Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

So I went to my preferences panel and under GPU it says"The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error."I've tried the following steps to rectify the issue: 1) Exited out, reboot my computer. 2) Unistalled on Creative Cloud followed by a reboot and installation again. 3)Uninstalled using "app cleaner and unistaller" from MacCleaner Pro and rebooted followed by reinstalled via creative cloud. All of the above steps didn't work. It's incredibly slow, and my CPU usage goes up to 400-600%, with .04-1% of GPU usage. It takes several seconds to open, and anytime I click on something, the application doesn't respond for 10-15 seconds and shows as not responding in my activity monitor. So if I go to preferences - 10-15 seconds to open, I select an area for generative remove - 10-15 seconds. I'll also get black blocks on some of the areas selected for removal.  Lightroom: I'm running app version: 8.5.1 My Hardware: MacBook Pro M3 Max 3

I want to update my Lightroom profile with my picture and social media links, but  My social media handles won't save (after I hit "save" and refresh the screen, they don't appear) I'm unable to change my profile picture (there's no option to change it and nothing happens when I click the default blue pic in the screenshot attached)   I am using Adobe Lightroom 6.4 for Mac but when I click "Edit Profile," I am redirected to the web version. Any help/insight here is very much appreciated!   [Moved to the Lightroom ecosystem forum]  

Bonjour, j'utilise Lightroom Classic sur mon ordinateur. j'ai créée des Collections pour les synchroniser avec Lightroom (pour mobile).  Cela marchait jusqu'à la semaine dernière. Hier j'ai fait un repérage avec 80 photos que j'ai copier de mon Canon vers Lrc. J'ai créée une Collection d'après un dossier. Et il est impossible de lz synchroniser avec Lr (mobile) ? Ce pourrait être un problème avec la dernière version de MacOS Tahoe (26.0) ? Avez-vous svp rencontrer des problèmes avec la mise à jour de MacOS ? Et Lightroom Classic ? Je vous remercie pour tout conseil ? Pascal

Hi, so I'm taking pictures for my Poshmark account and every 5 photos the app freezes. It goes through the motions of taking a picture the flash goes off and everything but it doesn't take the picture. Then I have to close the app and then open it and the same thing happens all over again! Someone please help me figure this out. Or this is going to be a very looooooooong process . Adobe Lightroom mobile appPixel 7Android version 16 Thnx

As the Title saids. Lightroom flickers between frozen and not responding. I am on a high end system, i91400k 4070 super 12 gb 32gb of ram, so this shouldn't be happening. Windows and drivers are up to date.

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. My lightroom has all of a sudden stopped being able to apply blur, detect subject for masking, and it crashes after 5 minutes of use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have Lightroom premium for mobile and am properly signed in. When using a mask on portrait photography, "select people" is not an option. Anyone know why?

1). Version 8.42). Windows 103a). When using the remove tool, sometimes drawing multiple selections will make all previous selections disappear and you must restart.3b). When using the mask tool, when selecting to add or subtract from an already existing mask, it will always select "Add" even if your mouse is hovering over Subtract. P.S. I am so tired of dealing with countless bugs using this app when I pay $20 a month for it (PS bundle). These aren't the only bugs I've experienced, I've just been brought to sincere rage over using an app that can't work properly with a monthly subscription. I'm so tired of this Adobe. Lower your prices or compensate users for this ridiculous experience

The last week, I have had a horrible time with Lightroom, making my job ten times harder when I have to keep closing the program and reopening it.... and i have it updated ect.

I shoot JPEG + RAW on my camera. For most shoots, I only want to import the JPEGs. On the iPad version of Lightroom, I can filter on the import screen to only show JPEGs. How can I do this on the OSX lightroom app?

Any star-ratings applied to RAF files coming from the new Fujifilm GFX100RF are not being recognized by Lightroom (nor Bridge). In-camera star ratings applied to GFX100RF JPG and HIF files are being imported recognized no problem.   I have tested with both uncompressed and compressed RAF files. No difference.   RAF files that were star-rated in-camera on my X100VI or X-T5 work properly; the ratings appear as expected in both Lr and Br. This problem only seems to happen with RAF files from the GFX100RF (for me).   As a sanity check, the star ratings are clearly visible in the RAF files using EXIFTOOL, Photo Mechanic, and FastRawViewer.I've tested this on the Mac, iPhone and iPad versions of Lr.      

