Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Unable to literally "export" batches of very small videos from Lightroom to a folder inside "Documents" on my Macbook Pro. Issue has been occuring for a few months. 

Recently restored deleted photos from deleted folder in LR, but they repopulated by date instead of to the original folders. Many photos were put in random folders. Anyone know how to get them back to the original folders?

I had some very worrying issues today with Lightroom CC (I don't use Classic). - First, some photos of mine started to show with horizontal or vertical "glitchy stripes", all messed up. These are older photos that I successfully imported, edited and exported month ago without any issue. I found copies of the RAW files for the affected album in my local Lightroom backup. I was able to export the settings, delete the bad photos, and reimport the RAW files with the correct settings. Phew! - Then, I got a sync error saying "Some Items Invalid". 145 other photos are missing from my library. I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THEM. They are several years old! Some are wedding pictures, which I never delete. Ro make things worse, the files, AND OTHERS which are not marked as "syncing issues", seem to be missing from even my Local Lightroom backup (MacOS)! WTF?   Does that mean we can't trust either the Adobe Cloud, nor the Lightroom backup feature? I am appalled that a paid service could be that u

An meinem MacBook Pro M3 Max habe ich einen hochwetigen LG Monitor mit voller HDR-Unterstützung. In den Systemeinstellungen ist HDR eingeschaltet. Lightroom sagt aber, dass HDR nicht eingeschaltet sein. Starte ich Lightroom Classic ist HDR im gleichen System vollständig verfügbar. Wo ist das Problem, wieso ist Lightroom hier fehlerhaft?

I've been using Lightroom for over a decade and it's been a pretty stable and valuable tool. But I wish that some things worked as well as they do in Photoshop. I don't actually understand why they don't. When I use the new AI remove in Lightroom, it does a brilliant job in removing the distractions. HOWEVER. Looking at the image, there is a visible "patch" that is noticably darker than it's surroundings, making it obvious that the image has been altered. This makes the tool completely useless to me and I now have to go and edit every image in Photoshop. It doesn't matter if I do the remove before or after other edits, it just doesn't blend the results into the overall image. Hello,  I'm having a serious trouble with the watermark in Lightroom Cloud:I have uploaded a watermark that is big enough (1313x750 size) in high resolution and when I just put it on the picture it looks okay but as soon as I push ok it already loose quality and also when I export it the watermark is not neat anymore but it becomes pixelised and thiner!Why? How can I solve this matter please? The strange thing is that in some pictures it looks okay and in some others (the majority) not! And it is the same watermark... Could it be a technical issue? I attach a picture for reference where you can see that my watermark is not neat but it is pixelised. I need help!Thanks in advanceEmanuela

Espero alguien me pueda ayudar, cuando saco una foto en mi cámara Canon Eos rebel T2i en modo monocromo y al abrirla foto en Lightroom, la foto sale a color, ¿Por qué pasa eso?  PD: También pasa al abrir la foto en la app de fotos de Windows, solo que cuando lo abres, sí se ve en blanco y negro, pero después de unos segundos se vuelve de color. 

The people in the image can't be detected by the Lightroom, I don't what happened because in the other photo it's fast to detect the face of subject.

I am unable to "Edit in photoshop" from lightroom on my computer with Windows on ARM.Lightroom Version Number: Lightroom-version: 8.2 arm64 [ 20250201-0700-1b12095 ] (Jan 31 2025) Photoshop version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.5.0 20250318.r.16 0a154be arm64 OS Version Number:  Windows 11 on Arm (24H2) ... I select an image to edit in Photoshop... Right click on the image and select Edit in Photoshop... Photoshop starts and takes over the screen but nothing more happens in Photoshop... In Lightroom a dialog pops up after a couple of minutes and tells me that i could not open the image in Photoshop.   It has never work on this pretty new computer. I have uninstalled and resinstalled both applications and also resetted the preferences but is has not helped. Also, I cannot find the photoshop_v2025.jsx in my computer.  The "Startup Scripts CC" directory don't exist in  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe"    Best regar

