Photoshop

See the 2 vertical lines, I want the exact px of that distance.How do you do it?  

Good evening everyone. I've just started using generative fill in Photoshop for the first time today. All seemed to be going well to start with. I then uninstalled both Photoshop and the beta version I installed a few weeks ago because the beta version was my only option when moving a photo from lightroom to Photoshop. I then reinstalled Photoshop (but not beta). However since then, every selection I make for the generative fill tool is removing objects with no problem, but is leaving a feint outline of the selection I made. It's feint but clearly visible so is obviously a problem. I'm sure this is something really basic and I'm not very proficient with Photoshop. Any help in removing these selection outlines would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

After upgrading to version 26.8.1 the preview window in Navigator blacks out when the slider is moved. The preview reappears when the slide motion ends.

I often work with multiple files that I need to see side by side and it's best to work with them undocked. The problem is I always end up loosing some of the file windows and they end up being behind the photoshop application frame - completely behind the photoshop application. As sugested by others, I've tried turning off the application frame as work-around and as someone who often works between Illustrator and Photoshop at the same time, it's equally frustrating but for different reasons. With the application frame turned off, photoshop ends up on top of Illustrator and with no application frame you end up with your lllustrator work and tools (or whatever) in the background which is visually annoying but the main problem is you often end up clicking on the Illustrator tools accidentally instead of photoshop and then it flips out of the application you're trying to work in and completely breaks your workflow. I’m wondering if anyone can help with the following.  I want to remove the graffiti from an image and was using Clone Stamp.  But ideally, I’d like to not replace pixels and want to use Blend If to retain them while matching the color of the graffiti to the wall.  I lassoed a section of graffiti and used Select>Color Range to select the graffiti.  I’m assuming I need to make my selection of graffiti (1) its own layer and (2) transparent in the main layer because otherwise pixels might appear through the Blend If layer.  But since completing the actions for both results in a deselection of the graffiti, I don’t know how to achieve both.  Put another way, it seems I have to go back in my History to access the selection, but that undoes the action of either creating the Layer or masking the selection in the underlying layer.  I hope this is clear.  The screenshots show the graffiti selection (screenshot 1); and the selection masked (scr

Hi, I am newbie to photoshop scripting but I do have few years experience with Javascript. Looking for clarification as I can't figure out what is  going on here. I was looking for solution how to get array of selected artLayers and layersSets. Hello all.After one of the recent PS updates I noticed an annoying glitch in Photoshop with my Wacom stylus.If I have part of the image selected (with Lasso/Marquee tools) and then try to move the said selected part (with Move Tool) a small distance, it snaps back to original location when I complete the action (rise the stylus from the surface).Sometimes it works as intended and doesn't snap back, but most of the time it snaps back. This is wrong and unusable.Please fix this!Or, if this is a "feature", how do I turn this nonsense off?More info:View > Snap and View > Snap To are both off.This only affects operations with stylus. Hallo Zusammen, ich habe für kleine Anpassungen oft den VErflüssigen Filter benutzt. Seit ein paar Tagen funktionier er einfach nicht mehr. Ich kann ihn normal öffnen, es kommt keine Fehlermeldung, aber wenn ich das Werkzeug benutzen möchte und über das Bild fahre tut sich einfach nichts mehr. Ich habe eigentlich keine Änderungen vorgenommen und komme auch nicht drauf was verstellt sein könnte. Kommt das jmd bekannt vor? Kann mir jmd helfen? DANKE! LG Coco

Hi,Got a very frustrating problem, several time per day PS goes crazy and for example: roatation tool shakes when i want to rotrate, brush goes with random strokes, selection tool goes random too, only PS restart helps, but I dont want to restart every 30 min... can't figure out whats going on. Hi,I created a second user on my computer for my son, he is only 14 years old and loves and is learning Adobe applications. In the second user session on the computer, the programmes asked me to log in again. But I was afraid that my account would be suspended as a result of the same Adobe autorun being opened in several different places. Does anyone know anything about this? Can the same Adobe account programmes be used in two different sessions on the same computer? After all, it would not be possible to have two sides open at the same time.

I'm not using a VPN and it was working a couple days ago any help would be appreciated many thanks
