Hello, When I try to open Lightroom, I get the message below.Error initializing Lightroom: invalid offline resources path, if this issue persists, please report it.

My lightroom pictures and preset are deleted automatically without my any action everytime I closed my app.

If I delete pictures in Lightroom, sometimes happens that these are still visible in my overview with just a grey overlay like "disabled". If I close and reopen Lightroom, these pictures was not removed and are still there.

Hola, en mi trabajo uso dos dispositivos una tab de Samsung y un iPhone. Si compró ligthromm Mobil en una de las tiendas (playstore y appstore) lo puedo usar en los dos dispositivos o debo comprar la app en cada tienda?

I want to report an error, it happens that in the most recent version of Lightroom 8.3.3 the full screen does not work when I am editing and it is annoying, what I mean is that the status and navigation bar are visible when I'm editing, the only version of Lightroom that if you had the full screen is version 8.1.2 from there the versions that came out did not work the full screen, I would like you to please fix that.My android version is 9CPU: arm64

Hello,I'm experiencing a major caos issue with Lightroom for iPad and iPhone since the latest update.Basically I like to import to Lightroom only the photos that I want to edit in it, and not the entire camera roll content. This helps me organize better my photos in Lightroom and separate them from the thousands of photos in my camera roll.But after the latest update, I'm getting all my camera roll photos inside Lightroom which are also being synced to the creative cloud.And even after blocking the access of Lightroom to my camera roll, I still get all the photos in the app. The result is absolute caos that is killing the Lightroom experience for me.Is this a bug? How do I get my previous photo organization back? Please advice about what I should do to solve this. Thank you. Best regards, Carlos

On my personal computer, Lightroom won't open at all. It will open to the initializing phase, but won't go past the "reading preferences" before shutting down completely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, changed file names, changed preferences, logged out of my Creative Cloud and logged back in, restarted my laptop...everything I can think of to change it. I have had Lightroom on this computer before and it worked without issue. I just downloaded it onto a family member's computer and it worked just fine. I don't know how to further troubleshoot this issue. All of my other apps work just fine.   [moved from bugs to discussions - Mod.]

Hi,I'm troubleshooting an issue opening, viewing, and editing RAW .dng files that were taken using my camera's automatic in-camera "HDR" shooting mode. This mode functions by taking 3 bracketed exposures at different EV settings and then combining the multiple shots into a single .dng container. Windows and google photo editors correctly interpret this data, but no adobe products (LR mobile, desktop, photoshop camera RAW latest version) do. When I open the .dng in any compatible adobe product, I only see data from one of the exposures, not the merged version.When asking around so far, I have heard this is unsupported completely, and I must take bracketed separate exposures and then HDR combine in post if I want to have editing capabilities in Adobe software. Is this correct? Seems strange such a common shooting mode/feature on DSLRs and mirrorless digital cameras would be unsupported...Here is a link to a sample RAW file, attached JPG previews to show the difference.

I installed Photoshop Beta to give the removal option a try, but when instead of removing objects it was randomly replacing them with other objects, I decided to remove it. I uninstalled it, and have since restarted the computer, however I no longer have the option in Lightroom to send my photos to Photoshop. Everything is up to date and I cannot figure out how to fix this. If anyone knows how to fix this issue without having to uninstall and reinstall both apps I would greatly appreciate it. 

I've only been using LR a few days so bear with me.I took some indoor group photos with my Canon RP with the image quality set to JPEG+RAW(CR3). The JPEG results were perfectly acceptable straight out of the camera but the RAW image processed in LR and exported to a large JPEG file look very grainy. Just for info the iso was 12800, F8, 1/60s. Am I doing something wrong? I also looked at some RAW files I took with my previous Canon 250D which all had ISO's in the low hundreds and they were all fine. Is it the high ISO causing the problem?

Hi,I've been encountering a bug that made Lightroom for Android hardly usable for me in the few months I used the service. I've reported the bug through the Android crash reporter, until I realized that this might be a more visible place for bug reports. In short: Lightroom Mobile crashes consistently when I open certain photos. It seems to happen only on certain cropped photos, but it happens consistently. I initially thought it affected only the photos that I cropped on mobile, when I changed app view (e.g. swipe to another photo, or go back to the gallery view) before it could be backed up to the cloud. However I recently noticed that it's happening also on some photos that I cropped via web and macOS clients. Rebooting, cleaning the cache, app data, and even reinstalling doesn't help. Updating the app doesn't help either.  I looked at the ADB logs when the app crashes, and the relevant lines before and after it crashes are: 08-16 21:35:12.246 1781 1843 I Ac

