I use LR Mobile (LRM) on my iPad when I am on the road and away from my desktop where I run LR Classic (LRC). On my most recent trip I loaded around 2500 images, mostly RAW files and did various edits as I went along. They slowly synced to the cloud. When I got home I pulled these images and the associated edits down and loaded them into LRC. I then deleted all the images in the cloud using LR through a browser, including removing them from the "Deleted. Folder" I also did the same thing on my iPad using LRM – including deleting from"Deleted. Folder" there too. To be clear there are 0 photos in All Photos and 0 photos in Deleted. My iPadStorage report shows that LRM is consuming 15.2 GB, 300 MB of app and 14.9 of data. LRM's Local Storage report and it says it is consuming 13.6GB.LRM's Cloud storage report says that I have 99.9% of my cloud storage free with a few MB in use. How can I free up that 13.6GB of consumed null storage
HiI recently migrated my catalog from Lightroom Classic to the cloud based Lightroom CC.Now it appears that some files are missing and I can't find a way to tell LCC where to look for them. Does anyone have a solution to this?Also, when I launch LCC it say's "Couldn't move certain photos" because the hard drive is offline. Then when I connect the hard drive it starts moving the original photos (~3500 photos) to Machintosh HD. This process takes forever and I don't now how to fix it. It is very frustrating.("apelsinen" is the name of my hard drive)
I had a free trial and it ended today so I cancelled it but I was still charged 54 dollars although it was going to expire today. How could I get my money back?
From few days Lightroom opens in this way. How I can resolve?I've alredy update. All the other programs of Adobe work as usual. {Title edited by Moderator}
Simply want to know where lightroom writes exported edits on an android phones storage???
In testing the new version of Lightroom Mobile on iPad (my travel solution) I have discovered that: I can no longer create ANY local adjustments, the 'plus' button for creating new ones does not appear. I can edit existing ones (including add new ones) ONLY if there are existing masks. It behaves normally when exiting masks are present. Including the ability to select sky and subject (which I would not expect to work). ALL presets catagories are greyed out and unselectable. I cannot get into User Presets, which had been previously synced and worked offline. (So, the obvious workaroud of creating a preset with a bunch of masks CAN NOT WORK) This is my usual travel workflow, to be offline. I download image from my camera, and process in lightroom. Them when I get back into interent coverage, I upload and share. I have tested by using Airplane mode. If I have lightroom open when I enter airplain mode, it behaves normally, but if I launch it while in airplane mode it b
Hello, I have a subscription on Lightroom mobile on playstore (I have an android phone). I wish to buy an iPhone and I don't find any information about this : Will my subscription will still be available? I have pictures on cloud and don't want to lose it (and want to pay the same price). Thanks so much for your help!
Hello, I am curious if anyone else has been having issues with Lightroom Version 6 (Cloud based) I use Windows 10 (version 22H2 newest update) on a Dell precision T5600 desktop with two xeon E5 2687 8 core processors and 64GB of system ram along with a Dell Precision M6800 (laptop) with intel i7 4800 4core processor with 32GB of ram both systems are using ssd drives. For about the past week or so everytime I open Lightroom images slowly load one by one with a blue loading circle in the middle of the screen that hangs up from time to time. I keep getting the message that Lightroom is not responding in task manager with cpu usage around 25% and ram utilization at about 10%. I don't know what to do about it since both pc systems are having the same issues. Another thing I noticed was if I take a raw imagefrom my external drive and open it in photoshop both computers run fine with no issues. If I try to take an image from Lightroom and open in photoshop I get a not responding is
Photos are not uploading to the cloud. I'm traveling and am continually uploading my photos to the Lightroom Cloud. Afterwards I delete them from my gallery so my phone's storage doesn't explode. The problem is that the photos are not syncing to the cloud and the app keeps synchronizing without result even if there's good WiFi. Now, I'm afraid that I will loose all of my photos. Although I can still export them back to my phone ... Because the photos are not synchronized in the cloud the Lightroom app also seems to take huuge capacity on my phone. I can't find a solution, can someone help?
I am using Lr Pro for mobile and my question is - why am I not being able to get the Adobe Lightroom October 2022 releases (version 12) on masking & content aware removal on healing tool.
Migrating from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC has been nothing short of a cluster. But I'll spare that story...Now that I'm up and running in Lightroom CC, I'm missing photos. Yesterday I opened my catalog, clicked on an album that had 6 photos in it, and watched as Lightroom connected to the cloud and then 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... photos disappeared BEFORE MY VERY EYES. Now my album – which contained 6 photos previously – has 1 photo in it. What gives? Where did the other 5 photos go?Is this some sort of "sync feature" that I don't understand? It's massively unsettling.On top of that, when I searched the forums, many of the "answers" sounded like this: "You'll need to go back to your original Lightroom Classic catalog to restore the lost images." What the what?!?! Are you serious? I have over 40,000 images. Which means I have no idea which exact photos in my new Lightroom CC catalog have disappeared. Does Adobe honestly expect us to manually sync our old catalog with our new
Good day Please could someone assist me. I have an active lightroom subscription (purchased via apple) . It works fine on my mobile device. However, when I try to log in on my desktop (windows OS), lightroom displays "Your subscription has ended: Renew today". If I click on Renew and then select to 'Restore your purchase" it says "Restore is not available without a purchase". I have checked on the appstore, and my subscription is definitely active. PLease can you assist me to log in on my desktop. Thank you for your help. Regards Gavin <removed for privacy> Version on Windows: Version 6.0 (Build: 20220928-0910-e5c3644)

In the cloud-based Lightroom app, I'd like to be able to size my photos to the exact crop ratios, inch/cm dimensions, and/or dpi resolutions so that I could generate an image to be sent for printing. I want to be sure that the images I send out to print are in the size that I want and with an appropriate resolution. I know that this feature exists in Lightroom classic, it would be fantastic to have it in the cloud-based Lightroom. Please and thank you!
My phone has a limited amount of storage and I can't hold all of my Lightroom photos on it. I just recently downloaded Lightroom CC. On my old Lightroom, I could keep certain files just in Lightroom on my computer and select certain files to be synced on my iPhone. This new Lightroom CC is syncing ALL of my photos and I don't know how to select which ones I do or don't want to sync. The only way I can get them to not sync is by just straight deleting the photos completely. I can't do that anymore. Suggestions? I just need to know if it's possible to be selective in what photos I can sync on my iPhone.
Lightroom is an absolute HORROR to use. If the free features are anything to go by, signing up is the-worst-idea-ever. . Two examples: . 1. Lightroom can't import photos in the same order that they're picked in Files if life depended on it, no matter what you do. a) Create a new album and sort the still empty album by 'Custom'. b) Start adding photos from Files, one at a time. It doesn't take long before they start to line up in random order. Adding just one single photo doesn't matter, at any time it can end up anywhere in the album. c) Try adding a bunch of photos all at once from Files. Now and then, and sometimes repeatedly, they end up in scrambled order in the album no matter how they're sorted in Files, and no matter if they're selected in Files by 'Select all' or one by one, before opening all of the selected photos. d) Try a couple of times deleting all photos in the album and then import all of them again from Files and you're sure to run into trouble. . 2. Sorting the photos
