Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I am getting a problem. My subscription expired but I've paid and restarted it again. It shows as expired on the app and can't edit anything although on payments it looks all up to date and running.

Hi all, I am planning to shut down my Lightroom CC catalogue of 20k+ photos and move the images to iCloud and the Apple Photos app. I have tagged all the 20k+ photos and would like to have all those tags appear in Apple Photos. I also have many albums that I would ideally like to have in Photos.Worst case scenario, I migrate album by album. Is there a better way? I definitely do not want to lose all the tags and the editing of some of my RAW files.Can any of you help me and tell me the best way to do this? Thanks,Chris  To whom it may concern: I used to do a lot of photography but with my new job I hardly find time to take any photos. I already have the 2TB iCloud plan for other reasons and want to save the money for Lightroom CC as I just don't use it at the moment.

Where is the xmp file stored using the Adobe Room Downloader app?

Hi, I had an issue with my PC and the windows/user file was accidentaly deleted. Under the new user setting a number of uploaded files - which were systematicaly opened and some edited - are now blocked in the sync issues folder. I can delete them but cannot restore them. Please advice. Thanks, Vlad  

My cloud storage space is filling up, I have albums in there that I no longer need to edit. I'd like to export them as catalogs to free up space and archive them but there's no obvious way to do this in Lightroom, what am I missing?

Hello, I'll try to make it as short and as specific as it can be.So I've been using lightroom +1tb plan for a few years now, I purchased this plan through Microsoft Store. Today I received an e-mail from microsoft store that my subscription was cancelled due tu not enough funds on my card. That's true as I am changing my banks and cards. So I did set up new card and the payment was accepted immediately. But now when I open lightroom on my iPad or iPhone or Windows laptop it says that my subscription is terminated. When I click "restore purchase" it says that "purchase cannot be restored".I contected Microsoft and they said that on hteir part everything is fine and I should be able to use purchased plan.I tried logging out and loggin in again. I tried turning off and on my devices. Nothing works.So my question is why Adobe keep saying that there is no payment for my plan?Can someone here check my status in adobe system? Should I wait longer before the info from Microsoft reaches Ad

waarom steeds opnieuw aanmelden sinds een paar weken op mijn computer en vandaag kom ik er helemaal niet op bij lightroom, zeer irritant zeg , mijn mobiel doet het gewoon goed 

I sometimes have to close the program and reopen to get DeNoise to actually "denoise" the audio on the track (this is through track mixer, btw).  Sometimes, it doesn't want to render as well.Most up-to- date software and windows, btw.

My app doesn't leave the sync screen, even after purchasing the premium version.      

After subscribing on an Android phone it shows that the subscription has expired, but when resubscribing it shows that it is already subscribed.

Hello, I have tried to open my lightroom app on my new mobile, with the right email and password. It says wrong password. It is the same password as i use for my Adobe account.i have reinstalled the app aswell. no idea what now. Hope you can help me. Thank you in advance kind regards Maaike

some of my presets in lightroom are totally black and my brushes are painting black as well. please help!

Help - I have a watermark on Lightroom app. I no longer want the watermark on my photos. However each time I export, the watermark still shows up. I have unselected the option on the app and it is still showing up. How do I stop this? 

I have a few thousand photos scattered around my hard drives that I would like to organize. I've used previous versions of Lightroom (I'm currently using Lightroom 6.3.1 as well as Lightroom Classic 12.3), as well as Capture One and Aperture. I've got duplicates, thumbnails, and so on. Does anyone know of either a good resource for guiding me through the process or any plugins, apps, or magic incantations to help automate it? I have a feeling I'll use a combination of things to get through the mess.

Lightroom (cloud version) won't start for some reason, it shuts down immediately. I last used it a month ago so I don't understand why it won't open up. I have been using LR frequently for years but not so much the past months. I updated it to 1 TB today, so it sucks that I can't use it. I can't find an email address or a phone number to a support center of some sort either. Has anyone else encountered this problem and solved it? I use Windows 10. Would appreciate some help, thank you 🙂 

Hallo, wie löse ich Cloud-basierten Fotos von einem Katalog aus LR CC? Ich weiss nicht, wie ich es besser in einen Satz fassen soll.Ich habe aus LR CC heraus Fotos in der Cloud gespeichert. Der Katalog, aus dem die Fotos stammen, existiert nicht mehr. Nun will ich mit einem neuen Katalog Fotos synchronisieren, was mir jedoch versagt wird, da auf den alten Katalog verwiesen wird. Wie löse ich LR Cloud aus dem Katalog, oder wie ersetze ich den Katalog?Eine Hilfe wäre toll. Hi, I noticed that in the Lightroom Web App, which is synced with Lightroom Mobile DCP profiles from the ColorChecker app, can be imported via an Android smartphone to the whole system, but during Export in the browser this profile is not overlaid in any way, unlike on the smartphone, where it overlays with the export. The profile is visible in the correction panel and during retouching you can see it in the preview, but already in the output this profile is not taken into account. My hunch is that it's a matter of the server and the exporting algorithm, as I doubt it's a matter of the browser or Windows operating system managing the color. Someone can help?

Hello everyone. I've been trying to resubscribe for the premium on Lightroom Mobile because mine have just expired a few days ago. But an error message popped up as shown on the photo I attached. Any idea why or how do I go about on this issue?What happened was I changed my payment to a different card on google play and this happened.

I mainly correct underwater photos, sometimes with a lot of "dust". I try to remove them, expecially on black background. I noticed that current verion reduce size of correction tool after some clicks, than again. Usualy I use 200% view and size 3 of correction tool. After some clicks size is reduced to 2, than to 1. I use Lightroom ver 6.1 compilation 20221207-0956-730bf3f. Any suggestions?Tomek

Why does my Lightroom for iPad crash when I try to add photos from my camera device?  This just started happening in the past week, after installing the most recent update.

Hello,When my camera is connected via USB to my airbook, I can download my pictures in Lightroom Classic, But...When I want to download my pictures in Lightroom in stead of LR Classic (over the same connection) I don't see my camera..Any idea why it is possible in LR Classic and not in LR?

I have taken the subscription for one month but feature are still not accessible
