The online verison of photoshop is not allowing me to upload a new photo to edit. I've edited two others without issue, and now the web version seems to have stopped working altogether? help.

Photoshop 2024, german Windows, german keyboardIssue: see topic. This is considered as a bug.What happens: the functionality "Show guides" from the View menu is assigned the shortcut "Ctrl+;" on the english UI of PS. Problem: there is no way to press "Ctrl+;" on a german keyboard. It would always be "Shift+Ctrl+;"Side problem: in earlier versions of PS, for instance CS6, that shortcut once was "Ctrl+," which uses the same key as the semicolon. That always worked.Solution: we have to create our own shortcuts.Impact: a bit annoying, because illogical.

I just updated my Photoshop (2024) and then I uninstalled Creative Cloud. Then I tried to run Photoshop but it says Photoshop can't connect to Creative Cloud Desktop or something like that?...I looked everywhere for information and it says that Photoshop should function normally on its own without Creative Cloud (this is only needed for installation), so...?  Does anyone know what this is about?

Hello everyone, I am the coach of a soccer team. We took photos at the start of the season - I used the “AI” option to remove the background from some of the posters, for example. This always worked perfectly - now, after reinstallation, unfortunately no longer.I've attached a picture of what it looks like before and what PS cuts out. I also think the green areas are clearly identifiable and, as I said, it has always worked smoothly with exactly these images. Can anyone help me here? KRJulian Julian

On video you can see nothing happening after I press export. Was happaning sometimes, restart computer helped, but now it's not! 

Im using photoshop 2022 (automate>batch) with an action that levels the image using Filter>Camera Raw Filter>Geometry>Vertical. It seems to work fine when recording the action, and I have also selected the option "Allow tool Recording". However, when I run the action as part of a batch it does not apply the level filter. The other actions in the set seem to work fine. What am I doing wrong here? 

I am trying to retouch a photo using the normal Spot Healing brush. No matter what I do, I get the "not enough pixels" error. The files seems to be 100% normal. RGB mode (tried CMYK as well). 8-bit. (Tried 16-bit.) It's 100% opaque except for a normal mask. It's one layer. It's not locked. Things I have tried so far:Resetting preferencesTesting another image (it works fine)Saving the image as a TIFF, a PNG and a JPEG (the JPEG works; the TIFF and PNG don't)Pasting the image from one file to another.Because the JPEG works, I assume this has something to do with transparency. But I have never seen this behavior before, and I've used Photoshop for decades. I have the current Creative Cloud version.Does anyone know what's happening here?

YES I have my density at 100% of my layer masks at 100%, and opacity at 100% on the layer.....and I have feathering at zero.I have a nice layer mask...but since I updated to CC 20.01 I can't get ANY layer masks to block out 100%!!it still showing about 50% of the image in the mask...I've watch tuts and read tuts & other forums and NOTHING has helped...I like the 20.01, but if I can't get this figured out I'm going back to a previous version...this is driving me nuts!The only solution I have is I've been fulling erasing parts of images to get the desired affect...not what I like to do ...Its like going back in time to the 80s to get an image to look right.....yes I've been using Photoshop since then.  thus my complete frustration!I know I'm missing something...but I don't know where to look.HELP!

So I just bought the new M4 Mac Mini, went for the 256GB option as can't afford Apples extortionate prices to upgrade. Planning to run OS from internal HDD and all Apps from External HDD.  Installed Adobe (PS BR LRc) to external hdd, so far so good. Problem I have is when I open a raw file from Bridge into ACR, I am missing the "OPEN" button in the bottom right corner. Yes I can right click the image in Bridge and say open with PS Beta or PS 23, that fires up ACR and I have an open button, but I can only do one image at a time. If I highlight 2 images then right click, open with - PS is now missing. If I drag the apps from the ext hdd to the int hdd, everything works fine ! 

How can I copy layers from one image file to another?  I have done it before, but cannot seem to find the way this time.This is a useful technique if you have to reprocess a raw file in Lightroom to take advantage of newer features such as chromatic aberration correction. After reprocessing, you can paste all of your selection/editing layers from the old file on to the new file. That is, if you can remember how to do it!  Any help will be appreciated.I have both CS4 and CS6.

