Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Lightroom CC gets stuck while trying to import a user preset created on Spyder Checkr, and the Create Preset option is disabled.   Importing presets from the Preset panel - Import Preset or from File - Import profiles & presets results in the same scenario, Lightroom stuck in the stage of Importing/Loading presets. The option of Reset Hidden Presets in the Presets panel is also disabled, and cannot be clicked.   Version of Lightroom CC: Lightroom version: 8.5 x64 [ 20250805-2023-ec91a85 ] (Aug 5 2025) Platform and OS version: macOS / OS Version: macOS 15.5 (24F74)

Ik werk op een 27 “ iMac met Tahoe 26.3. Lightroom versie 9.2.Tot voor kort exporteerde ik een bewerkte foto en zag dan in het exportscherm, de laatst gebruikte bestandsnaam. BV “65OA4605 - Kolgans” Om de nieuwe foto te benoemen moest ik dan het laatste cijfer aanpassen en bv. Brandgans typen.Na de laatste update krijg ik ieder keer “NAAMLOOS” te zien ipv de laatst gebruikte bestandsnaam.En moet vervolgens na iedere bewerking alle gegevens opnieuw intypen.Vervelend daarbij is dat je bij het exporteren niet de bestandsnaam van de bewerkte foto in beeld heb.Klik ik bij bestandsnaamgeving op ORIGINEEL ben ik mijn ingevoerde tekst weer kwijt.

I have used the LrC cloud based on my phone for a while due to not having computer. Now that I have a laptop, I noticed that it is low on space due to sync photos.I have also bought a compute and a 12 tb external hard drive and have followed the instructions on a subsequent topic for backing up my files to the external hard drive. Required space and programs not able to open the program, I have Windows 10; have me researching how to resolve this issue, so I can used the program to edit, for which I have yet to do.Thank you, gratefully,MIM

Lightroom has not updated to 9.2 and I dont have the option to update in help

Hello, I am having problems with Lightroom mobile. My cloud is constantly synchronizing on mobile app (iOS) - not having any sync issues listed and having more than enough cloud storage. Also when I am editing on web/desktop version my edits will not save, I am guessing that is because of the bugged syncing. I am signed in on both devices with the same Adobe account. I tried logging out both from mobile app, web and desktop version as well as reinstalling the app so I am sure it is up to date which solved the 4 pending photos to sync I had, but when I tried editing a photo again the same issue occurred - I am still not able to save my edits and it is constantly synchronizing. Can this be solved? Regards,Tea

I’m so confused. I got a new mac, macOS Sequoia (version 15). On my last mac, the lightroom app looked completely different and there was a local and cloud option. On this new version, I only have a cloud option. I don’t want to upload photos every time that I edit them. Am I missing something? I already went into my settings and give the app full disk access, but that didn’t change anything. This is what it looks like. I miss being able to just edit photos that are on my desktop without uploading, how do I get that back?!?! I feel dumb, and can’t find an answer that helps anywhere lol. Thank you!!  

Hi. I may be having a 'senior moment' here but I am confused why my version of LR on my Mac desktop looks different to any pro videos I watch. For starters I don't see my 'Library, Develop, Map....' etc in the top right hand of the screen, in fact I can't find the develop tool anywhere! I leaning roward the fact I have a different version of LR. I have searched for LR classic on the app store to no avail, just LR. I've attached a pic of my MAC screen. Thanks. Al. 

I took some photos yesterday that needed a tight crop and upscale. The Generative upscale was working fine yesterday, then out of the blue it stopped working. Will not work on Photoshop, or Lightroom, both Topaz and Firefly.I am on a Mac with plenty enough memory, 48gb, and plenty of disc space.Please let us know when you get a resolution to this issue!

I have been having a problem for several days with accessing and uploading photos to the cloud within the Lightroom Mobile app. I am using the mobile version of the app (latest Android version and latest app version), and the  new photos will not upload. I also cannot access the photos that have already been uploaded. I can see them and edit them, but I cannot export them (“couldn't complete export”).Steps I have tried:I reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and tried using the web version of the app on my computer, where it allows me to edit and export the photo, but that edit does not upload to the cloud, so I cannot see it on other devices. I have active subscription till 10/2026. I use app everyday so I it real problem for me. 

Filter auto+:retro isn’t working anymore after last update. None of any filter inside category is selectable, and can’t apply. Others filters are working, just this isn’t anymore.

Lightroom keeps randomly closing out and the "AI settings" for photos like lens blur or whatever. And the app just errors out and closes! I pay $12 A MONTH for this app and i'm going to swith if it keeps happening. 

Hi, I've recently bought an ASUS ProArt P16, it has a 4K 16:10 monitor, and I also purchased a ProArt '27 monitor, but that one is 2K and 16:9; since the two different resolutions, I have Windows 11 set on the 4K one at 250%, and the other at 100%. The problem is that when I open Lightroom CC in one of the two monitors, and then move it to the other, the app doesn't scale the UI and everything either appears huge, or tiny, and I have to close and reopen the program in the same screen to have it scale properly, which is pretty annoying...

As fotos que mando pro aplicativo estão demorando muito pra baixar na nuvem. Elas estão demorando muito pra carregar. As pastas que tenho compartilhadas demoram pra aparecer para as pessoa a que tem acesso com a pasta. As vezes para de carregar também 

Lightroom and Photoshop needed to be updated and now I get this error when trying to open multiple photos from LR in PS  

I have recently had to change my Google Password and the passkey I had for the email function now (of course) no longer works. I have tried all sorts of help listings but none of them seem to be upto date with the latest google information. It keeps showing ensure 2 step, then “signing in to google” “select app passwords” neither of which seem to exist in my versions. Any help please. 

After Google KeyPass was enabled for authentication, all requests started to return 401/403 errors, and now it is impossible to save or download files.

I got onto the mobile app and all of my presets were gone and only showing "profiles". I logged onto the online version and they were still missing. Can anyone help?

Estoy trabajando unas imagenes que debo entragar a una clienta, y a la hora de exportar las imagenes con el nombre que quiero y el consecutivo de las fotos, no lo hace, no exporta la imagen con las teclas “command , E“ , entonces me voy a exportar y tengo que volver a escribirle el nombre a la imagen y el consecutivo. Que paso? fue por que actualice la version de Adobe Lightrooom?
