Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I've managed to download some presets onto my lightroom account on my laptop, however can't seem to do the same for my mobile device.

How do I customize keyboard shortcuts?

Hi there. I've recently signed up with Creative Cloud all apps, and I've been trying Lightroom on my iPhone this evening. It seems if I add photos from my iPhone to Lightroom, edit them, and then save them back to the camera role, the location data disappears (no longer displays a location when I view in Apple Photos app). In the export Settings in Lightroom, include Metadata and include location data are both activated. Also, although I can find the location of photos via the filter function in Lightroom, I can't seem to view it for any one specific photo - only ISO values etc are shown, but no location? Am I missing something obvious? Retaining location data on export of edited photos is pretty crucial I'd think. Thanks!

  Hello, last Saturday, I clicked to buy a package, I only plan to try it for 7 days, but I don't intend to buy a 1-year package because I don't have enough money, I just want to try it out. I'm old, so I'm not familiar with technologies like this, so I clicked wrong and was deducted an amount of 469,000 VND at 8:45 am today, it was deducted from my money I don't know what to do because my house is not good either. fake and I don't need to sign up for that 1-year package to do anything. So I really hope the application side, please help me with half the money back because it's my own sweat and tears, thank you and please transfer my momo to Tran Nguyen Hai Ly  

My watermark (when checked as an option in Lightroom CC) would always appear on my photos.  Now when I am exporting (and checking the watermark option) it is not appearing on my exported images. Help! My Lightroom app on my phone stopped allowing me to upload photos from my camera roll. It just shows a black screen and says tap to upload or swipe (won't work for either). I have deleted lots of photos too from camera roll to see if that was the issue.  

I may be doing something wrong but, recently uploaded a shoot in Lightroom in app for MacOS.  I shared the album for viewing and commenting and now the album is gone.  I can follow the link to the online view and comment album and when I log into my own Creative Cloud Lightroom Online account, the album is there but will not show in app.  While I could edit online, I would rather do in app as intended.  I'm also noticing different albums in each although all were uploaded in app. What might I be doing wrong?

In Lightroom on a Desktop I can add 4 Guided Upright Tools, but why isn't this functionality available on Lightroom for iPad?

I have already imported a few thousand RAW files into Lightroom Classic and they're already on my local Mac Drive. When I try to import the same files into Lightroom CC I get the message "Not enough free space on Mac Drive". Why does Lightroom CC need to create duplicate copies of all the photos already on the local drive? Why can they not simply link to files already on my Mac Drive? I have nearly 1 TB available in the cloud anyway so why does Classic CC expect duplicate copies of files on the local disk in the first place?

How big is the smart preview created by Lightroom when you’re using a 4K monitor?

Some photos show "Waiting for settings" notification and say if you want to edit them now hit the "reset" button. I fixed or updated all programs and it worked on a couple of photos yesterday and now back to not working at all. My photos are stuck in limbo and I cannot edit, download or move anywhere. 

Hello, I'm trying to sync for the first time photos from lightroom classic on desktop to Lightroom (on my iPad phone) first of all my phone Lightroom has 0 photos in it , when I press the start sync on lgtroom desktop instead of syncing  the photos I want toexport into the app it import photos from my phone gallery into Lightroom classic instead . m to clarify ...it sync into lightroom classic photos from my phone gallery! Not even from Lightroom app...It is a mess and doesn't make any sense , it's driving me crazy 

Hi, I need help quickly please.My work has told me they will be cancelling my Adobe subscription to save on costs (I am a freelancer and my contract will be ending soon), so I need to transfer everything I have in Lightroom to my personal account which I need to renew.I have a lot of work - both personal and work related - on Lightroom, and I don't want to lose anything which has happened in the past.What is the easiest and most efficient way to transfer these images from one Adobe Creative Cloud account to another?Thank you in advance

Lightroom photos will not transfer to Photosop when using "edit in Photoshop" button. Updated/fixed all programs and it worked on a few and then stopped again.

Hi,I selected "Camera Settings" in the settings for importing RAW files. Despite this, the RAW photos after importing still do not have the settings (color styles) that I selected in my camera. The colors are completely different from reality and unnatural. I tried to set them in the color settings when processing the photo, but it's still not the same. A few months ago when I processed RAW files in Lightroom everything worked as it should. The RAW files had the same color profile as the JPG files. Maybe the problem is on my side, but since those few months I haven't changed anything, neither in the camera (Canon EOS 70D) nor in the application. Lightroom version: 8.2.1
