Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Regarding the new tools, why are the action tools/features unvailable on my iphone, even though i have a lightroom mobile premium subcription. 

I purchased a one-month Lightroom subscription using my Apple ID, and everything is fine there. However, whenever I open Lightroom, it shows that I don't have a subscription. What should I do?

So I just received my new ASUS Zenbook A16 with the new Snapdragon X2 Extreme processor with 48GB Ram.I Just started running the latest version of LR V. 9.2 for ARM. Overall the performance has been quite good yet unfortunately doing a denoise on my Sony A1ll raw files is still extremely slow. Even though when I click on “Denoise” it gives me an estimate time of 19 seconds yet its taking about 3 minutes to denoise one image.I was really hoping with the new X2 Extreme chip that performance would be improved yet for now its quite dismal 

I wanted to submit feedback that the tutorial is garbage and unhelpful. Instead, it became a post. smhGood thing it’s easy to delete this… oh wait, I can’t even do something you can do on 99% of forums.

07/8/26 936 pm, keeps freezing and not working AGAIN, no other programs running just lightroom and I can’t even edit one picture without it locking up

Since the recent update, I’m having a lot of issues with masks. When I create a new mask (example a linear gradient mask) some of the sliders have already been adjusted. I have the ‘Reset sliders automatically’ box checked. Additionally, sometimes I am adjusting the sliders for a mask and the change is not being applied to the image (like if I change the exposure slider the selected area does not get brighter/darker). Finally, if I right click on a mask » Delete » nothing happens and the mask isn’t deleted. Is this a known issue? Any tips on how to resolve this please?I am using Lightroom version 9.4 and Windows 11.

I am no longer able to hide the giant menu on the leftThis sidebar menu needs to have the capability to be hidden on the tablet application. This is supposed to be my photo gallery. The grid of images should take up as much of the screen as possible. The sidebar panels are still able to be hidden on desktop and my phone. Am i missing something?

Using the cloud is a painfully slow process even though I have a fast internet connection.  plugging the phone into the computer provides access to apple’s camera files but not Lr’s.  I want to speed up that process.  Some other third party camera apps put there files into the same folder that Apple does but Lr does not

Currently Lightroom Mobile on iOS can only import photos from the Apple Photos app. It would be great if we had the ability to import and save to iCloud Drive. I would also like the ability to be able to choose Lightroom as an app to open photos with when selecting “Open With” within iCloud Drive.

Thumbnails are not loading for editing. Wheel keeps spinning.

Hello I’m setting up my computer it is a Mac 5pro chip but I’m having a little trouble uploading presets if I load less then 10 at a time it is ok but if I do more it looks like thisThere all xmp filesThe ten priests r working but when I do it again Lightroom crashes and restartsThis is what I am going to do I installed Lightroom cc n photoshop I’m going to leave Lightroom on so everything can sync n I will try again tomorrow Ok I waited 24 hours it says everything has since but I have missing photos that put in the cloud  

I upgraded to an iphone 17 and logged back in to the Lightroom app just fine with a code sent to my email. All my photos were there so it was definitely my account but the subscription features are no longer accessible. When I try to resubscribe, it says my subscription is valid for another 5 months. I don’t know how to get the features in the app to recognize that. 

I have paid for 1 year lightroom premium pack after 1 month the premium version is gone give me any solution for me give me the premium version of lightroom or rufund the amount

Pago o premium pra usar todos os recursos do app, mas de um mês pra cá não estão funcionando! Exemplo: o retoque no rosto! Não funciona. A mensagem que aparece é que não tem área pra retocar. 

I have found a folder within my Lightroom catalogue called originals taking up a fair bit of room, they are also showing all new uploaded photos in my ‘recents’ on the laptop .. while editing do these NEED to be kept, if they are deleted will the files themselves be deleted, I of course have the raws on a hard drive but wanted to know if deleting these would cause an issue during the editing process? Pic of folder below . When I delete them from that folder, the moment I edit them they pop back into that same original folder again? 

not a question its feed back new update where it closes all the sub menus is a pain and slows work down.

Is everyone experienced a problem with stretched photos with wrong aspect ratios, shown in Lightroom web gallery? They are OK in Lightroom, but shows in wrong way in web version..... This is so bad, I just show them to the client..... For Example:I suppose it's a bug, I have no control on how they look here!..... Please, Adobe, this is rediculous...

Topaz AI sharpening not working correctly. The program will start to run and then tells me to check my internet connection. My connection is fine. Is there an interface issue??

The issue only occurs with adaptive profiles, suggesting a specific incompatibility with the Neural Engine cores in M5/A19 chips (2025). All devices run Lightroom v11.4.0 (242) and the latest iOS/iPadOS 27.0 Beta. The problem does not occur on 2024 hardware (M4, A18) or macOS, even with the same OS version.Additional ContextThe synchronization issue mentioned in my previous support request has been resolved. This crash only affects AI adaptive profiles, not other AI tools in Lightroom.

It would be nice if Lightroom (not LrC) wouldn't ask for an Adobe License every time I try to start Lightroom in offline mode. It’s annoying when I’m sitting in the Train with no Internet and I can’t start Lightroom because every time I do, Lightroom is asking for network connection to prove the license.It costs so much money to use this buggy program that this should be the minimum. It can’t be that difficult that Lightroom asks just once in a month so it's possible to work in an environment without internet connection.

I've been using Lightroom for well over 2 years now. When I upload images now from my Galaxy S23, it is specifically raw. Images, it is drastically changing the image from what it looks like in my gallery. It briefly displays the image exactly as it is in my gallery. And then quickly applies a Galaxy, a Samsung Galaxy profile to it. As a preset, and it looks terrible. It completely defeats the point of me using raw mode in the first place. If you can't transfer that original data into Lightroom, it doesn't help me to be able to edit it. That's the whole point of me using raw, it wasn't an issue approximately two weeks ago. It's just started doing it. It's terrible and it needs to be fixed. Because it completely ruins the usability of this program for me.And i'm sure many others
