answered to and those who got any response at all simple heard "stop using the mobile app and use the desktop instead to solve the issue". That's not the "resolu

Lightroom doesn not export videos. I select the file/ files then export in MP4 or original. I see a video in the selected folder but it doesn't work. What could be the problem?

I'd like to use the Local edit on my  macOS 14.1 M2 Pro Macbook Pro, but Local shows only my user home directory. If I try to browse to al local folder not under my home directory there is an error "slected folder is not support". External USB or Thunderbolt Drives are shown when connected.In System preferences - privacy & security - Lightroom has full access to the hard drive On my Intel iMac macOS 14.1 the local hard drive is shown.  Any suggestions or hints? GreetingsDirk

Hi I deleted my photos in gallery and now I want to take them back, but how?! I thought I only deleted them in LR but now they are gone in my phone😪

Halloich hab mal ne Frage an die Spezialisten unter Euch:Ich versuche seit ein paar Tagen meine LRc Fotos mit LR zu synchonisieren; allerdings möchte ich nicht alle Fotos die ich in meinem LR classic Katalog habe synchronisieren, sondern nur jene, die in verschiedenen  Sammlungen liegen.Aktuell stellt es sich mir aber so dar, dass ich - sobald ich (über das Cloud Symbol) auf synchronisieren klicke LR mit der Meldung / Frage kommt ob ich den aktuellen Katalog synchronisieren will . Alternativ  wird noch "Abbrechen" angeboten - aber dann steht die Möglichkeit Sammlungen zu synchronisieren (über das Kontextmenu) nicht zur Verfügung.Gibt's hier eine andere Alternative? 

I'm trying to work out my workflow for the first time using LR and LRC via the cloud. I see how to selectively sync the collections I want accessible on both Apps, which I've done. I understand (correctly?) that anything I work on in Local on LR, will not automatically synch.I am therefore working from the Cloud within LR and then 'Copying Photos to the Cloud' once I am done.My question: How do I get the LR processing, saved to the cloud, back into LRC where I prefer to work at home?Is it automatic? Do I need to import from the Cloud back into LRC?Is there an easy (or easier) tutorial or method to follow?

Ich habe komplexere Probleme mit Lightroom mobile auf dem iPad. Erkennen kann ich, dass mein cloud Speicher zu 95% voll ist (100GB).  In der Creative cloud App sehe ich, dass der Speicher zu 1800% voll ist. Zu finden sind nur Handvoll Bilder. In Lightroom App habe Probleme Bilder zu importieren. Bei der Bearbeitung selbst stoße ich auf  "bugs" ebenfalls. Export bleibt manchmal hängen. Seit dem ich das Abo habe, beschäftige mich nur mit Problemen. Bitte um schnelle Hilfe.
