Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I've recently updated Lightroom to its newest update (6.0) on my MacOS and I usually have no problems with it. But since doing the update there is no longer an option for me to export my photos with my watermark. There isn't even an option in the any of the menus regarding watermarks or how to edit them anymore. I've searched around on google and a couple of forums, but had no look in fixing the problem. I will add a screenshot of my exporting window in which the watermark checkbox/edit option isn't available and a screenshot of the adobe lightroom drop down where the watermark options should be. Has the option to export with watermarks been removed on this newest update?Could anyone suggest a fix for me? 

Since upgrading to Lightroom Android v8.0.0 and Lightroom Desktop v6 about a week ago, I have been having all kinds of syncing issues.  I have been using both for many years already and this is definitely a new problem.  I do most of my editing (cropping, lighting, masking/editing) on my Android device, but it is not always syncing to the cloud or the desktop.  Most of the time it is, but many, many times it is not.  For those that don't sync properly, on both the cloud and the desktop when I go to edit a photo, it will say something along the lines of that I need to open my Android device and allow the sync to continue before I can edit.  It is open on my Android.  I even shut it down and reopen it, but still not syncing properly.  Once in a while if I change the value on a slider it will force a sync, but other times that won't even work.  I have to delete some photos (losing all my editing) and reimport them and start all over. Even editi

I'm looking to downgrade my storage space. I'm currently on a free trial after my year subscription for 1T space expired. It ends in a few days and I'm curtious what happens to my saved photos if I chose to not renew my subscription. Do all the photos get deleted? What happens if I downgrade my space, does the extra photos get deleted? also why is there no customer care phone number or email? Hopefully this community forum produces results I guess. thanks in advance 

Dear Lightroom Developers, I have been using Adobe Lightroom for a while now, and I love it. However, I recently changed phones, and since then, whenever I open the app, the little blue circle on the cloud in the top right just goes around, and no photos appear in the gallery. I then found that the app apparently has a bug, because when I go to preferences > photo import options, the app closes and an alert shows saying the app has a bug, please update the app when the developer has fixed the bug.  Please can you find the issue, and provide an update with a fix so I can continue using the app. Thank you

Good day, CommunitySince this is my first post, I might not be able to express myself as clearly as I would like to, but I'd like to write about an experiment I tried out where I used my smartphone to create bokeh utilizing lights, a product, a toy, and my iPhone. I wanted to share the story with you wonderful Lightroom users before I release a thorough youtube video on how I created these photographs. By drawing circles over the bokeh light and adjusting the exposure, texture, and sharpness, as well as raising and decreasing the warmth and contrast to give the image a softer feel, I was able to enhance the bokeh lights using Lightroom's brush masking tool.In order to keep my subject from having any overexposed edges, I additionally subtracted the "subject" layer mask. I then created light streaks using the circle tool employing the same techniques I used to enhance the bokeh, just enough to give it the impression of a concert.Here's the before and after!

La situation actuelle : J’ai deux ordinateurs, un smartphone. Ma compagne C. a un ordinateur portable et un smartphone. Sur mes deux ordinateurs, j’ai la suite Adobe. Sur ma Tour PC, j’ai un disque dur SSD de « caches » sur lequel j’ai mon catalogue Lr Classique. A cette tour PC est relié un NAS contenant toutes les photos-vidéos par dossiers, triés par date. (Exemple de nomenclature : VOLUME PHOTO//LIGHTROOM//FICHIERS PHOTO//2022//202203_voyage_laponie). Ce NAS est « mirroré » en remote. I was getting tired of lugging my laptop around to manage my photos during shoots, so i bought an iPad with the intention of replacing my windows computer. The key app for me is Lightroom. What encouraged me is the fact, that with iPad Pro and the newest OS I can mount my SD cards and directly import the images w/o crazy Bluetooth/WLAN connection nightmares and half cooked apps. In the meantime I seriously regret my decision and again, the key reason is LR mobile. Here an incomplete list of what I cannot do compared to LR Classic on my windows machine:- stack RAWs and JPEG when browsing, marking and labeling my photos- Selecting groups of images for color labeling and assigning #1-5 qualifiers for selecting keepers and discards- renaming photos according to my trusted and long standing procedure (yyyy-mm-dd_event-place-site#xxxx)- assigning key words- exporting catalogues (in fact LR mobile does not seem to have a catalogue concept at all but rather collections only. Hi,I cannot apply preset to multiple photos. I selected many photos in Lightroom and applied preset, but only the one showing as main window is updating, none of the other selected pictures are unchanged. Also when selected grid view and then trying to click the edit (top tight icon) to show the edit panel and the presets, the grid view is changed to details view. Hallo,Lightroom verursacht auf meinem Rechner regelhaft nach etwa 10 Minuten Workflow einen Fehler am Netzwerkadapter. Die Netzwerkverbindung wird dabei beendet, der Netzwerkadapter kann nicht mehr gestartet werden. Im Gerätemanager wird Fehlercode 10 angezeigt.Das Problem tritt sowohl mit Lan-Adapter als auch WLAN (beide Intel) auf. Nur an diesem einen Rechner und nur bei Lightroom. Nach einem Neustart funktionieren beide erst wieder, bis zum erneuten Ausstieg nach ca. 10 MinutenNeuinstallation der Treiber, Treiber-Update und LR-Neuinstallation bisher erfolglos.Alle 10 Minuten Neustart zur Synchronisation macht keinen Spass.Hat jemand eine Idee?Gruß, Bernd

