Hi I want to suggest a feature for the layerstyle > patterns, where the user should get an option to create patterns using AI. Instead of searching and downloading this feature will come very handy. What do you think?

Idea SummaryThe Problem: Closing a document, or the Photoshop program, before a background export is complete - e.g. Quick Export as PNG - results in no file being exported, and possible unrecoverable loss of progress.This is exacerbated by PNG saves/exports on Windows occasionally taking a 10+ seconds to complete, even for tiny, simple images (further details below).Proposed Solution: Please add a warning when closing a document, or the Photoshop program, if a background export is still in progress. It would be nice if the generative credits did not run outin the beta version. I was testing and used up the credits. I can't give feedback if I cannot test. Thanks.

Would be good if there is an option to automatically scale layer styles when scaling the entire layer. (Not to be build in on ,but to have an option to turn in on/off) Thanks!

Hallo, seit dem Update auf Photoshop CC 2026 kann ich nicht mehr mit dem Mausrad durch die Liste der Ebenenmodi scrollen. In anderen Dropdown-Menüs (z. B. bei den Color Lookups) funktioniert das Scrollen jedoch problemlos. In früheren Versionen von Photoshop konnte ich einfach mit der Maus über die Liste fahren und mit dem Scrollrad durch die Modi wechseln. Ich habe bereits folgende Schritte ausprobiert, leider ohne Erfolg: Zurücksetzen der Voreinstellungen Neustart von Photoshop und des Computers Überprüfung der Eingabegeräteeinstellungen Test mit Trackpad und externer Maus Es scheint, als wäre diese Funktion in der neuesten Version entweder deaktiviert oder fehlerhaft. There was a popular thread with this request that I guess was locked after UserVoice was converted to the forum? https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-ideas/p-ability-to-choose-a-smart-object-s-interpolation-method-2013/idi-p/12249327 Anyway it's something that is pretty crazy that it hasn't been added in all this time. I imagine it would be a dropdown that could appear at the top when the Move tool is enabled. Here's the crazy thing: Nearest Neighbor scaling on smart objects is already possibly but only if you have it set as the Image Interpolation mode in the Preferences > General tab! So all that would need to be added for this feature is a dropdown setting and some kind of metadata property for the object on the backend to remember which interpolation method it was set to. Because unfortunately even if you change the default to nearest neighbor temporarily to rescale a specific smart object then change it back, if you go to rescale that

I think this would be a nice improvment for people who end up with 25 layers+ for a single picture. Instead of having to shift control alt E, and click back and forth on that layer to color pick. Sample all layers combined median is almost always to far off for minor pallete changes. If there is a way to do this already, then I haven't seen any videos on it.

option to choose background remover in video. grab a character and move and edit it within the video. It is important for me because I want consistent characters for my video, because without consistency 5 second video are of no use for me. with backgroung remover I can animate the character by image reference and then put it on my selected background.

I wish there were an option in Photoshop to hide or filter file format choices in the “Save As” dialog, so that only selected formats — for example PDF, TIFF, and JPG — are shown. It would make the saving process cleaner and more efficient.

In the latest update for Photoshop, the "Show Transform Controls" for the Move tool is now hidden behind a gear icon in the top toolbar. So, instead of one simple click, it now requires two clicks, slowing down workflow for those who constantly switch between seeing handlebar controls and not seeing them. There is plenty of real estate at the top of the toolbar to display all four options for the Move tool, so I'm not quite sure why this was removed in the latest update. But I sure hope the development team can bring it back!

Adobe, please cosinder adding wrap texture mode (like in Zbrush). People in gamedev have to use plenty of different 3d software to achieve tiling textures instead of just painting it in photoshop. Offsetting texture is too limited.Also please add lock to opacity when changing size of a brush with a RMB, sometimes vertical movement also adjust opacity and when you need 100% constantly, it can switch by mistake to something below...

Olá! Sou Designer Grafico, usuário do Photoshop há mais de 10 anos, desde CS3. Vou contextualizar tudo para explciar porque a funçaõ de CORES GLOBAIS (pode substituir uma cor especifica semprecisar abrir  grupos, camadas etc)é importante e necessária no Photoshop.  Diariamente uso o Photoshop, e preciso fazer edições em massa em algumas coisas, por exemplo: alterar cores em varias artboards (Azul escuro-> Preto, Laranja-> Verde,  Azul claro -> Verde neon ). Em diversos programas vejo que tem a opção de "Cores globais", como no Ilustrator, Canva, Figma, CorelDraw etc. E recetemente o Affinity, (O que me deixou propenço a usar ele no lugar do Photoshop pois abre PSD também). Sinto muita falta desse recurso. Pois trabalho com varias panchetas, e faço edições em massa de modelos editaveis. Mas para alterar as cores fiz várias "gambiarras" para otimizar e não precisar abrir camada por camada, grupo por grupos, para  editar as cores no arquivo (Pelo meonos em cam

Hi I am animating an image in photoshop and all layers need to be the same length. I can't for the life of me figure out or find an answer for how to change the duration of multiple layers at the same time. When I have them all selected and drag it only change one layer. If I select them all move the play cursour to the frame i want to cut on and click the cut button it does this insanity for some reason: why would anyone ever need to change the length of multiple clips in this way????

Harmonize returns often-impressive results when both layers are photographs and each photograph has a similar level of detail, sharpness, etc.  It would be extremely useful if Harmonize could match the sharpness / blur / texture and other non-color characteristics between two layers. As a very silly example, think of adding a current photo of Paul McCartney to the cover of Sgt. Pepper's. Even though Harmonize will match the color and lighting, the comp is still going to be obviously grafted, since the photo won't have the "industrial printing on album cover cardboard fifty years ago" textures and imperfections.

Gday all.I would like to see an inclusion of a Fourier (pattern suppression) Filter in Photoshop.Is extremely useful and have had years either using a bulky plug-in solution and now swapping over to Photopeia just to acces an easy filter.Please Upvote if people support.Please consider AdobeCheers Bob

When Generative Fill runs out of monthly AI credits, Photoshop just shows the “Generating…” window and then closes without any explanation. It looks like the feature has failed or the app is broken. Please add a clear on-screen message (for example, “You’ve used all your generative credits — resets on [date]”) so users understand what’s happening instead of wasting time troubleshooting. This small UX improvement would save a lot of frustration.

I would love to see a feature added to Find/replace text in photoshop, similar to what is seen in InDesign and Illustrator.  In my particular case, I have photoshop docs with lots of text and would love to add non-breaking spaces to specific word groups, such as bussiness names, that i want to make sure do not break onto two lines.  Currently the only way to add non-breaking spaces in photoshop is to hightlight each and every instance and choose the "No Break" from the Character panel flyout. This is extremely non-user-friendly. In an ideal world i'd like to see the same find/replace feature as in InDesign. Thanks for listening.

Can I suggest adding colours for actions - when not in button mode - which let's face it doesn't display either folder names, toggle item on/off and toggle dialog options on/off.  So if youf you have lots of actions your options are somewhat limited. Hense the suggestion. You know its a good idea.
