Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have been using Lightroom with no issues for months and suddenly with no changes to my Windows computer, anything that I do in Lr will cause the program to stop responding for about 10-15 seconds and then it will perform the action I tried and then lock up again, over and over.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and my task manager is showing no unusual amount of resources being used.  My computer is 100% capable of running this program so I don't know what (if anything) changed or what steps I should take to resolve the issue.  I tried updating Lightroom today to see if that would help and it did not.

This is probably a noob question, but I cannot seem to find the answer: I have Lightroom Mobile for iOS, no subscription, just the free version for now. When I take a photo using Lightroom Mobile's camera, the photo does not seem to get saved anywhere. How do I access photos taken with the Lightroom app's camera? The help page for the "Capture Photos" option states "The captured photo is automatically added to your Lightroom catalog."(Source:Learn how to capture stunning DNG and raw photos in Lightroom for mobile (iOS) (adobe.com)), but I cannot figure out where that is. The Lightroom app has three options down at the bottom (Device, Edits, Discover), and when I go to "Device" I can click on "Recents" on the top and see the same albums that show up in my stock "Photos" app. One of these is named "Lightroom". Photos taken with my stock camera app show up here. However, the photos that I took with the Lightroom app's camera do not appear in any of the albums shown on this page.

Just getting started on my photo edit.  I create a radial (instead of linear... those are my only two options?) and now I need the brush tool to eliminate part of the mask.  Where do I find the brush tool?

I really need help because now the lightroom app has this update where it's connected to my gallery, and I've deleted a picture thinking it was going to be out of the app but now it's gone everywhere else, even on the Google photos cloud, and I really liked that photo I don't know what to do, because it seems like the app doesn't have any type of trash can option for me to recover that pic 

I click on "export" and literally nothing happens, not even a window shows up. The share button isn't working either, nothing happens. I tried closing it, I updtaed it, I've unistalled, nothing is working, I had to open the project on photoshopp to export my work but I would rather not have to do that every time. Anyone else having this issue? 

There must be a way to search by file name in the top search bar or somewhere else? Search by file name works fine in LRC but how do I do it is LR? When I enter a file name in the search in LR I get tons of photos, none of which contain the file name I searched for. 

Hi,How can I upgrade my Lightroom storage from 2 GB to 1 TB? I know the steps but in my account I don't see the option to upgrade, only to cancel my subsciption. There are no payment issues.. and I also waited 24 hours. In the attachments you can see what I miss in my account.Thanks for the help!

I am trying to change my plan from 'All Apps' to 'Photography' but the system asks me to verify my educational status for a discounted price. I am not in education, and there seems to be no way to get past this step without confirming that I am.Martin

In Lightroom (desktop version) I edit pictures that I took with my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S21). Lately I've been getting an error message every time I try to export the edited images. Lightroom downloads them to the end and then aborts at the end (Some exports encountered errors or displayed warnings. The file could not be created). I haven't made any changes, so I can't explain why it suddenly stopped working. Does anyone of you know where the problem could lie?  I would be very grateful for help,Anne

Hi, I need the profiles for the Canon EOS R10 available on the iPad Version: LR version 8.4.1 2C9D5C/1 iPad Pro 12,9", iPad OS 16.5.1 (c). When will this be available, please? In LrC (Mac-Version), the profiles are already working fine

Bonjour,J'utilise Lightroom sur mon téléphone tout neuf "Redmi note 12 Pro", mais depuis la dernière mise à jour de mon système il y a 2 jours, Lightroom ne trouve plus aucune de mes photos, mis à part celles qu'il a déjà modifiées. Le message d'erreur est "échec du chargement de la version du développement"... Tout marchait très bien jusqu'à présent, je ne comprends pas. J'ai vérifié mes paramètres d'import et il sont ok... Quelqu'un a t il eu le même problème, que faire ???Merci.

