Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

For some reason pictures that I view in the program are becoming unfixably blurry at random. I'll be looking at a razor-sharp photo or making some light edits on one when it suddenly becomes pixelated and fuzzy and won't return to normal for days. Exporting the image to a local folder on my computer gives me a copy that's just as beautiful as it should be, but doesn't change the version stored in Lightroom back to normal. It's gotten so bad that when I'm going through my usual hundreds of new photos after a nature hike and evaluating them, I don't quite trust what the program is showing me. Any advice would be appreciated! I'm running Lightroom on a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop with 16GB RAM and a Geforce RTX 3050 graphics card, and I'm using the cloud-based edition of the editing client (version 6.1).

Quite the dilemma. My previous work cancelled my account which i also had all my personal photos on the lightroom. I thought by logging into that account to start my own plan and change the email was the way to keep my files not realising theyre stored in the business's cloud.My previous employer is being cooperative and followed the guide to "transfer files from inactive user" but you can only transfer to an active user in the business. (My inactive user says it has 200mb)They tried transferring to their own account and downloaded all the files but there was no lightroom file.I can't login to my previous account as it's my current account and i changed the email so technically that email no longer is connected to an account. And i don't have access to the email either. My laptop which i also had lightroom on and had all my pictures is not showing the previous library or any .lrcat files so i assume it was all stored on that business cloud. Just wondering if theres any way to

I have to pay to do all editing?..but I already have an Adobe account that I’m paying for?

Hi,I've used this app for years but recently any time I go to upload a picture in my "favorites" it's shows LR in the left corner of every pic and usually it doesn't show that unless they've been edited and saved in Lightroom. Pictures I haven't even edited yet have that symbol in the corner so it's really hard to distinguish what's been edited and what hasn't because in the past only pics that have been edited have that simple in the corner. 

Hi In a album I have added RAW (DNG) and Jpeg files. Normally I can filter between the two. But it isn't there or I can't filter them. Type only gives me Video or Photo and there are definitely RAW and DNG files in the album  Thanks          

My lightroom presets are showing on the left side where they belong. When I hover over them I can see the preview of what it will look like on my photo. When I click the preset though, nothing happens, the photo goes back to how it was. If I import my photos into lightroom with the preset though, it will apply the preset. My profiles work just fine on my photos. This is only happening on my presets. No presets work not even the "user presets". Please help!! 

Hey, I have a issue where I keep asking Lightroom (the new one) to stop storing files localy. And yet it still seems to do this. I have around 900GB of duplicate orginal files taking up space on my computer. Can I delete them and still edit them on lightroom? or will lightroom loose everything - even though they are supposedly all stored on the cloud?   The file path seems to be Lightroom CC > (long jumble of letters and numbers)> orginals > 2021 > Date > raw image   Any help grealy appericated! Gestern 22.01.23 habe ich gemerkt, dass Lightroom mobile und CC nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Ich finde keine Nummer oder sonst was, woran ich mich wenden kann. Leider habe ich das Update runtergeladen, es ist nichts besser geworden dadurch. So kann ich die Kundenaufträge nicht abarbeiten!

I found a few photos that are marked as synced on my Android phone and seem to only exist there.Those photos aren't available on other phones, LR Classic, LR CC Windows or web client. If I do an edit like a crop LR Mobile notices something is off and instead of synced the symbol turns into a + sign and adds the option "force sync". But that turns back into "synced and saved" after a few seconds with out me using it. The overall sync status of the app is "all fine and good". Since I can not manually do that with every photo, how do I find those "ghost photos"?

Hi all, Aldught I've successfully installed Adoby Cloud with all my applications I can't open Lightroom. It seems like the button open isn't doing anything. Other apps are working fine Photoshop, Substance and Ligtroom Classic. Has anyone experienced the same? If yes, how did you manage to solve this issue. Please advise.  Kind regards,Gabi

lightroom keep shutting down after a short time. several system reports have been sent no responce. have uninstalled and reinstalled lots of time all to no avail. this has been ongoig since chritmass.

Hallochen,wenn ich ein Projekt erstelle kann ich Fotos importieren, dabei kann man auch Subfolder verwenden, soweit alles klar.Kann man auch später (z.B. in einigen Wochen) zusätzliche Bilder importieren und die bisher importierten / bearbeiteten bleiben erhalten?Wenn ja wie? On the iPad I have the full detal panel with noice masking but on a Mac it's not there. This is Lightroom not classic. 

