Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

My brush tool is not working. I use Windows. My LR is updated and I have tried restarting my comptuer and shuting it down completely. The subject and background selection tools are still working but not the indvidual brush tool. Help?

Hi,I've been using lightroom cc and older versions (probably 2022 or 23) for years. I have a series of presets and they've been working well in the past. This year I update my lightroom plan and reinstalled the 2025 lightroom, and all my presets disappeared. Luckily, I tried to find some of them and tried to import them. However, when I'm importing the presets the bar just shows "loading presets" forever and won't import any of the presets I have. These presets are my years of hard work and I really cannot lose them or stop using them. I wonder if anyone knows how to troubleshoot this. I've also been suspecting that maybe the version is too new. Is it possible to go back to an older lightroom version?

I recently got a new phone and i was editing pictures on my old phone right before i got a new one. I started editing some more of those pictures on my new phone and noticed that no matter what I do they look totally different. The only difference I am confused about is my color temperature being set to 5900k and the profile filter is "adobe color" on the photo i edited on my old phone because they are not popping up when i try to edit on my new phone. My color temperature is just normal numbers 1-100 and I dont have the abobe color option on profiles though it is saved in my favorites. I need help ASAP

On Lr 9.0 for Mac I have found that when I upload a large number of edited DNG files to the cloud, the edits of the last few do not get sync'd properly, even though the file itself is uploaded. For instance I recently uploaded 100 edited DNG files - the first 88 were fine - the final 12 were uploaded but the edits weren't. Thanks,David

When I launch LR, sometimes it loads, other times it does not. I updated to the latest version (9.0) and this is specific to my Windows laptop. The framework launches and I can access the images in Coud but Local does connect to my file system. Sometimes I do a restart and that works but not always, other times it works after the 3rd or 4th attempt to close and restart the app. Very frustrating and wastes a considerable amount of time. This has been happening for at least 6 months. 

Is it correct that user presets for exporting are not possible in Lightroom Cloud? That is a significant limitation in my workflow as I now have to remember and enter these settings manually each time.

Is there a simple way to print from Lightrooom 9.1 without moving the edited photo file to Lightroom Classic? 

Hola, hace un par de semanas tengo problemas al restar y agregar de una máscara en Lr.  Selecciono al sujeto, y deseo restar algo específico de esa selección y no puedo. Estoy usando una MacBook Air M1, Sequoia 15.6.1, y acabo de actualizar Lr 9.1 arm64

Not sure why I keep getting this error when I try to open Lightroom. Has worked with no problems for years! Has the error above, in addition to: can only init the Organize Module once. Anyone have any ideas what to do? I am on desktop.

Hi, The notifications won't expande on my desktop LR. I tried everything I found here, on this community, but it doesn't work. When I click the notifications button it does nothing at all. Could someone guide me please?Thanks 

When exporting originals + edits, the files are saved on the external hard drive, but the progress bar doesn"t update. It keeps saying 0/115 (total number of photos to be exported)

Ever since the latest update, I'm constantly dealing with freezing during editing. The main picture I'm editing freezes, but I can see changes I make in the thumbnail. I can click to the next picture but the main picture doesn't change, but I can see edits to the thumbnail. I have to constantly close it down and restart. It's taking HOURS to accomplish anything. Anyone else having this issue??

Please help me a way to delete photos in light room without deleting one at a time. I show to have 12,000+ photos in the cloud but I have no idea how to get rid of them without deleting one at a time. Im using a Mac, 

Lightroom keeps freezing when using basic functions. I can continue to use other apps and software with no problem but lightroom is really for the price, absolutely ridiculous to have these issues

Is anyone experiencing lag time in Lightroom, it is taking forever to export

I'm currently merging frames on my Macbook Pro M4. Sadly just like on my PC, performance is atrocious there. The Lightroom app will only ever use a single core and I've been waiting for my panorama since a good 20 minutes now. Adobe, when will you for once optimize your programs?

This started with version 9.0, and even when I tried rolling back to version 8.51, the crashes continued. I prefer not to go lower than 8.51 because of the features in the latest versions, and I believe that 8.51 should be stable since it was the previous release.I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but the crashes persist. Here's my feature request: Stop pushing new features. Lightroom is unstable, especially on mobile, and LrC barely even turns on anymore. Take pride in your work and stop charging us out the nose for this nonfunctional, rent-based bloatware. I literally can't even post this on my phone because your forum doesn't support mobile interactions properly. You should be ashamed.

Hello, I have just purchased Adobe Lightroom Premium. My login credentials are synchronized for both Adobe and the Lightroom application. However, I am unable to use any of the premium features. I also cannot cancel my subscription or remove my credit card information. Could you please provide information on how I can access and use the features? Thank you.