Salut, J'utilise lightroom depuis mon mobile depuis quelques temps maintenant avec l'abonnement à 55 euros par ans. J'ai vu que je pouvais maintenant aussi l'utiliser sur le web sur mon PC ce qui avait l'air très pratique au premier abord. Grosse surprise lorsque j'ai vu la lenteur du "logiciel web" lorsque j'ai voulu tester. C'est ultra lent. Surtout pour mettre des masques. Ça rend donc l'utilisation très inconfortable.  J'ai testé plusieurs navigateurs (safari et chrome) mais le problème est toujours là. Je suis sur Macbook m3 16go 256go. Ce n'est pas un problème de RAM j'ai utilisé le moniteur d'activité et j'ai toujours de la marge.  Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ? 🙂 Cordialement, Thomas

For the last month, pictures i upload to the cloud with the LR CC/Mobile Dektop app, are not loading on my phone and tablet. I can see the pictures, but the spinning icon in the middle remains and all edit tools are greyed out and not usable. Only on my PC i can edit the shots. Also, pictures i added before this problem occured, are loading fine on all devices. And apparently all pictures are synced, according to the apps, but just not loading so i can edit. I tried reinstalling, logging out and in again, deleting data and chache but nothing helped. Dont know what to do anymore to solve this. Any help would be really appreciated.  Thanks Some more info, the tablet is a Galaxy Tab 10 SMT580 with Android 8.1 and the phone a Huawei Mate Lite 20 with Android 11. But the mobile app is obviously still compatible for my devices, because i installed them without problems from the Play Store.

Hi everyone, I’m editing HDR photos in Lightroom on my iPhone 15 Pro. The images look great on my phone, but when I export them and import them into CapCut, the HDR effects seem to disappear. Has anyone successfully maintained the HDR look in this workflow? Are there specific export settings or file formats that work best to preserve these effects for further editing in apps like CapCut? Thanks in advance for your help!

Good Evening to allI am Using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (V7.1.2). I started to "tag" my images/pictures with keywords. (As I am using it in german, it is called "Stichwörter") My idea behind the thing is, if I search for as example for a person, i can find all picture of that person, which have the "keyword".My folder structre on my NAS is like following-Images--Images of Africa Vacation 2018--Images of USA Vacation 2019etc.When i now search in the Folder "Images of Africa Vacation 2018" it finds the picture, which i expect it should find. But if i search after the same keyword on the folder "images", it founds nothing. (as it would not search thrugh subfolders) But thats exactly what i would need. Any Idea what i am doing wrong or how i could "activate" that "function"?Thanks for your reply.

Please let someone take a look at this that is has understanding of color spaces and HDR workflows.How to recreate: Take a Raw from any Camera and open Photoshop. Drag and drop the Raw into Photoshop and edit it in HDR mode. Make sure every format is set to HDR PQ rec.2020.Once you have the HDR image export it to psd. Take the Exported .psd and drag it into Lighroom and enable HDR in Lightroom. Now procede to export the file with HDR to avif with export hdr enabled. Now the issue with the exported HDR file is that it has significantly less cd/m^2 then the photo must have had in lightroom preview to  nearly clip on my 700cd/m^2 HDR screen. The exported ones had numbers from 200cd/m^2 to 500cd/m^2 and were displayed by windows gallary (which supports avif and its hdr metadata) way darker then the preview looked in lightroom. It also got displayed as hdr. I tested this by making sure that the shown picture was not effected by the OS hdr content brightness slider which only makes

Hello, does anyone how to make my lightroom account private? Or at least remove my profile photo from appearing in google search? 

Using Lr v8.1 from the Mac App Store.  For some unknown reason (as I've not been able to find a reliable trigger), the caption single line text field just looks like it's gone.  Clicking where the text field is doesn't do anything.However, if I click on the field name (i.e. "Caption), then the text field re-appears with any text I've entered into it.  To resolve the issue, I have to quit Lr to get the text field to be shown. Until it stops again.

I recently bought a Asus Vivobook Pro laptop and I'm using LR 8.2 on it. Every time LR crashes when I use it. And after a while it continues. Vedry frustrating! I tried to close the use of the video card in preferences: doesn't work. I subscribe to the Adobe Photography Plan, but Lightroom for mobile on my ipad isn't showing all the premium features. I have done a lot of searching to try and remedy this issue, but am getting nowhere at all. I have tried going to settings in the Lightroom app. It says subscribed and there is no option to restore purchases. I'm at a total loss as to what to do!
