Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello! Can someone tell me why the intellectual removal instrument works better on the mobile phone rather than on the laptop? I mean that on the phone the surface after the removal is clean and looks untouched. The removal on the computer works bad. You can easily notice that the sufrace is unnatural after the AI elimination of a spot, for exemple. Can't understand. Help please. I've attached an exemple of the unsuccessful removal (original photo and removal) and you can see this in the left corner.

I was using Lightroom this morning, adding presets n it keeps glitching when I try to remove a picture, I have a video to explain, I already told customer care about the issue I'm having if anyone else is having trouble ur not the only one.

Hi, Folks,I have my most cherished images beautifully organized into folders I created in Lightroom Cloud, so that I have access to them from my phone wherever I am.  It works perfectly.  People are always amazed when they say something like, "...what did the house look like that you lived in in 2002..." and I can produce photos of it on my phone in about 2 minutes. Not to be morose, I am almost 80 and want to make sure my heirs will have easy access to this folder structure and the images with all their edits.  I don't want them to have to go through some process to figure out anything in Lightroom CC, etc.  I just want the folders and full-size (not preview) images available on an external HD that's connected to my Windows 11 PC.  I would also like any new folders or images I add to Lightroom CC Cloud later to sync to this external HD.   I googled all this, but the answers were confusing.  Some said to use Archive (which I was to

After the recent update on Lightroom, my GPU just pegged 100% while previous update did not have this issues. Makes masking troublesome

For some reason there is a problem exporting lower resolution images from full size RAW's. When i choose custom resolution, for example 5500pix longer edge, the export just hangs on the first image. When exporting with "maximum available dimentions" the export goes just fine. All updates have been made and no errors appear.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Hello, I recently purchased the Lightroom Premium subscription via Google Play, and it shows as active in my subscriptions.However, the app still says my subscription is expired and won't allow me to restore my purchase.I’ve already:Cleared the cache and app data,Restarted my device,Reinstalled the app from the Play Store,Verified that I’m signed in with the correct Google account.Despite this, the Premium features remain unavailable. Could you please check the status of my subscription on your end and help me activate it?

My Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3060.My PC OS is Windows 11. I installed Adobe Lightroom via Adobe Creative Cloud. After the installation was finished, I tried to open the program, but an error window popped up saying: "Unable to initialize Camera Raw {"errorcode":7,"message":"an unexpected exception occurred"}". How can I fix it?

J'utilise Lightroom Classic depuis des années pour trier, classer et retoucher mes photos.Je viens d'acheter un iPad et souhaite l'utiliser pour visualiser mes photos quand je suis en voyage et en faire un premier tri chaque soir pour ensuite récupérer les photos triées sur Classic à mon retour. j'ai lu un peu de tout mais j'ai du mal à comprendre comment fonctionne le cloud, la synchronisation  et je crains de faire une grosse boulette...Est-ce que vous auriez connaissance d'un tuto expliquant tou cela?merci d.avance'

He estado abonado al lightroom Clasic mucho tiempo, y por motivos de salud (cancer) deje de pagar la cuota. Ahora me he abonado otra vez, pero se me instala el LIGHTROOM y no el LIGHTROOM CLASIC que es el que mejor conozco.Podria cambiarlo?

Hello I have a question I am planning on buying a new MacBook Pro. N I want to transfer my presets I already have to my new laptop how do I that?

Lightroom (Cloud) and Adobe Converter on Windows on ARM are unable to read NEF files; specifically, they can neither export nor edit them. With the latest update, it is now possible to upload them to the cloud, which wasn't even working before. Furthermore, the Denoise feature on Windows on ARM—specifically on a 13-inch Surface Pro 11 with the Snapdragon [X Elite/Plus] processor—takes nearly 4 minutes!!!To make matters worse, everything works much better on an Android tablet or even a simple smartphone.This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi allI just realized that I am missing an album with approx. 200 pictures from a photo trip to Heligoland.I search on the date from back in april in the all photos folder, but no luck. Both the album and all pictures in it are gone. I did not move or delete these, but have not been looking at these for months.Any ideas?Kind regards René, Denmark

Les fonctionnalités ne fonctionne pas pourquoi 

I've exported photos out of Lightroom CC to Google Drive. I then go back into Lightroom and delete the photos and now they are not in Google Drive. Would deleting them from Lightroom also delete them from my Google Drive? 

Hi all! I've been consistently uploading my photos to my lightroom via my school's account, but the account has been deactivated and now I can't access my photos anymore. I'll be contacting adobe for support later but currently I have the previews of most of the photos open, offline on my pc. Is there any way for me to download these previews? I don't care if they're lower quality jpgs at the moment. Thanks a lot,Matt

In Lightroom cloud, I moved my originals folder to a new larger drive. I went into cache settings and changed the Storage location for originals to the new location (the folder containing the "Lightroom CC" folder) but all my photos have a red dot that says "Original waiting to be moved".
