Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

 how can l bring back the sky blue color into normal without disturbing other subjects colors?   (Thread title edited by Moderator)

I'm using Lightroom 7.0 on Windows.I had a private account until yesterday, and I closed it (my membership ended this morning) and switched to a new account I got from work. Before ending my private membership, I exported a few prestet from Lightroom. I imported those presets to the new account this morning, but only a few are showing up. I tried deleting all of them and importing only those that won't show up to see if there is an error message or something like that, but the only thing I see is a note saying "1 preset imported". Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening?Thanks.

I'm using Lightroom in mobile. I can't save large size files. It tooks more time. But, doesn't save. I'm premium customer. Why this happened to me. Please rectify this problem soon. I have lot of work to do. 

Hi, I'm away travelling and have been saving raw files to my Android tablet and editing them with LR mobile. All of them re visible in Gallery but when I select the LightRoom option they are split between "All Photos" (the vast majority) and "Unedited" (30 photos). I don't seem to be able to do anything with these 30 photos - clicking on them results in the dreaded "failed to load development version" message and I can't work out how to get them into the All photos folder a nd be able to edit them. I'm not aware I did anything with these photos for them to be separated into this "Unedited " folder. Help would be much appreciated  RegardsPaul Aroney

A few days ago I've tried to add new photos and video's from my card to lighroom and they keep uploading for days now. I've tried to delete them and restore them, formatted my card, changed to an older upload from lightroom, deleded sync issues from the browser vesion, and I've also tried adding new photos. But basically nothing works. They keep saying that they're "uploading". Anyone knows what I can do here? Photos I upload to my desktop are now not synced to my mobile version, which is highly annoying!!

Hi so I've been using Lightroom cloud on iPad Pro, and I then save synced files on old laptop for filing/storage system ... downloading from Lightroom and save to external drive. No issues. I now have a new MacBook Pro, Lightroom cloud images all synced, getting some practice on the system, edited my pics on Lightroom on it. Then went to save the files via the old laptop (windows Dell) so they are in with 2023 work and this happened, wouldn't allow, message below. Only 42 images saved successfully out of 103. Never happened before. Can anyone help or advice plse?thank you 

Hi. I'm a long time LR 6 user on an older iMac. A long time ago, I downloaded LR mobile and had a Creative Cloud trial with it for 5GB of storage. I played around with it during the trial, but decided I didn't need it, so I deleted the apps from the device I was using.Last month, I decided to give LR mobile another try, so I bought an annual subscription through the Apple App Store on my iPad. That subscription (Ver. 9.0.0) came with 100 GB of Creative Cloud storage. I've been using LR and exploring the ecosystem for about a month. I'm comfortable with it and the work flow now, so I decided to download the CC app. When I did that, it shows that I only have 5GB of storage and that I am over the limit (because of the past month's worth of new work), instead of reflecting the 100GB of storage I just purcahsed.To be clear, when I open the LR mobil app, the CC storage limit says 100GB. When I open the CC app on my desktop, iPhone or iPad, the limit is capped at 5GB (the old free trial limit

For the past 8 months, I've been using an external ssd for all my photo storage and editing. But as of LR 7, I receive a terse and unhelpful report that "This folder does not contain editable files". If I drill down into the folder structure, (original->year->day), then LR sees the file and allows me to edit. I am having trouble with Lightroom Classic as it isn't syncing all of my 298 images. Although it starts syncing, it stops abruptly, and this has been happening for the past three weeks. Lightroom Classic isn't the only program that's been having issues but also Adobe Lightroom. I have become very frustrated and feel like I have no options left. Is there a phone number or a way to chat with someone through Zoom to get some help and resolve the issue? I urgently need assistance, please.

The new denoise is great - but takes 30 min or more to process a photo.  My system info below. i am a premium user lightroom mobile but i can't access blur tool on iphone 8 plus. How can i access blur tool? Help please!!!

I am a little lost. When adding a watermark in Lightroom 7.0 (non-classic version), it looks just the way I expect it to in the preview window, but once I click on 'Done' and am back to the 'export' window, my white .png (transparent background) watermark has a weird blackish outline/shadow around the edge of my watermark. I played with various resolution .png watermarks; Also playing with the opacity slider does not seem to make a difference (both 100% white or 40% - both have that weird outline;Adjusting the exportable image's quality does not seem to make a difference (thinking that the 'black outline' is related to pixels and some weird math). The weird shadow in the exported image: The preview under "Watermark Settings": For testing purposes, I reimported the .jpg base image into an .ai file and applied the same .png watermark (same 72ppti) with the same settings, and exported the image as a .jpg - the Illustrator's export doesn't have that weird "shadow" effec

Hi  I have prev used Lightroom (cloud) on my iPad Pro, when I want to work an album I hit 'Store locally' and the raw originals download making a nice quick and efficient edit time wise. I've now synced my Lightroom (cloud) to my new MacBook, how do I store an album locally on there please to do same? Can't see the function .... thank you 

Hi I've recently bought a 16 inch MacBook Pro and installed Lightroom (cloud version) synced photos arrived. The editing screen size is smaller than I'd like, please can the left hand side toolbar be collapsed? (I've researched online, I can see in Classic the toolbar can be collapsed but I can't work out how to do in Lightroom) it would create a bigger pic size... thank you v much

I have tried going into the privacy setting on the iPad and they are all correct . Please can someone help with this ? This is the only reason I bought my iPad . Thank Simon   

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze Lightroom (mobile) auf meinem iPhone 14 Pro Max. Leider sehen die Bilder nach dem exportierten Bilder (gleich welche Größe und welche Einstellung) auf dem iPhone komplett anders aus als davor im Lightroom. Die Farben sind meines Erachtens kraftloser geworden (sieht unecht aus) und das Bild wird tendenziell dunkler. Meine Frau nutzt für die mobile Bildbearbeitung ebenfalls LR mit dem iPhone 13 Pro Max, sie hat die selben Probleme. Ferner wird mein iPhone seit dem Update (müsste V 9.0.0 sein) bei der Bildbearbeitung heiß, sodass auch der Bildschirm als Absicherung abdunkelt. So kann ich natürlich keine Bilder bearbeiten.Ob beide o.g. Probleme miteinander zusammenhängen, weiß ich leider nicht.Hat jemand von Euch selbe Problematik oder sogar eine Lösung? Aktuell ist für mich LR nicht wirklich brauchbar. Danke für Eure Hilfe 🙂 

Hello, I am a new user of Lightroom CC and I am struggling with getting any video files created on my Sony A7iii to open/import in the current Lightroom CC. I've been scouring the web and have found some posts regarding an issue with dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe, but I am afraid I don't understand any of it or what to do. I don't even see this program on my computer.  All of the posts are geared towards MAC users. I am running Windows 10. I saw something else that suggested Lightroom doesn't support Sony codec XVAC S. But I tried importing a AVCHD video and that didn't work either. I really don't understand issues of codecs, etc. All of the files had a .MP4 extension. I also tried opening a .MOV file made on my iPhone. Nothing works. For all cases Lightroom CC says "This file does not contain a supported format." I should mention that all of these video files play fine in VLC or Windows Media Player. They are not corrupt. Any help geared towards someone who doesn't understand a

In Lightroom Mobile for Android, version 9, there is an issue when switching between the photo edit view back to the All Photos album view. I'm taken back to the begining of the list! This means I have to scroll down every single time I want to check a photo in the edit window. I don't think that used to be the case, and I don't think this is a pleasant experience to any user. Adobe please fix this? It sure is an easy one.   PS, I doubt this is an issue isolated to my install. But if other users are reporting not having that problem, please let me know.