Hi all,I was using Lightroom earlier but new in Lightroom CC. I am having issue syncing pictures from Lightroom CC to Classic. Maybe i am not understanding how it works in general. will appreciate any help. I have Lightroom in my Iphone. It automatically syncs pictures in Lightroom CC. that is working fine. I would also like these new pictures synced in my Lightroom Classic. How is this possible? In my Lightroom Classic I am logged into my CC account? does it sync only to specific catalogue? regards,rnv 

Liebe Communitygibt es eine Möglichkeit, Lightroom als Bilddatenbank für ein kleines Team in einem Unternehmen zu nutzen? Also so, dass alle zwar über ihre eigene Lizenz verfügen aber trotzdem auf die gleichen Bilder zugreifen können?Liebe Grüsse 

Having issues with images not syncing. The cloud symbol just keeps showing it trying to sync but it won't. I've tried signing out and back in. I've also tried reinstalling the app to no avail. 

I just re-subscribed to LR after using LR Classic and decided to switch to Lightroom.  I undertood I get 1 TB of cloud storage with that as a trade off for fewer editing features.  Clicking on the cloud icon it shows only 20 GB available. What am I doing wrong? 

The very often used 'show original' function of Lightroom is mapped to the backslash key. On my Hungarian keyboard there is no such key as it is used for a special vowel character ű. Until recently, this key worked fine for 'show original', but since a recent update it has not. To use Lightroom, I now have switch to e.g. a UK keyboard, which is a nuisance as it remaps many other keys. It would be great if the function was reset to how it was. (MacOS 12.6.3)

I am having LOTS of issues with Lightroom after the 6.3.1 update. it has slowed to a crawl. features like HDR or Panorama are not even working. Lightroom has gone from being great, to being less than 5% of what it was a month ago. It has completely bricked my ability to work. I would like to reinstall lightroom, but am concerned about how this might affect my images, presets, and edits. Many of my images are not uploaded to the cloud at all (I am planning on reverting to Lightroom Classic but have not done so yet). They are stored locally on an external hard drive. If I uninstall and reinstall Lightroom Cloud, will my image edits be affected once I reinstall? Will things be the same, or will I lose those edits since they haven’t been uploaded to the cloud? Working onMac Studio M1 2022Ventura 13.0

Where are the options located in Lightroom Mobile.  

everytime i open lightroom i get "local catalog problem" and if i restart or quit when it reopens it still has the same issue, i have tried multiple different things, i am running on a macbook fyi.please help

Three questions: 1) Can I auto adjust the exposure in my pictures, while using presents? If I understood correcly, selecting Auto in the Tone-bar, will adjust all of the panels in that section (shadows, contrasts etc.). I do equestrian photography and might have thousands of pictures to edit. Within an hour, the amount of light might change a lot. Now I have to fix the exposure manually to all of the photos if I want to use presets (whitch I always do.) 2) I have a favourite colour of sky I prefer to have in all of my photos. Can I teach Lightroom to change the sky into my preferences? 3)  Style: I also have my very own style, what I would like my photos to look like. Is there any other ways to teach Lightroom to take a notice of my style, other than presets? Thanks, Satu

Any time I try to export photos I have edited on LR PC to show/send to clients via mobile or just to have on my phone to show friends. Photos will not save or export from LR mobile, it just gets stuck on "preparing" for half an hour. Yes I have internet and wifi connection, no it should not take more than a few moments to export since emailing the photo to myself it downloads within a second.This has been an on and off bug for around 3 months but now totally ruins using the mobile version of the app. Yes the app has full permissions to access storage.

Hi, How do you manage your 'synced' lightroom photos? I upload thousands of photos and my storage is constantly being maxed with no way to delete or manage the photos that are synced or not synced. The only option is to buy more storage with no recourse to manage the existing sync'ed filed. Going to lightroom.adobe.com and hitting 'account info' only allows you to delete the entire library..  I simply want to manage what is being synced and what's not. Plus theres no area to see where exactly the sync'd data or photos are housed or managed.  How do you manage this? 

He sincronizado Lightroom CC con el Catalogo de Lightroom Classic, agregado algunas fotografías y a Albunes con algunas carpetas. El problema que tengo es que el estado de la sincronización en Lightroom CC se quedó congelado (Sincronizando 443 fotos) y en Lightoom Classic todo esta sincronizado  con todas las fotos en la colección con carpetas y albunes como los organice en Lightroom CC, deje más de 24 horas activado en pantalla Lightroom cc y sigue igual sin cambios. Algua solución?
