Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello,I'm having an issue where my Lightroom on Mac OSX and iOS is telling me that my subscription has expired. However, this is despite the fact I've just renwed the subscription via the prompt on the Apple App store. I've attempted to reinstall the apps on both devices (iOS and Mac OSX) to no avail. It seems somewhere that there is a broken link between Apple and Adobe as Adobe has no record of the subscription, yet Apple has charged me and are showing an active subscription on my account. How do I resolve this? Apple wont assist and Adobe wont assist with third party purchases. 

Hi, group! I really hope someone can help me with this. I was in the process of sharing some albums using Lightroom on my iPad. However, I wasn't careful enough and clicked something called "Show only in Photoshop" (I'm using the French version, so my translation may not be exact) and, lo and behold, one of my albums disappeared. I see it in Photoshop on my Mac, under "Lightroom Photos", but can't find how to bring it back. I can't recreate it in Lightroom, because it tells me I already have an album with this name. Help! Thanks in advance.

The newest update has caused severe problems with Lightroom mobile (Android) which has made using masking tool impossible and app crashes at an excessive rate. Any edits done during this period are undone and need to be started over. However, due to frequency of crashes it makes it pointless to continue. 

MacPro Ventura...LR  Desktop.... 100,000 Photos...The cloud almost filled.....I want to delete all photos from iCloud. What are the specific steps?How do I confirm that the photos are deleted?Is there a way to delete the waiting period of permanently deleting photos (60 days)?Is there a way to do a complete start over or delete all media I have copied?ThanksDan 

Friends, How do I download RAW files that were imported into LR Classic into LR CC? I primarily use LR Classic and import my RAW files into classic. I sync classic with LR CC but I am only able to download smart previews into LR CC. Conversely, if I import RAWs directly into LR CC, which I do when I'm traveling and have only my ipad, the RAWs are uploaded to the cloud through LR CC. When I return home, will sync the RAW with my desktop, leaving me with RAWs on my desktop AND in the cloud. Does my question make sense? Ultimately, I want to be able to edit RAW files in LR CC that I originally imported into LR Classic. Is that possible? FWIW, I'm using a mac and ipad. Thanks! Steve

Hi! Me and a few more people are trying to find a solution to one problem that occurs on IPhone. After importing a preset (dng) to Lightroom Mobile the dng file is 'empty', like there would be no preset saved on it. We have no idea how to fix it. There is many people with this problem. And this is for sure not a problem with the files. Its problem with Lightroom. Anybody knows how to fix it?

Hi  I just want to know if someone has already had this weird idea. A nice converter from negative to positive (for digitalized film) .. or maybe I'm missing something on Lightroom mobile and I'm totally ignoring it. I'm sorry in case is there a way and I cannot find it. Pls in case is already in, would you like to show me how to? (Invert curves isn't enough) ..thank you very much 

I want to know how to delete the photos that I have uploaded in LR and LRC to the cloud so that they remain in the cloud but are no longer on my hrs drive.  

I use some 3rd party profiles such as RNI, Cobalt Image, Nagarive Lab Pro. All of them looks good on both Lr Desktop and Lr Classic, but on mobile (iPad and iPhone), photos looks wrong. The look and the level of innacuracy depends of the edits epplied to the particular photo. If the photo is not heavy edited, the generated preview on Lr mobile looks fair, but if it's edited signifficantly, the previews looks way off, in terms of color casts, contast, exposure etc. The only way to show the correct photo is to wait for it to load and zoom in to 100%. Anything less than that is innacurate. Grid view is innacurate and I couldnt find a way to generate correct thumbnails. I''ve seen this question many times on the internet, but nobody has a solution to the problem, so I'm reporting a bug. It's been years since this was happening, and that's the main reason why I'm not using Lr mobile, as half of my photos shows innacurate. Just looking the grid view, it looks awful.

Hi EveryoneI have a problem with the Android app.When I share something to Discover, I get notifications on Mac, Web and Ipad, but not on Android.Have you guys experienced this? I have tried restarting, re-installing, contacting support, no solution so far.Best

HiHave you guys experienced this?Photo Quality drastically decreased when sharing to Discover.I didn't have this problem so far, but now I see a very low-quality image being uploaded to the discover with major noise.  

Hi ,  I have paid my premium lightroom for one year, I reinstalled the Lightroom, the app recognise me but the video editing is blocked 🚫! Can someone help me please? 

My PNG images are losing transparency when imported to LR or LRC.  I am using a desktop. 

Hi I'm a happy Lightroom Classic user but Lightroom Mobile is very new to me. I went to create a copy of an image in LR Mobile and did so happily. But it seemed to be an actual copy not a virtual copy. From what I could see the copy had the same file name but was not a virtual copy. It wasn't in the same collections/albums that the original copy was in but otherwise seemed to be the same. How do copies/virtual copies work in LR Mobile. I get the impression there isn't such a thing as a virtual copy here. I wonder what happens if I were to share a virtual copy from LR Classic and then try editing that on LR Mobile - or indeed creating a copy in LR Mobile of that original virtual copy from LR Classic. Would I get another file to see in LR Classic when it synchronises or would I get another virtual copy?!Sorry, I've not tried this yet myself - I'm *really* new to LR Mobile and have just posted another item elsewhere to ask about the data flow of non-copy files. This might be a silly question. If I shoot on my iPhone, or import from SD card to iPhone I can look at images and edit them on LR mobile and they can slowly go up into the cloud. I shoot RAW so files are sizeable. This is particularly useful for rating images on the fly. I can get them off my phone to a USB stick easily. I can also wait until I am home and go to my PC and wait for the files to synchronise and download. My question is essentially if I can speed up things by putting the files off the USB stick where they would end up when they eventually downloaded to save a bit of time and bandwidth. I do want them in the cloud but just want them on the PC faster if I can achieve that. 

Hi,I searched for some days and did not find a solution for it. I have  Lightroom CC Mobile Premium (Android) with 100GB. I purchased it in the Google App Store. My 100GB are now exhausted and I want to switch the 1TB plan.  I have not found a way on how to do it. I followed the instructions from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html But in my case the button Find a better plan / Change Plan is not available in my account. It is saying I have to do it in Google. But Gooogle is only offering the termination of the plan. I am a bit worried on how I can further use Adobe Lightroom - or is this a dead end plan? Hope that someone has a solution for me. Recently when I go to look at pictures in my library they look fine, but when I switch to the develop module they turn black & white.  I'm not sure what it's technically called, but it looks like a negative.  How do I fix this?

Lightroom se cierra solo al iniciarse o se abre y cuando haces click en alguna opcion se tilda y se cierra, el unico "error" por asi decirle que anuncia es la nube llena, pero luego de cerrarse no salta ninguna ventana de error.
