Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

is it possible to seamlessly edit between the mobile and classic lightroom catalogs? Will all edits be identical in one or the other? I have a large classic catalog that i dont want to sync totally to my cloud based catalog. is there a relatively simple way to temporarily sync select photos from my laptop classic catalog with the cloud, so that i can edit them on my ipad on the go, and then disconnect them once i finish the edits and have them live in my classic catalog again without being connected to the cloud?

When I try to export a photo to camera roll from Lightroom Mobile, it gives me the error in the title. Yesterday I tried signing out and in. That didn't work. Then I tried deleting the app and updating it. It still didn't work. Then after a while, out of nowhere it exported images normally. Now it's back to giving me this error.   I shoot raw and use RAF files from my Fujifilm X-T30ii.   My IOS version is 15.6.1

So I recently moved and when I went to renew my subscription, i could only see the 100GB option for lightroom instead of the 1TB option I previously had. I'm attempting to purchase through the Apple app store.

Lightroom Mobile - Version 7.5.2 A35FE5/58iPad 7th gen - Version 14.7.1The app freezes at various times.  It has frozen after copying settings, while sliding through images, and I can't remember the time.  It froze 3 times in a row while attempting to copy settings.  Also, sometimes when changing the color temperate it will go from very slight (normal) to extreme color change.  That had happened 2-3 times today.  Also, who's idea was it to take the grid away from the crop tool when full screen.......Finally - Why is this valuable to me?  Because I pay a monthly fee for a great service even though I own apps that do not require monthly payments, such as Affinity mobile apps.  Because I rely on Lightroom to continue to post images every day that continuously gain multiple followers each day.  Because the Lightroom workflow has made me a better photographer.  Because... because... what an odd question.  Thank you

I wanted to create a masking that would exclude the sky and also the bottom 10% of the image. So I created a Sky mask, then I inverted it, then I subtracted from the range a linear gradient of the bottom of the image. I was completely confused. Somehow my modifications to the image were not restricted to the combination of the two masks but sometimes to one or the other. At one point I was modifying only the bottom part of the image which I had thought was explicitly subtracted out. I couldn't understand the iconography in the bottom right pull-out showing the mask layers, and because this is the Android version (I guess) there were no tool-tips to help. Can someone help me get on track here? Also I couldn't find any way to do curves within a mask, only the regular light editing sliders. Are curves not combinable with masks? FYI I'm using the Android app on a Chromebook. Thank you!-- Ethan 

When will the functionality in LR Classic 12.0 be added to LR Mobile for IPad?

Adobe must be teaming with Apple to make me replace hardware that is still working fine with the forelast Lightroom 11.x Suddenly for the Lightroom12 I need to buy a new imac at minimum €2500. Thanks very much Adobe. This sucks. And ofcourse people start to argue my imac is alread 9 years old. But in this age of caring for the environment software should not decide for me that something is "too old".

Just got the new update but the masking screen is the old one, where is the new people, eyes and so on masking feature?

Dear community, this is Chris, I'm new to this community and I hope that you can help me. I read several threads here, but I wasn't able to solve my problem though.... I'm using Lightroom on my M1 iPad Pro 12.9 here and I simply wanted to switch my workflow from my MacBook Pro to iPad-only. That's what I want: import CF card with RAW files to my iPad Pro (works so far)store my pictures directly into the Adobe cloud (got 100GB) to save space on my iPad (unfortunately only 128GB version, so I have to use the cloud)edit the photos with Lightroom on my iPad Pro exporting the edited photos in original (resp. the biggest possible) resolution to either Dropbox or any other locationcreate my online gallery with picdrop and share the pictures with others resp. send the big files via wetransfer to the others. I can import and edit the photos on my iPad, but I cannot export it in original size - although the photos are shown as CR2 in high resolution as they come out

Is it possible to display all images which are not in albums

After todays update it syncing 1 photo about 5 hours now. What is going on? I have 1 TB free space to the cloud    

I'm having trouble sharing my edits in LR. Edits are in process for days and do not finalize. I have a monthly subscription, but I am not able to use this feature.  I've cleared cache, cleared data, reinstalled and it doesn't work.

Lightroom (not classic) edits are not saving on my phone.

I was having photos imported in several albums. And I turned off syncing to save space on the cloud (and the syncing takes long time).When I re-enable sync (because some of the my albums required sync in order to edit) - the albums that I did not push to cloud got wiped out completely.There was not an option to allow the album to be stored locally any more? This is frustrating as I have lost about 500+ photos. The process in Lightroom is not clear and I do not know where my photos are stored.I checked the Removed Photo (bin Icon) but nothing was there.How can I recover my photos in the ablbum (have not cleared the cache of the app)? Also, some albums got green down arrow symbols, some does not.... Can anybody suggest what those are? Tried to hover but no tooltip and nothing said about such symbols on the net.  

I have iOS LR v 7.5.2.  It has worked fine syncing with LR (cloud) version 6, up until 3 days ago.  Cloud version seems to be locked in a sync of three pictures for several days.  I edited a different picture on the iOS version and cannot get it to sync.  It is not one of the three that seems to be locked in a sync pattern.  How do I get this to stop and get the one photo I did edit to in fact sync? 

I had registered with lightroom and purchased a set of presets about a few years back. Bought a new I phone in the past month and redownoaded Lightroom app on my new phone, signed in to the same account. However, the purchased preset is no longer there and when I click restore purchases it said I do not have any purchases. However the presets are still on the app under the same account in my old phone. 

I need to make sure the colour space is set to Adobe RGB in Lr 2022 not classic. Where is this done?

I lost all my preset data and photos from Lightroom mobile. I can't find the preset I used to use. How to create or find the same preset from an edited photo? Thank you 

Hello everyone,  I've been using Lightroom for the past 3-4 Years. The last years I used the offer of my school to get the Adobe License much cheaper. Since I graduated and being not longer a student of the school, I know had to buy the subscription for the regular price. Over the last years I stored a few hundred pictures in the Lightroom Cloud, so I could use everything on my MacBook and iPhone at the same time. From Albums of my holidays over all the presets I collected over the time - everything is gone now. I don't know exactly when my school-subscription ended but today when I opened Lightroom I got the message, that after an expired subscription the Cloud-Data only gets stored for 71?!? days? I mean, it would have been REALLY helpful if I knew that earlier. Is there any possible way to get my data back? Thanks for your help guys 🙂

Come puoi vedere nella foto ci sono punti di colore più scuro; È una cosa visibile solo dal computer, dal telefono non appare.Anche se ho ingrandito l'immagine questi segni si vedono comunque.

Been using Lightroom Classic for years. And as far as I know, it creates previews and when I disconnect the drive (or move the folder) where the original raw files are, I wont be able to either continue editing or export.    I am now learning how to use Lightroom CC on an iPad. And something is driving me crazy: I had the wifi disconnected (so no sync to the cloud), I connected my SSD that contains Raw images to the iPad and opened Lightroom. Now I told Lightroom what images to import. I then tried something..I disconnected my SSD to see if, just like Lightroom Classic, It would give me a warning that the original files were missing. But it didn't. Lightroom CC allowed me to continue my editing and even to export the file into my iPad. So the thing I don't understand is where are those Raw files stored on the Ipad? I checked the File folder but nothing is in there. Then how can I continue to edit and even export?    Hope it makes sense and thanks in advance for your
