I cannot find my presets, please help!!!!

The masking pane often doesn't refresh when switching between photos while open, and is much slower to update.  This is extremely frustrating, considering all my settings are blown away if I revert to the previous version.

Ricoh GRIIIx camera matching profiles are missing in LR mobile, but present in LR desktop.   I'm running the latest version on both my iPad and iPhone, same result, but they appear fine on my Mac     

I've noticed since the last update (that came with assisted culling etc.) The cropping page seems to stop functioning correctly. You can change aspect ratios and the orientation of the ratio, but rotating the image 90º no longer functions at all. I have tried quitting and hard resetting with no luck. This is a huge pain and a hindrance to my workflow, and I hope there is a fix soon.

When exporting an image for printing in Lightroom Web, I used to click on the Download icon and it gave me the option to customise my image (size, DPI etc) before exporting. This has now disappeared and I only have JPG size download options. This means I can't edit an image for printing. I have explained this on calls 3 times to customer support, but they only say leave it with us and we call you back. They never do.  Any suggestions?  

    Hi , I have paid for a premium account on lightroom, and I already haven't had access, while my membership ends on 24-01-2024.   So you need to fix this and give me an extra month because this fraud. If its not fixed by tomorrow I will evolve a judge!   kind regards, Mees Buurman

Any ideas please!?I import RAW files onto my Apple devices via the Fuji app. It clearly says RAW in the photo at the top left of the photo on the MAC photos app. However when I go to add photo's in Lightroom (version 9.0) I often get a jpeg as the imported file after I've clicked the review for import file. Annoyingly I now have to go via photos and choose edit in lightroom but that only gives me a TIFF not the RAW file I really want?. I'm on a MAC Air, M3.

It's very weird. I use lightroom CC on my mac and it works flawlessly. However, Lightroom for mobile is crippled. It is *missing* adobe neutral preset and that is the one I stabdard use for importing files. On macOS it is no problem but importing on my iPhone gives an error: missing profile! Please make the profiles the same on MacOS and mobile. There is *no* reason to cripple teh mobile app. Dirk Bosman

Hi I have noticed recently that all my raw photos from my phone are being stretched horizontally on import to lightroom mobile app for android. I have never had this problem before. The pics are unusable if editing on lightroom now. Can't fix the aspect ratio or the crop. Anyone else having this problem with raw files, and has anyone found a solution?

I am using the AI remove tool for 1 blemish on a photo. I update it (re generate) right before saving and I am still sometimes unable to save the photo with the AI edit - I am getting a weird square around the area I am trying to fix. I have been using this for months and never had this issue - Im not doing anything differently, it seems like it must be a bug.

When working with images in HDR mode in Lightroom, the export dialogue allows for the selection of color gamut. For example, sRGB or Rec 2020. However, what is the gamma curve embedded in HDR exports? PQ? HLG? Do the luminance limiter settings also get embedded into the image (e.g. limited at 800 nits or 3 stops over SDR)? And lastly, does this vary based on exported format? Such as JPEG vs JPEG XL?

Hi there, I've been getting this error message when trying to open LR CC. I've been trying to fix it updating Disk Permissons and now trying to do it manually. I've opened the below string and have found it, but don't know what to do next! Just trying to learn this version. LR is on my desktop (MacBook Pro) cannot be upgraded and cannot be moved to my Apps

Hi everyone, I'm new to this community and I've been using Lightroom CC on my iPhone and iPad for the last 7 years with Lightroom cc and Classic on my laptop (windows) as well. I've been having this AI generative removal tool not responding after selecting and clicking on "remove ". Please see attached photo. All of the firmware for iPhone/iPad and laptop are updated with the latest. It was working fine only just two weeks ago when I used Classic to do some Denoising . Just wondering if anyone knows a fix for this?  Thank u

Hello. Im currently using Lightroom on my stationary pc. Im lookin to buy the a new laptop:ASUS Vivobook model S5507QA-MA049W. From what I understood this runs windows arm64. Can I transfer my currently active lightroom from my pc to this new laptop. Will is work on the arm64 platform? Thanks

Hallo, Mein ausgewähltes Preset wird beim importieren von RAW Bildern nicht mehr angewendet. Der Fehler tritt jetzt erst nach dem Letzten LR Update auf. In den Voreinstellungen habe ich mein Preset gewählt. Woran kann das liegen? Windows 11 Pro,  Gruß Uli

Hello, I am writing to report ongoing and very frustrating issues with Lightroom. The program repeatedly freezes and shuts down by itself, causing me to lose hours of work because the edits are not saved. After it crashes, my entire system restarts, and Lightroom reverts to previous versions of my projects. It even reopens old folders from the previous day instead of the ones I was currently working on. In addition, the software runs extremely slowly. Every single change takes ages to process, making my workflow unbearably inefficient.These problems have become a serious obstacle to my work, and I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving them as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and support.Gabriela

I have a microsoft surface 4 laptop and using lighroom classic on the desktop. This problem has only just happened recently. I only just finished a portfiolo with 200 photos and I'm trying to edit 30 photos and it keeps crashing, freezing on me. Whenever I try and use the AI removal tool (generate ai) it will freeze, take forever to load it or basically stops and keeps saying "not responding". It will even do it when I'm just trying to add a preset.  It also sometimes shows up with this black screen? Even if I try and zoom in and out it will be heavily delayed and make the computer freeze.  It's taken me soooo many hours to edit what I have can someone please please help me. Photos attached of what it keeps doing. please please help!!! Thank you.

I have been experimenting technical issues with LR for about a month now. I am using a Mac Pro. I am unable to upload my photos from any external disks. Also, the option "exit" fails most of the times and I need to force exit. I have tried everything to solve the issues without result. It is vey frustrating. I am paying for something useless.Any help will be much appreciated.

I am currrently using an M1 Ultra Mac Studio with Lightroom version 8.5 and macOS Sequoia 15.6.  I am unable to get AI Denoise to work with any file type (DNG, NEF, RAW, etc.). I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Lightroom. Made sure I was using the latest version. Checked to make sure all the file types I was using were supported, but the problem still persists. When I try to click on the "Denoise" box, it brings the screen up with the progress bar, and looks like it's running without issue. But after about 2-3 second of running, it just cuts out and does not progress any further (progress bar/box disapears and goes right back to the normal edit screen).  Then when I try to click the "Denoise" box again, it won't even bring up the progress bar screen. Other AI/generative functions are working without issue. It's just the Denoise. Any guidance/help troubleshooting/resolving the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