Due to migrations from Lightroom Classic and for other reasons, my albums and folders in Lightroom CC have become a mess. I need to reorganize them. However, this is extremely tedious and frustrating given the user interface that is provided. On my desktop the only way to move an album is to drag and drop. I have to work entirely within this little sidebar area. If there are many albums, I have to drag the album a very long way while it scrolls. This is a huge huge pain. On mobile things are both easier and also harder. I can click the three dots next to an album to move it directly to a folder of my choosing without having to scroll. However, I have to do this one album at a time. This is extremely tedious when I have many albums. I don't know exactly what it would look like, but I need some sort of user interface for reorganizing my folders and albums. Preferably, this interface would let me use the entire screen and not just be confined to the sidebar. As things

Just subscribed to LR mobile premium on my iPad and it is working great including 100gb of storage. what is not working and is driving me crazy is that the 100gb is not showing in any other part of the adobe cloud echo system, like the creative cloud app which shows 2gb.  I could live with this, but what is driving me nuts is that the LR files I am creating and using are consuming my 2gb of storage so now acrobat will not save to the cloud. I would expect that either there is one cloud and it all works together or if they are sperate then keep them separate. having been bounced around chat support this morning the best adobe support could come up with is to use different adobe ids for LR mobile and everything else! am I doing something wrong or is this a bug/feature issue?

More like garbage customer service and human relations. Straight lies. Adobe  told me they would give me a full refund for the time I couldn’t even use Adobe! Since my computer crashed yet I received No refund!?!? Fir almost 5 months I was over paying for a subscription I couldn't even cancel. Let alone use! And when I finally logged into my computer and found Adobe stocks also In full flight. I didn't even know why I was short money every month.. i still haven't managed to update the operating system in my laptop and now can't even login to my laptop. I still have issues with my laptop since their software crashed my laptop ivee red had to take my laptop in to tech support twice already third time will be Monday. And still no refund has been issued to me at s at all. They told me I could either get x number of months of free use to compensate me for the time I couldn't use my computer. Lightroom has been stuck syncing 1 photo for months now on my MacBook Air M1. MacOS Ventura 13.1, Lightroom 6.1 (December 7 2022).My library is completely empty, and when filtering for syncing photos, I get the "O no, a black hole!" filter warning. On my iPad syncing works like it should. I have no stuck items on my iPad.What can I do?

When using Lightroom Cc and pressing F for full screen, at least half of the time the photo will show with a 0 to 1 second timeline on the bottom with play controls like a slide show. The image will not appear lightroom needs to be closed multiple times to reset this from happening. 

Don't know where to write adobe with suggestions so I'm hoping maybe someone in here might know or themselves be someone who can use suggestions going forwarded  

I recently got the Samsung galaxy s22 ultra and when reloading all my apps the lightroom app updated to the latest version.  Ever since I am unable to click the arrow to expand my photos in the month views (on main photo page). The app either freezes or goes black and restarts. I have cleared the cache more than once and restarted phone, etc. Nothing has changed.

I was able to use select subject and select sky features in my devices after I upgraded to premium but since I updated the app from android store(21st december 2022) the options are missing from the mask tool. Upon that, a disclaimer shows that Adobe is trying to enable more devices in the future(as if my device isn't compatible to run those features). But when I cheked in their website, my devices satisfy all the system requirements(hardare and software) for those features to work. Now, what more do I need to have in my devices for those features to be enabled?  

Back with Black Friday, there was a sale for the Creative Cloud, however as I wasn't able adjusting my current plan, I made a new account instead. Ever since I'm not able to access my lightroom presets anymore and I was wondering if anyone knew how to retreive them.Technically all files should still be on my laptop. I also noticed that I cannot access my old lightroom libraries anymore, however that's no issue for now. Does anyone know if I re-enable my creative cloud, they'll be accessible again so I can start the transfer process from to the new account? And also, how long are the cloud files stored after cancellation, as it's now over 1 month since the initial cancellation.Any help would be more than welcome! Thanks!

Tengo instalado lightroom CC en mi macbook pro con M1, sin embargo desde que actualicé a la versión 6.1 me señala el siguiente error sin poder utilizar la aplicacíon:   Agradecería quien pueda ayudarme.   Saludos 

Hallo zusammen, leider habe ich seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass ich über die Desktopanwendung keine Bilder mehr exportieren kann. Weder über den Button oben rechts in der Ecke noch über das Menü (Datei > Exportieren) es erscheint nicht mal eine Fehlermeldung o.ä. Auch öffnet sich kein Exportmenü. Ich habe bereits auf die Version 6 und 5 gedowngradet und eine komplette Neuinstallation durchgeführt, alles leider ohne Erfolg. Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen?
