Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello! Im a tattoo artist and i developed 5 important presets for my photos. They're not working well anymore. All photos are looking strange since a week ago. Im using the same camera (sonya6400), same light on studio. when i apply my presets the photos looks sa strange that i cant use it anymore. There is a problem too on white balance using my presets now, they are changing a lot all the photos. When i try tô adjust red tons on gradient it doesnt work very well, like there is no red anymore and the the red tons are all in orange tons. theyre are looking all terríble now. when i try tô copy and paste some old config using my presets on some edited photo it gives me strange results 

With the latest update, the brush cursor now disappears when pressing the alt key. For example, if I am applying a brush, but need to make a quick erasure, I would normally press the alt key for the eraser. When I do this, the brush cursor disappears, so I can't see what I'm doing. The same issue occurs if I am erasing, and switch to the brush using the alt key. This is an issue for me, as I use the brush to do extremely precise masking jobs. Having to physically swap the brush each time by selecting it from the menu, rather than use the keyboard shortcut, is extremely tedious and time consuming. I have two computers with Lightroom, and both have had this issue since the last update. Please fix it! Running the latest version of Lightroom as of 1-09-23 on Windows 11 (fully up to date)

I purchased a preset online, I have it download it on my phone but don't know how to get that file into Lightroom? Can someone please help?       {Thread title updated by moderator}

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema con Lightroom. Ogni 2/3 foto mi crasha contiuamente, idem quando seleziono le maschere. Ho già provato a disattivare l'uso del processore grafico ma nulla.

Hey everyone, need help. I'm getting irritated at these random blank file "images" that appear. I've gone throuh to remove the month to transfer to hard storage (can't stand the cloud), and these are undeletable and very annoying to have stick around. I've tried looking at the originals to see if there's blank previews, but no luck.I've also tried finding it in the web browser variant of the cloud storage, they don't show up there. Any help? Thanks.

Hi My masks keep turning off when I go back to the photo there is an explantion mark this is happening with all  of my photos and it is running so slow its so frustrating can you please help?

Hi, it seems there is some problem/bug.Recently I installed the adobe lightroom on my android smartphone, as I was exploring some photo editing features I kept getting stuck as the app was giving me "Adobe has suspended all sales in your country" window.After pressing "Read more", it sends me to an article regarding adobe closing sales in russia.The problem is, I'm ukrainian citizen, I live in Ukraine, I have only Ukraine citizenship status and all that. What do I do? 

This has been racking my brains now and I need some help please. My Cloud Storage in CC says 16GB out of 20GB. I'm deleting photos from LR CC and LR Mobile but it's having no difference on the cloud storage. I've also gone to Assests and Archive and it says I have no files uploaded at all. I'm completely baffled by this and wondered if someone can help me please?

I'm relatively familiar with Classic, but just getting my feet wet with this new Lightroom (Cloudy). And I'm not very handy with using an iPhone. Last night I was trying to delete a mistakenly taken photo in Lightroom on the iPhone and eventually stumbled onto how to do it. Don't know if I can go back and find it again today. Don't laugh, I struggle with the phone, primarily because of a disability. I went to YouTube looking for some tutorials, that all of the Julianne Kost Tutorials for Lightroom Mobile that I have watched so far are tied to Lightroom 5, so they are quite old, not up to date at all. I'm using current releases, Classic 8.4 and Cloudy 2.4, and what ever the current mobile app is. I'm old and don't learn very well myself, so I need some good up to date video tutorials. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Looking to roll back a version as LR Mobile has lost the ability to sort by recent imports. The tab has gone completely! Frustrating as I use that as part of much workflow! going to try to revert but having trouble finding how to do that. 

I can't see the photos I modified years and also some days ago. They like don't exist, it is all black, like they can't synchronize, but my internet connection is okay. I tried everything but I can't recuperate my photos. I never deleted them, I don't know what to do. It's free version of lightroom mobile. I need desperately some help.Please someone tell me what should I do.

As soon as I go to the mask section of lightroom, it immidiately stops responding. It will stop working before I even select a tool and start a new mask. It will stop responding to the point of crashing. I saw that someone had a similar problem that was fixed by updating the drivers. I've now made sure everything was up to date and it still isn't working. 

Hello, I just activated my Lightroom subscription. When I try to edit my Iphone pictures it says that HEIC pictures are only supported with an active subscription. Can someone help?

Lightroom for mobile (android) is frequently blocking import of images because it thinks they're duplicates, but they absolutely aren't. There's no way I can see on the mobile interface to stop this behaviour.

HELP. First things first. This is my operating environment and has been  for the past year. It will only delete pictures one time per launch. Seems that under 8.4.1, we've lost the ability to sort using the Custom Order option.  I would like to see this option reinstated.  Now my photo sequences are different in my Android app vice my Windows app.  I still have the ability to use Custom Order on the Windows app.

Lightroom, doesn't it acknowledge my payment that I I paid in Galaxy so I can't access the better functions Any ideas?
