Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hey all, Im having issues with Light Room (ver. 5.5 on Mac Os) automatically changing the aspect ratio of all my raw photos on import. Images are 16:9 and LR changes from "Original" to "As shot".I do not have any lens correction or other such thing enabled nor have I changed/messed around recently with any of the preferences/settings of LR.What's even more bizarre is that upon doing a "Paste Crop settings" to all photos (sticking strickly to applying this seperately to horizontal and vertical photoso, don't know if matters) but they change back! Some stay as Original after pasting, other I have to manually set the damn picture and it's quite annoying if batch resizing doesn't stay.Please help out, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Bonjour, Lorsque je modifie une photo avec lightroom mobile, le rendu est exactement le même lorsque je l'envoie sur le pc.  Cependant lorsque je modifie une photo dans lightroom CC ou Classic sur mon PC, le rendu est très saturé sur le tel ! Que faire ? Je ne peux plus travailler, tout mon travail de couleurs est inutile car l'envoi sur tel rend la photo différente de ce que je vois et fais sur le PC...  Que faire sachant que dans l'autre sens ça marche ?  Je possède Windows10, mais le problème ne vient pas de la puisque ça marche de light room mobile à light rom PC... Merci Flo

How can I cycle through aspect ratios (crop tool activated) via key command?

BonjourDurant les dex dernières années, mon lycée avait offert une licence Creative Cloud complète à chaque étudiant, pour une licence de 2 ans. Ma licence a pris fin il y a deux jours, fin septembre 2022. J'ai constaté, en re-souscrivant a une licence Lightroom 1To que mes 50Go de photographies avaient disparues. Ma photo de profil Adobe, mes publications et d'autres informations ont étés supprimées dans le tas aussi. Comment retrouver mes données ? C'est un problème auquel je n'ai jamais trouvé de réponse sur internet.

I have hundreds of presets in Lightroom CC and the only options seem to be to move them to custom folders one by one which is ridiculous. How is there no 'select' option?! Any suggestions would be appreciated.   Thanks

How do we learn presets in lightroom explore and search for people we saved by name? I can't find the person I saved by searching for a name. I couldn't find a place to call. I want to see all photos of that person again. but I did not follow. I want to find it again.

Hey, Importing photos from one folder, evey photo has an aspect-ratio of 1:1, importing from other folders, the aspect-ratio is the original size. How can I prevent an automatic 1:1 aspect-ratio? Thanks and best regards,Paul

When I open the images and go to edit, the aspect ratio is changed. I have to switch to "original" for each image. How to prevent this? 

I am having trouble importing files in to a new album. The RAW files I am trying to import have not been imported before. They all have a different create date from the ones already in the library. Their file name is also unique. But when I import them, I am getting an error saying Duplicate files. How do I go about this. This is with Lightroom CC.

Is it possible to download RAF files. I have RAF and JPEG in lightroom but when i export the RAF it says its not possible? Is the actual RAF file stored online or does this sound like its missing? it does allow me to export all files as JPEGS though? 

I have read 4 articles about this topic but none of them addressed my issue. I stopped the synchronization of LR Classic and deleted thousands of photos from Lightroom Cloud. No matter how many images I delete, it still shows I am using 5.1GB of my 20GB. Currently I have re-synchronized 138 of the images, still no change. The value for used storage increases the more I upload, but it never seems to decrease. Help please!  Lightroom Classic on MacOS

Hello,I made a mistake in my email when registering and now I can't change it and therefore I haven't received it the confirmation email for my free trial subscription.How I can delete that account and subscription? 

Ich hatte früher während meiner Schulzeit einen Adobe-Account und habe nun einen von der Firma. Jetzt würde ich gerne meine Lightroom-Fotobibliothek von damals in meinem neuen Account nutzen. Wie kann ich die Inhalte umziehen? Gibt es die Option eines Exports oder muss das der Support für mich erledigen? Und wie erreicht man den Support?  Alles, was ich finde, ist diese Community hier. Only 2 months from renewing my suscription to Adobe, I am regretting it. I spent my whole morning trying to figure out why Lightroom won't recognize some files when I'm trying to import them. It doesn't even show them in the preview from the SD card, so I had to copy them to my hard drive and then add them to my catalog (without the DNG conversion). There is nothing wrong with my card and other software (Capture One) didn't have any issues in importing all my files in one go.The only reason I still tru to use lightroom is because i have my presets developed in it but Im just tired of all the troubleshooting.Anyone else is having this problem?