Hello everyone. I have problem with opening Lightroom CC on my two macs. I've installed it in CC, it is shown at top list of installed apps, but nothing happens when I hit 'open' in CC app. I've also noticed that there's no Lightroom icon on my Launchpad (Lightroom Classic is also installed -  this one works perfect). I have the same issue on other Mac on different account. Is there any bug or I am doing something wrong? Please help.

Hi all, Please excuse my ignorance, still VERY much a newbie here so go easy on me but having some real trouble getting LR to import my photos. I've downloaded Adobe's DNG Converter but when I choose the folder to convert, it keeps coming back saying there's an 'error parsing the files' (CR3). I've tried opening it in Canon's DPP4 software as well and it still won't recognise them. I also tried formatting the SD card because there was also another message saying the files could have been damaged (when previewing) and still no luck. I'm using the latest and most recent version of everything, the camera is literally a few weeks old (only just been getting around to playing with it the past week or so) with a new SD card as well. The file sizes are as expected for RAW and no anomolies. What am I doing wrong? - It all works seemlessly in everybody else's tutorial, article, video, advice etc. Help? Thanks in advance, A frustrated newbie, Dan

hi, i just downloaded lightroom mobile, bought presets, installed it and it turned out that from the application level i can't see almost any photos from the gallery that i can add. I have almost 10k photos in the gallery and in the application I can only see 100. When I import one of those photos that I can't see in the app from the gallery level (which i can do), while applying the preset it pops up an error "this preset contains a profile for another camera that cannot be added to the photo..." . I took a new photo and it is already displayed in the gallery from the application level. why can't i see other pics? All of the pics are jpg

Hi all, I've started using lightroom and dumped 30K of photos into it. I noticed too late in the game that I was merging faces and not tagging wherever a faces were not recognized. I uninstalled the software and deleted the library to start from scratch BUT, to my surprise the software remembered all the names I entered in People Viewer. How do I start from complete scratch, ZERO, so that I can, reimport, rename/tag everyone appropriately? Thank you!

Hello!I used to pay for lightroom and photoshop but then I stopped for a while as I didn't need the premium version. Now my phone got stolen so I bought the premium version to get access to my old photos, but I've only recieved the photos I had before I stopped paying for the app. Does anyone know how to get all my photos back from the period that I did'nt pay for it?

My account is up to date and I am redownloaded Lightroom and it still says "could not copy settings" and won't let me edit at all. 

I have a beefy computer so I can't see why it was start slowing while I'm using the brush tool while masking. Hello everyone.   I have a folder in my lightroom CC (Cloud) from 2 years ago. 2 years ago I exported the photos as JPG to my dropbox, and they were all about 11, 12MB. Today I am exporting the exact same photos, and they are all around 3 to 4MB.   2 years ago vs today in my dropbox:   I have tried reproducing the same thing on my mac, web lightroom, iphone and ipad, and all the same results.   I'm using Lighroom CC 8.0.0, on my iPad with iPadOS 15.7. I also changed the export settings on Lightroom to always export 100%.     Here are some details of the original file:   Does anyone has any idea why is this happening and how to fix it?

Hi folks - I'm using CC Lightroom. I periodically rename a folder that has been imported into my catalog.  I do this as part of the way I organize my photos.  For example, I may start with a folder named "Lacrosse", import it into Lightroom, do some editing of photos, and then later when I add more pictures to the folder, rename it on my hard drive as "Lacrosse, Pineapples". Lightroom notices that the original folder "Lacrosse" is missing when I syncronize, and of course it finds the new folder "Lacrosse, Pineapples" and imports those images. But it considers the two folders to be different so far, which is to be expected. However, when I help it locate the missing "Lacrosse" folder by pointing it at the "Lacrosse, Pineapples" folder, it asks me if I want to merge and then invariably tells me it can't completely merge the two folders.  If it does successfully merge, I lose all develop settings from the original "Lacrosse" folder.  This is a bummer.&nb

Has anyone found a way to flag photos or arrange stacks within albums? I've built a project -- mostly for personal use -- that groups photos by visual similarity, and I'm experimenting with the use of a CNN to recommend the best photo of a given group. The idea is to save myself lots of time sortingt through photos shot on holiday so that I can keep only the best shots. The software works great; the rendition API gives me access to enough detail to drive my clustering algorithms. Problem is, I can't do anything with the results! There's no way for my app to reject the bad shots or stack photos representing the same shot. It's immensely frustrating to have invested so much time in the Lightroom API and in this project, only to be confronted by a dead end. Has anyone found a way around this limitation? Is there an undocumented API call, or something I'm missing? It's honestly enough to make me rage-quit Lightroom. The promise was open access to my own data and so far, the