I recently bought an ipad. I am loving editing my photos on it. It's brand new 512gb with only lightroom and photoshop downloaded onto it. However, I have had to reset some of my image's multiple times due to a problem stating "settings could not be loaded. The settings of this photo are too large for this device." I have changed multiple settings, and even stored the photo locally, waited for syncing to complete befor exiting the app. Spontaneously a few hours later it will not allow me to edit the image any further. I have restarted multiple images roughly 4 times now. I've tried waiting to talk to an agent online and have waited 3 hours before not eharing from anyone. How can I work around this or what do I need to do to fix? I understand it could be an adobe account setting or lightroom mobile setting, syncing issue. It's reached the point were it is costing me valuable time as I've had to edit the sam eimages multiple times.  This doesn't occur to all images, so I truly dont

Not able to add photos. Even if i try add photos in any other way it tell me to click the add photos button however it is grayed out. What is going on and how do i fix it?

I have an image exported on lightroom mobile I noticed did not look equal to my straight out of camera jpeg.  It was blurry.  I edited the raw file to match the jpeg and exported again and still not as sharp.  Then I tried exporting on desktop and sending to my phone on dropbox, and voila, the image is sharp!  Attached are two screenshots of the bird image, notice the eyes are more pixellated on one. Settings for mobile export:- Export as:- JPG, dimension 2395 pixels (same as cropped image), 100% quality.

Once I remove something (remove panel with AI generate), such as some fly-away hairs, the coloring isn't the same over the sky.  This happens mainly when I have a mask.  Even after AI updates are done (I go through each option/icon....edit, crop, remove, mask) with the hope it will show I need to update.  Sometimes it will update but still doesn't fix the problem..  It doesn't matter if its feathered or not.     I have tried removing the areas then applying a mask....still does it.  I will apply a mask and then remove...still does it.   I'm using Lightroom - cloud based. Please see attachment as an example.  

(MacOS) I'm about to lose my Adobe subscription (graduation) and mostly want to make sure that I don't lose my 15,000 photo library that I have in Lightroom. I have the storage to move it to either a cloud or an external hard drive, but I'm struggling to know the best way to go about it. What would be the best way to make sure I have a backup somewhere? Both catalog but also the actual photos. I'm also confused about where I can find my Lightroom library. I'm using Lightroom CC, and can't find my photo library in the Creative Cloud application. On the home page, under "recents" some photos show up, but I can't find the rest of them in the app. I thought I was supposed to be able to since the photos aren't being stored anywhere else on my computer?Sorry for the rambly post, two seperate questions/issues really. Hallo Ihr Lieben, ich habe einen neuen Laptop. HP Envy Windows / 32GB RAM / 2 TB Speicher / Nividia GEFORCE RTX 4GB.Jedes Mal wenn ich Lightroom öffne frisst LR bereits mehr als 16 GB RAM. Sobald ich damit arbeite springt es auf 22-26 GB hoch. Auch läuft es nicht so flüssig wie ich es mir erhofft habe. Vorher hatte ich einen Acer Aspire 3 mit 16GB und 512 GB Speicher mit AMD Radeon. Da lief es teils genauso schnell wie jetzt. Speicher in LR läuft über die Cloud.  Habe schon die Einstellungen angepasst. Trotzdem läuft RAM voll sobald ich LR nutze. Woran kann das liegen. Es ist schon ein wenig deprimierend einen neuen - teuren Laptop zu kaufen und bei dem alten 300,- Euro Laptop läuft es teils genauso schnell 😕😕Treiber etc sind schon alle aktualisiert. Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar. LG Ela

Seit einiger Zeit werden bei mir in Lightroom nicht mehr alle Bilder angezeigt, die ich in Lightroom Classic in Sammlungen organisiert und synchronisiert habe. Das Löschen der Bilder in LR und neu synchronisieren hat keinen Erfolg gebracht. Was kann ich tun?

I've used Lightroom desktop for years. But for the last few years I've used my google pixel phone to take all my photos which are uploaded to google photos.  And therefore I find myself using LR less and less.  So, is there any way to use LR (either desktop or CC) to edit/manage photos on Google photos? It makes no sense to download my photos from google onto my PC. I don't want duplicate copies. Plus I  use both a desktop PC and a laptop. So I want a cloud based solution.  I do not want to edit photos on my phone. I want to use my PC or laptop. Does anything exist? Or is it time for me to leave Adobe behind and move on?