I have been working on just Lightroom cloud for the last couple of years and I just downloaded Lightroom classic .  They have been syncing for days now and still going I have lots of photos on the cloud 20,000 to be precise ! However my Lightroom has stopped working altogether I can't see any images on the desktop version I can on my mobile version but my desktop is just the blue ring going round and round I have done everything I can think of. What more can I do? I am on Mac

Hello, after changing my subscription I migrated one of the LR Classic catalogues into LR cloud-based. Now, after editing, I am trying to export the photos, that were DNG-saved, as JPEG Files. But it does not work properly.  Out of 197 photos, only 96 were exported. Deleting all exports and trying to export again leads to even less exported photos. When I ended up at 11, I restarted my computer (MacBook Pro 2020, macOS 13.4.1) and Lightroom only to start again with 96 exports.  The error message ranges from"There was an error writing the file." over "Some images could not be exported in the specified size because the full-size original could not be accessed." to "Original/proxy file could not be downloaded".I know for a fact that all photos are in the same place as initially imported from my camera with Lightroom Classic. But other than LR Classic, LR cloud-based does not give me the option to re-allocate file links (at least I cannot find anything). 

I am have purchased Lightroom for IPad Version 8.4.0 on my IPad Pro running IOS version 16.5.1when I try to use Lightroom I receive a message to upgrade to Premium. When I press for upgrade I receive a message I already have a subscription. I then try the alternative option given pressing OK the scene goes black except for an image of a spinning wheel appears in the centre of the screen which does not progress any further.Can you help so I can use the Lightroom

Hi,I have a new laptop. All my originals or located an external drive and in sync with my cloud on my old laptopWhen I open Lightroom I see al my pictures in the cloud and when I then change my preferences for my location to save the originals to my hard drive, lightroom is downloading the same files again to the same locationIs there no other way so that lightroom recognize the current originals on the hard drive and set them as "in sync" and not download 500gb of data?

Hallo, Bei Lightroom Album Freigabe habe ich ein Problem: Ich wähle explizit "Ohne Metadaten" aus, dennoch kann der Betrachter/Gast via das i neben der Kommentarfunktion das genaue Aufnahmedatum und auch den Dateinamen auslesen. Meiner Meinung nach sind Datum und Name der Quelldatei ganz klar auch Bild-Metadaten, und ich würde diese gerne privat halten. Wie mache ich das, hat da jemand Erfahrung? Für mich wäre das leider ein Dealbreaker, ansonsten bin ich mir der Cloud-Freigabe von Lightroom total glücklich. Nette Grüße, Axel

I am in desperate need of help! My PS scratch disk was full and I have since deleted a lot of bulk from my computer, but while in that process, I also uninstalled PS and now it won't open.  I can't access LRm it says "Local Catalog Problem" and to restart or quit.  I did find a post here from March and I tried the advice (deleted files starting with "Managed Catalog.[  ]" and also previews.db.  This did not fix the issue.  I am running mac OS Monterey V 12.6.7.I am worried I possibly deleted a file that I needed?  I was clearing out big files to make room on my computer as it was nearing full capacity. I have 277 GB available now (of 1TB).  I am able to access Bridge. I don't know what to do and am really worried/freaking out.  Can someone help please??  

Hola, les comento mi sitaucion ya que el soporte de Abode es sinceramente bastante deficiente, yo contrate el servicio de lightroom este 11 de Julio, sin embargo el día de hoy 25 de Julio intenyé realizar un cambio de plan de Lightroom con un 1tb de almacenamiento en la nube, por un plan fotográfico, la cuestión es que me requeria "actualizar mi método de pago" para poder realizarlo, al yo terminar este proceso se me hizo el cobro como si lo contratara de nuevo o fuese la fecha de cobro mensual, al contactarme con mi banco se me indicó que el cobro estaba siendo porcesado, además de que en la información de los cobros de la misma página de Adobe no aparece este cargo, solamente el que ya se hizo con 8 días de diferencia, desconozco si tengo que esperar esos 8 días para poder obtener mi rembolso. Si alguna persona ya le sucediòn y pudo resoverlo agradeceria que me dijeran como fue esto

Hey. Mir ist aufgefallen das beim Bearbeiten von meinen Fotos ich nicht einfach durch das wischen von links nach rechts das nächste Bild zur Verfügung steht. Man muss immer erst zurück zur Galerieansicht und dann in den kleinen Kacheln das Foto auswählen was man bearbeiten möchte. Es wäre also nützlich wenn ihr das integrieren könnt um das schnellere bearbeiten und auch das auswählen von  Fotos in einer größeren Ansicht zu ermöglichen.