I had to re-download Lightroom to my iPhone. When I use my Apple ID to sign in it is saying to sign in with the Adobe account I said no I just wanna use my Apple ID (that's how I have my  subscription ) and when I sign on using that my subscription is not showing on the Lightroom account can someone please help? Kind of frustrating I have a year subscription and can't speak to anybody on the phone

Hi, my cloud storage is nearing its limit (17 GB out of 20 GB) and I only have like 24k images synced to Lightroom - I think 17gb of size from 24k Smart Previews is not common. I definitely know that there are some original copies synced to Lightroom and I would like to see whether this is something that can be filtered out from LR CC so I can delete it from the cloud. Hi.    I`m having some trouble installing Lightroom CC on Mac. I´m installing it from the CC-app.    When i press install it sais waiting... and then goes from 1% to 99% in one second.  In CC it looks like the app has been installed but pressing to open the app nothing happens.  There is no app dowloaded to my drive either.    I´ve tried logging out and in of my account - and have done the "repair" of my CC-app, and tried installing Lightroom CC multiple times, but the issue persists.   All other apps in my CC install and work as they should.    I`m on Lightroom 5.5.    Any suggestions?   

What a [profanity removed by moderator] abusive method to get money from a company like Adobe. I used the free trial, and now in order to cancel it I have to pay first? Like [profanity removed by moderator], how is this a free trial. How can I cancel this, I don't wanna have to do with this Adobe company never again, delete my account, I don't care, I don't wanna waste a sigle penny on you.

Why LR on my iPhone is 100 GB while images in my iPhone camera roll are just 50 GB ? Should I remove the app and install it again ? Is there any risk to lose images in my camera roll ? Thank you , Valeria      {Title edited by Moderator}

Hello, I'm finally switching from the old school way of external hard drives and Lightroom Classic, and am trying to migrate to this cloud-based Lightroom with all my photos on the Cloud. I am using a MacBook Pro. I added a small folder of photos from my external hard drive to Lightroom and they're all in the app and taking up 15GB of my Creative Cloud storage - however I can't see them when I click on "Synced Files" in my Creative Cloud account online. In fact, I can't see anything at all online except for the files I drag-and-dropped into the Creative Cloud Sync folder on my drive. I want them easily accessible and organized here so that I can quickly download everything in the event of a hard drive failure. I'm okay with just using this drag and drop method if I must, but the issue is that when I then add those to Lightroom, it seems to upload them to the cloud all over again. So I'm getting 2 copies of everything uploaded into the cloud, 1 copy for my Synced Files in the Cloud and

I'm a daily news photographer who's new to the role and would love to advise. I use Lightroom and regularly edit and file photos via my phone. I love that the photos I import from my camera via Bluetooth and backed up via cloud - as if I need to find a photo quickly it's there. However, I also want to store my personal projects in my Lightroom album but I don't want these on the cloud as it will just be too large. Is there a way to split my Lightroom storage so that on my phone it's via cloud and on my Mac laptop it's via external HD? 

I have beenn using Lightroom Classic with Lightrrom in the cloud for some time.  I have some photos that were originally loaded on my desktop and are synced into the cloud and some photos that were originally loaded on my ipad which synced through the cloud down to Lightroom Classic. Now one of the drives on my desktop has died.  So I would like to associate the full sized images in Lightroom Cloud with a new disk location on my desktop in Lightroom Classic.  Ideally I would like to use Lightroom Cloud versions of those images as my backup restore of those images to the new disk.  Failing that, I am getting the old Lightroom Classic versions of those images restored anyway but would like the cloud versions to still sync with the new location.  At a minimum, I do not want the fact that the cloud versions were originally assocaited with a different location to cause duplicates on my desktop or worse yet to somehow negatively affect the new location (cause de
