Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have had 2 plans at the same time: 1 mobile and 1 desktop plan since 2018,Lightroom Mobile Premium for Android 100GBCreative Cloud All Apps for teacher/student 100GB The way it worked for years for me for Lightroom was that I had 200GB of cloud storage, which I believed to be combined 100GB plus 100GBI usually used about 130GB, which allowed me to upload big photoshoots into Lightroom and check these comfortably.Everything worked like a dream, on one PC, one Laptop and mobile phone (Android)  What happened couple of days ago (I think on Friday the 16th but not sure as it is Christmas and I was going out) is that all over suddent my Lightroom started saying "you are over your storage limit" and stopped syncing. When I looked into it, it appears that now I have 100GB of storage only.I have no idea what has changed - I spent a lot of time today with Adobe support who didn't seem to be helpful, and didn't seem to know how storage from two separate plans is supposed to work

Lightroom not reading my external hard drive catalog in my library any longer.I have to locate on my hard drive and reimport. Upon reimport files are coming in sideways, cropped funny and randomly five starred.

I paid for Lr Pro for Samsung through the Samsung app store, but the app doesn't recognize my successful purchase. How can I talk to someone at Adobe to activate my pro features manually for my account?Please help me ASAP!!

lightroom crashes my computer when i use the brush, i cut the GPU off but i did not make any difference.

I use Lightroom mobile for free. I have paid for presets that i use almost every day. Just today Lightroom says my subscription is expired and I cannot edit or use my paid presets. I never had a Lightroom subscription. I just use the free version. What's the deal?

I tried troubleshooting this issue and the searched Adobe forums but all suggestions do not apply in this case. I need to delete/export photos from Lightroom storage. There's no way for me to delete the content since my subscription is expired. When I login to the regular website, it also shows no files. And no files in Creative Cloud either. Also can't contact, support since I have no subscription. The creative cloud storage methodology is counter-intuitive in this instance.

I have no selections across the top of LRCC and only edit and crop at the right.  Therefore I can't access and use many features such as clone and heal.  How can I get full toobar access?  Thanx.. 

With a shared collection the viewer can see the Caption when the photo is tapped. Can I change that to display the Title instead? I know that both the title and caption can be shown by clicking on the "i" button on the right side of the screen, but instead of that I would like the Title to appear at the bottom of the image instead of the Caption. Likewise, can I choose which metadata is displayed in the info panel when the "i" button is clicked? All I wish to have displayed is the Title, Caption and Copyright. No need to show the capture dae or megapixels, etc. 

Hello!I once created an account with an email adress which I don´t have anymore. It was still working for Lightroom with email and password to login all the time. Now when I want to login it is asked for a verification code sent to this email address. As I don´t have access anymore to the mail adress I cannot login to my account with all my presets and edited photos. And there is no other option like send the verification code to a phone number or so. What can I do? Can an employe change my email adress? Would be a pity to lose everything.

Is there any way to get anonymous feedback on images? Often you make multiple images and wonder what others might think about them, or how much they like the motive, etc. The obvious way to get social feedback is to ask people you already know. However, people you know are often kind people, hence they might think differently about your image or your appearence if they would not know you. Is there any community/app or any other way you know of where people could anonymously comment on your images?  

Hi, I'm currently using Lightroom Classic but considering a move to Lightroom (cloud). One thing I'm struggling to get my head around, is whether (and how) it's possible to add exported files to the LR cloud library. For example, currently in LrC, when I've finished editing a set of RAW files, I export to JPEG for easy sharing, printing etc. I check the box in the export settings to "Add to this Catalogue", because I like to keep the JPEGs in my library for future reference, along with the edited RAW file. I can't see a way to achieve this in LR (cloud) though. I can export to the device I'm using (mobile, tablet, desktop etc) but I can't find a way to keep the exported file in the library. Is there a way to do this or would I just have to manually import the exported files? ThanksIan

I cannot see how to update Lightroom mobile on my iPhone 13. I have an Adobe subscription (from desktop) with LR mobile downloaded on my phone. I've been to the App Store / and Help wishing the app - I am unable to update to the latest version on LR mobile. I have automatic update selected as on.

Tengo dos programas de Adobe originales, el Lightroom 4 y Photoshop CS5, al volverlos a instalar no me deja por falta de autorización dicen. I am at my wit's end trying to handle my iPhone13 Pro RAW photos for printing. No matter which way I try to move them (email, WeTransfer, USB drive) they convert to jpegs and are unusable by my printer. What is the point of shooting RAW you can't deliver RAW? Anyone have a trick? Thanks.

Is there another step up from light room mobile premium? I am nearly at the 80gb limit and want to upgrade. What are my options?    Thanks in advance.

Hello, Adobe technical support advice me to download "Adobe Lightroom Downloader" but this software don't work as : it didn't see that my local disk have enought space to download my lightroom databasecrash immedialetly when i run the program from my application folder, it didn't crash when it run from image disk I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and last version of lightroom.