Help me restore a 40-year-old photo that is ripped. It is of two people

I have just installed my copy of CS6 Design Suite Premium onto my WIndows 10 PC but have been met by the infamous snapping window bug, making using floating windows impossible to use (I'm a taskbar-at-the-top person). My Photoshop says it is version 13.0 but there are no updates showing. From what I can see, the non-CC version last update should be 13.01 but I don't know how to get that update because the update manager seemingly won't get it. I did find one post in the community where an Adobe staff had posted a link to the 13.01 update installer but when I ran that, it said "This version is not for you", so I am guessing that's for the standalone Photoshop CS6. I can't find any other information about a Design Suite CS6 13.01 Photoshop update, does anyone know if there is one available or is there only one for the standalone version? I don't think I can install the Design Suite Photoshop as standalone because my license is for the full suite. I know what the "workaround" is

Version: PS 26.3Windows 11When I open an image in Photoshop (suddenly) it is not appearing correctly. I have done lots of research, updated the color management profile to sRGB, and it's not helping.  I'm sure there's some setting somewhere that is causing this, but I have not been able to track it down and it's making me cuckoo.Here's an image that I see on a random webpage:And here it is after saving it and opening in PS.Document profile is SRGB. Workspace is RGB.If I set the Proof Setup to Monitor RGB, it looks correct, but then the colors within photoshop are a mess. For instance if I try to eyedropper the background gray, I could a color with more brown. Finally, when I first open Photoshop and see the thumbnail previews, they look accurate: But once I open it, I'm back to this: Please help! I have work to do, and it's driving me crazy.

Photoshop 2025 (26,3 release) - Saving PSD files takes forever!System: MacOS Sequioia 15.3Machine: MacStudio M1 Ultra maximum specs.Saving PSD files takes forever in photoshop. If the files hit around 1.9gb then it takes almost 2 minutes to save.Solution:In Adobe Photoshop, Preferences > File handling > Dissable compression of PSD files. Yes this solution works BUT.... There is a big BUT here.>>> One PSD file with compression: 1.2GB size. (takes 65 seconds to save)>>> Same file without compression: 1,9GB size. (takes 3 seconds to save)>>> This is 56% of file size increase if files are saved without compression. This is a HUGE drawback!Is there any other possible fixes for this?Perhaps Adobe forgot to optimize this part for the program?I think this is a result of bad coding.

Hello,I'm using window 11, a Huion Kamvas gt-191 display tablet and the standard pen it came with.Recently, after the most recent update to V26.3, my pen pressure is not responding. Every driver is upto date and the pen pressure works in other programs, but not photoshop. Shape Dynamics is on, but has the alert sign (seen below) and every point in the slider changes nothing about this lack of response. It functions in the tablet testing screen, krita and windows Ink (which is enabled), however I am unable to find out why via google why this may be the case. I am perplexed as to why it works in other programs, but not PS. My research has lead me to conclude that there is an issue in PS itself. It has been 6 days and I need my PS working the way I need it to for my job as an artist. Please, help me. Thank you.  

As I scroll down the list of fonts in photoshop, my font choices start shaking and scrolling randomly. I can only scroll halfway down before it restarts me at the top. This means that half of my fonts are inaccessible. Also, when I click on a font folder to select a specific style, I am unable to move my mouse without that font folder closing. I'm using the latest version of photoshop on a 16" 2023 macbook pro (M2 max). Please fix asap. The font selection window has been glitchy for years. This should be a top priority.

Hello,I keep getting this error message "All ink colors must be specified" while adjusting ink curves in Duotone options in Photoshop 2023. What am I missing? 

Hi,since moving from CS6 to 26.2 a week ago, and needing to ring Adobe each day to fix things, amongst many annoying things, the font keeps defaulting to Times New Roman, thin version and Justified Right, with the Ipsum dolar thing half on and off my page at left.set it to Arial regular and justified left, but then its back to the Times New Roman the next time.Its doing my head in.In CS6 I use Arial regular all the time and its always behaving itself, with a text cursor awaiting where I click it, and its justified left.despite Adobe tell call support and the the last techie saying it will now be ok, IT ISNT ! (as I predicted but he was adamant it would now be ok)I also HATE HATE HATE having to turn off view>extras for each and every image I open, or get pesky magenta mm boxes blocking my view. never had these in CS6 and don want them on by default.You will have to turn them off each image he said. I am opening many images a day here to work on. This is insane.also the black mm boxes

I've been facing this error for the last month: Please check your internet connection and try again.Hence I haven't changed anything. But my internet works fine because other new tools like "Frame Tool" which requires the internet and also uses AI work fine.  Things I have tried: * Restarting System.* Updating my Mac to the latest version.* Reinstalling Photoshop.* Updating Photoshop.* Checked all the firewall options. Please help me guys I'm stuck with this and it's been more than a month now. 

Lately, whenever I try to save a PSD file as a GIF, PS just freezes. I have to use Task Manager to kill the PS process and start over. I finally have to give up and use a free on-line converter. I've made thousands of GIFs like this over the years I've used PS, and never had a problem until the last year or so. What's changed? I've tried fiddling with some settings but nothing has helped. Am I the only one with this problem?

Sometimes you expect intuitiveness and you're met with the counter. Sigh 😑 Let me guess. It's not possible yet.
