How do I import videos for GoPro iPad IOS app? The videos do not show up in the import function on the app.

Hi all, running into an issue Lightroom on my iPad (latest iPadOS as of 11-25-22), and hoping someone can help.   My previous camera was a Sony A7C, and when I used the B&W Creative Style on that camera, the RAW files that I imported into Lightroom always had a B&W Profile applied.  This made it easy to see which photos I had wanted to edit in B&W versus which ones I wanted to edit in color (sRGB) based on how I shot them in camera. I just got a new Sony A7IV, but now when I import RAW files where I used the B&W Creative Style, they always show in color with the "matrix" profile applied.  This makes it impossible to determine which photos I wanted to be B&W, and which I wanted to be color. Is there a setting in Lightroom I am missing to fix this?

Yes this, this is still a thing in 22. I've made some edits on my laptop and on my ipad. Now the big question. Just noticed the sync issue. Not sure where or when it started, But think i'm probably 1k images in . How to fix without loosing all my work ?

I have been using Lightroom successfully for at least 3 to 4 years now with my favorite preset on it. I updated the Lightroom for my subscription has advised, and I completely lost it and can't find where my preset is. I use it on absolutely everything and I really need to find it. Please help. I don't see any solution in your forum ., it says I have no prior purchases when I try to reset purchases

Hello,I have 281 Photos on my Iphone, in LR Mobile that will not finish uploading to Adobe CC. I successfully uploaded & downloaded 175 others (in the same catalog) onto my PC from my phone, but the other 281 have stopped uploading. It has said "Pending" for weeks now. I have updated (mobile & desktop), restarted, logged in & out to no avail. I can also see on my PC that 281 files are "dowloading" but nothing ever changes. I'm not sure if the problem is with the upload (mobile) or download (PC). Maybe there is a way to re-fresh, or cancel & restart the sync? I would like to get the rest of the photos from my phone onto my PC, someone please help!

Everytime I try and export and export a gallery onto my mac or even on a hardrive it says error file error. Ive tried everything I can think of.   version of app -on app v. 8.01 8e5cb3/61 Lightroom not classic version 6    I think it may have to do with the fact that I use both the app and my desktop to edit and how the files are stored but i'm not sure. 

I recently resubscribed to my lightroom for the premium features but its not letting me use it. On my galaxy store it says the subscription was purchased but says subscription expired on light room. It gives me an error also when I try to restore purchases. Please help!! 

Ich kann seit Dienstag mein Lightroom (6.0) auf meinem Windows 10 Pro nicht mehr nutzen. Es werden mir keine Fehlermeldungen beim Desktop Programm angezeigt, aber auch keine meiner Bilder. Wenn ich Bilder hinzufügen oder Alben erstellen möchte, ist dies auch nicht mehr möglich. In Lightroom Web sehe ich zumindest noch ein paar meiner Fotos, die meisten werden mir allerdings als Synchronisierungsfehler angezeigt. Ich habe es bereits mit neu-installation ausprobiert, aber nichts ändert sich.

I enjoy Lightroom Mobile for its cloud based sotrage and being able to work one multiple devices. After creating various presets the only way to export these are one by one which is very ineffcient. I cannot find these within the packagae contents of the mac folder or user settings. I can find the default Lightroom presets but not imported ones or user created ones /Applications/Adobe Lightroom.app/Contents/Resources/Settingsor /Users/[user]/Pictures/Lightroom Library.lrlibrary There is not way to view developer tools like Lightroom Classic Please can we have in a future update for better management of presets to batch export prests users have created within Lightroom Mobile. Also to be able to view the XMP files within the system folders. Thanks

How do I do Sky replacements on iPad ?The iPad now has sky selection but how can I change the sky using another photo ? cheers Vince C

Hi there, I am using Lightroom classic on my phone for years and it was all ok until a couple days ago, since then i cannot use it, it keeps loading then i get the following error: Lightroom detected an issue, please quit and restart the app to resolve. Error code: 19650929. I have an iphone 12 xpro, i tried to turn off and on my phone, use without wifi and still the same. I did not try to delete and reinstall the app because I have many paid presets and im afraid to lose them. Hello. My name is Dylan. I've been using Lightroom Mobile for a few years now with my Sony A7iii, and have been facing the same issue with this app ever since. Whenever importing a raw .ARW file to Lightroom with the default Camera Matching profile applied, the photo gets weird distortions on it as if there is a communication error somewhere. It is only when I choose a Lightroom RAW Camera Profile, that the issue gets resolved. But I am then left with Adobe's generic muted color pallet. I have run down many videos and forums as well as settings on my camera trying to find a solution. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

Al inicio, pude utilizarlo sin ningún problema, no obstante, ahora el programa me indica que mi suscripción ha finalizado, siendo mentira, puesto que en mi cuenta aún me sigue indicando que lo tengo contratado; además, aún me sigue permitiendo usar Bridge sin problema. ¿Alguien podría asesorarme con eso? Gracias.   

I use Lr Mobile on my phone to re-touch the photos on my iPhone's cameral roll. Lr imported a LOT of photos (I guessed it synched) but I didnt necessarily want or need them there. If I delete all the photos on my Lr Mobile Cloud storage would these be deleted on my camera roll too? Thanks!

Instale la última actualización mes de noviembre 2022 y comenzó a funcionar muy mal, no me muestra las fotos dentro de la aplicación y también algunas veces muestra las fotos y en otras ocasiones no, solo a mi me está pasando?  

I do not see an answer to this issue on the forum... Recently, LR CC stopped exporting tif files on mac M1. I used to be able to select and export as many as 100 or more tifs and export to my external hard drive. Troubleshooting, I cannot even export one tif to external hd or even to desktop. I can export jpgs. any suggestions?

I have followed the steps to try to recover my lightroom program but have been unsuccesful for months. I follow the steps up until it says delete previews and launch lightroom but when I launch it it still pops up with the "local catalog damaged" and when I click ok it closes out lightroom completely. I have been using lightroom classic in the meantime but I'd really like to use the cloud based lightroom. How can I truly fix this issue? If I can not, how do I clear the local catalog issue and just start new?

Uso o Lightroom versão 6.0 atualizado. Quando tento exportar o arquivo para JPG, me deparo com a mensagem "Adobe Lightroom encontrou um problema e precisa ser fechado" (anexo). Foi gerado relatorio de erro(anexo), mas nada que possa me ajudar. Já tentei reiniciar o computador, desinstalar e reinstalar o aplicativo e nada funciona.  Minha assinatura está em dia e não consigo usar o serviço adequadamente.  Estou extremamente irritada e insatisfeita. Não consigo falar com ninguem para me ajudar. 

As the title says, I alrady tried resyching, everything I could have done, nothing worked so far.It tells me to delete all m y photos and reimport them all? I mean, all my 60k photos?Have anyone gone through this and found a work around?I am kinda in panic here.

I updated my imac to Ventura 13.0.1 and now Lightroom still recognizes my nikon d850 but the pics wouldn't show up, therefore I am not able to upload my pics any longer - any suggestions?   [Moved from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom ecosystem forum by moderator based on the answer about version number]
