Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

So I'm trying to "edit in photoshop" button. When I do this it will immediately say "Downloading Original" and eventually will say it's unable to open in photoshop.    I don't want to delete these images BECAUSE 1. There's so so many I need to complete 2. All their settings were already applied to them  3. It would take forever to upload and get the exact same edit on all of them    WHY IS IT DOING THIS   

Moin,beim Auswählen der Masken "Himmel auswählen" kommt eine Fehlermeldung:Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten.  Ein Auswählen des Himmels bzw. des Motives in der Maske ist somit nicht mehr möglich. Ich verwende die App lightroom auf meinem Android tablet.

Current external display usage on an iPad does not fill the screen (black bars on the left and right of a 16x9 aspect ratio screen. I am having a problem with Lightroom on my iPad.  Anytime I click on presets it locks up on me.  I researched this issue and tried some of the suggestions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times.  It works for a short period of time then starts locking up again whenever I attempt to use presets. I have the latest update and my iOS is the latest.  

Does anyone know how to prevent darkness on photos when printing them if a preset is used?It doesn’t show up dark on my phone or even computer but when I get them printed they’re dark or have dark spots. 

When in Lightroom, some photos show up as a different color than the others. It's not the flagging colors either. When I export the gallery at the same time, some photos are significantly smaller in bytes size. Why? How do I fix this? My client is unable to print the size she wants because of this. 

Hello everyone!I have the next situation: The lightroom app on my phone showed me the message that I need to update it. I turned on updating from play market but my internet was very poor so I decided to stop updating and continue at home with wifi. After that, I found out that my app is deleted somehow. Well, I was not worried about it because I knew that all my photos there are on cloud Lightroom. However, when I downloaded and signed on to my account I saw that all my photos and my presets are disappeared since the 2020 year. It means photos until 2020 are there but after nothing. I use this app for free but I thought everything would be okay with my photos... It's very pitiful because I lost my memories... Could you help me with this problem? Maybe I can find my photos wherever?  Best regards,Olha

Hallo, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, in Lightroom beim Export einer RAW-Datei in eine DNG-Datei die bereits gemachten Bearbeitungsschritte mit zu exportieren ? Ich habe es bisher nicht geschafft, die DNG-Datei sieht genauso aus wie die unbearbeitete RAW-Datei Danke vorab 🤗

HiI have imported my presets to the actual version of Lightroom 12.0.1 on the other macbook computer but I realize that I  cant see any of the presets in the left side panels. I try to add presets but it shows me that I have already imported presets but when I click on panels I cant see any of prests there.  Many thanks for reply.  

Liebe Community, ich habe einen beruflichen Adobe Account erhalten und auf meinem MacBook Air (2020) installiert, auf dem ich zuvor eine private Adobe Lizens genutzt habe. Wenn ich nun Lightroom öffne, kann ich keine Bilder hinzufügen. Der Button ist ausgegraut und nicht anklickbar. Auch die Datei-Fotos hinzufügen Funktion ist nicht anklickbar. Hat jemand ggf. Rat, woran das liegen kann und wie ich es lösen kann? Vielen Dank!

Every time I try to export my edited images, nothing happens. I select all, adjust export settings, and then press the blue "export" button, but nothing happens...

How can I use the looks I create in Adobe capture as a preset in Lightroom mobile?  seems to me, they should just show up under the "yours" tab of the presets section...  But they don't.

Hi All I currently have a lightroom mobile premium 1TB account but I want to use Imagen AI software which I need a Classic account to use. I want to change to the Photography plan 1TB so I can use both CC and classic, but am worried becuase its a mobile iPad based account I might lose all my current files in that system if I change - any ideas / tips / help please? Wade

Hello, I am a user of lightroom classic and lightroom cloud. My problem is the following:when I want to import a photo from lightroom web which comes from lightroom classic and I want to do it in the original format, the following error appears"Some images could not be exported to the desired dimensions because of a problem of access to the dimensions of the original images. (1)."Please tell me how to solve this problem.If possible, please answer me in French (I am a french user with a poor English) 

How do I cancel my  subscription 

I have been using lightroom for years and about 2 days ago I started to get error reports every time I went to use it. It will not keep the program running and shuts down no matter what I do. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times, to the point that I uninstalled all ADOBE programs and reinstalled everything. This is the main program I use to edit. There needs to be an update release with bug fixes. This is unacceptable for the price we pay to use the program. Please let me know if anyone has found a work around with this issue. I am several sessions behind and need to get work done.

I was having trouble uploading photos to my SmugMug site, and I got so fed up with it that I deleted the SmugMug account. Now I'm trying to remove the SmugMug connection from Lightroom. Unfortunately, it says I must open the site first. (I got this message before I deleted the SmugMug account, too.) I deleted all SmugMug files on my laptop. I also re-installed LightRoom. The SmugMug connection is still there. When I option-click on the connection and click "delete connection", it says "cannot remove connections that contain projects". But it won't let me delete the projects (even though I deleted all the pictures from them). So how do I delete the SmugMug connection? Thanks. 

Hello, I'm using Lightroom on MacOs Monterey and I've come up to an issue. I delete a photo (Right-Click delete, then choosing Removing From Lightroom), and the app gets stuck on that photo. What I mean is that any command that I give, what I see is the deleted photo on my screen. Not until I close and re-open the app my Lightroom moves to next pictures and everything works normal.Is any way I can make sure this won't happen? It interrupts my workflow.Thank you. 

Hello Adobe Lightroom,  I recently purchased your subscription for the mobile app. I can't seem to export a video I edited with lightroom and it's a bit disappointing as I wanted to use this video for a post. The video itself is a 22.2MB file size MP4. I'm using a Huawei P30 Pro. Not sure what else I can do to export this. Can someone reach out to me and help?
