Photoshop

It fails on Wi-Fi networks at my office and cafés. I use a MacBook Pro 2020. I already tried changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, but it still does not work. The feature immediately works again when I switch to Tri hotspot. Please investigate possible network/routing issues with Adobe's Generative AI services.

Open an image in PS 2. Select File>Print. Print dialog displays 3. Select Cancel, Done, or Print buttons Expected result: Print workflow would continue Actual result: Have to force quit the app to get out of PS Attachments (optional): Screenshots, screen recordings, sample files, or short videos that show the problem.

I have tried just about everything to get this to work. I am not sure when exactly it stopped working but I am guessing during one of the updates for some reason that got screwed up. It works on all my home computers and my work laptop but not my desktop.    I have unistalled and reinstalled, tried less up to date versions, turned on and off the screen recording for photoshop in my settings, restarted my computer, none of it has solved the problem. This is so frustrating and I haven't found anyone else having this issue besides people that forget to turn the screen recording button as I mentioned.   Also I should mention with all my other Adobe products that fuction works just fine. If I am missing something here please let me know because I need a solution to this madness.

Photoshop 2025 bug: auto numbering in lists using text tool causes file corruptionI have identified a bug. I noticed that a new feature was when you use the text tool and type1. text 2. text 3. text this triggers auto numbering.  Well it took me four hours to figure out this is what was currupting my files and it is very repeatable When you try to reopen the file, it says a problem wont allow it.   The auto numbering in text tool had been working ok without file corruption until very recently.   If I paste a list in text tool with numbers alread in place, it corrupts the file if I start inserting numbers before a list in the text tool, it corrupts   my work around is this: I type or paste this: text text text   to create a numbered list i do this:   t1. ext t2. ext t3. ext   than i backspace to remove the first letter to create my desire:   1. text 2. text 3. test   the auto numbering feature either needs to be removed or fixed   under

When using Adobe Photoshop 2026 any Version of 27.x up through the latest 27.10 we cannot open .png files that were created by our engineers using Creo 8. As soon as you open them Photoshop crashes to the desktop.  We have hundreds of these files saved on a network file share from the past 6 or 7 years. If we open the file in another tool like MS Paint and save it as a .tiff or other file type it will open in the new version.  If we save the same file as a .png file inside photoshop 2026 it will then work fine moving forward.  We won’t be able to upgrade to a newer version of Creo and Windchill yet so we either have to open all of these files in another tool and resave them or we can open them in Photoshop 2025 Version 26.XX with no issues.  We have ruled out all graphics card issues by disabling the GPU and using onboard graphics, also disabling it in photoshop as well.  We checked all the system files and C++ redistributable files and repaired all of that and ran a full system filesc

How to disable/hide this thing in home screen of photoshop? 

every time i try to open up a new image, my photoshop closes. it originally began for images greater than 1000 pixels. but it evolved to all images i try to open. it originally did not do that, and what i tried to solve it was deleting images from my computer download (im not a computer expert). my computer is an HP Elitebook 745 g5 that still runs on windows 10 (since it cannot upgrade to 11)

Simply went to open Photoshop.  Intro screen came up and little blue wheel was spinning but then it just stopped, no messages, etc.  Went through various potential solutions on Adobe and on the internet.  Nothing worked. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled through Creative Cloud.  Had put it in “Run as Administrator” in trying to solve the problem.  Changed that and Photoshop ran once.  When attempting to reopen it again, it would not run.  Lightroom works.  The Beta version of PS works.  

The AI ​​repair brush is not working in version 27.4. An error message appears when I set it to AI ON. When AI is set to AI AUTO, a pattern appears where the brush is supposed to repair.Please fix this bug. 

The quality has dropped to an unusable level. Textures that were rendered beautifully in previous versions now sometimes appear smudged or as if painted in with a brush. There are far more nonsensical fills—like birds randomly appearing in hair or clothes, and extra hands in bizarre places when the image already has two! It’s like AI gone wrong. What happened to quality control? How does the AI actually get worse? This is beyond frustrating. To make things worse, the newest update deleted my older versions, even though the "delete older versions" checkbox was unchecked. It's incredibly frustrating to lose those versions without consent.

EnvironmentX-64 based HP Z-Book PC running Windows 11, with 64GB of physical RAM and an Nvidia Quadro RTX300. The GPU clears graphic compatibility check inside Photoshop. I always keep at least 100GB free on the scratch disk. I have not installed any plug-ins. Steps to reproduceOpening any file apart from .PSD (ex. JPG or PNG) loads the file correctly on the screen, but immediately after the cursor changes to “spinning six dots” before the dreaded error dialog window. Disabling the GPU results in a similar behaviour, except the cursor changes into the “spinning blue donut” instead. Resolution attemptsI have tried clearing the preferences, disabling the GPU and reinstalling the software, but the problem persists. New version of Save for Web with updated UI will not assign presets (JPEG or PNG) to individual slices. Changing the Preset setting now changes the setting for all user slices. So the workaround is to save out the slices for each format needed separately now. Seems like a bug to me, I have been using this workflow for several years.

New Document window taking too long to load. Photoshop 27.10.0 Windows 11

OS: Windows 11 Versions: All version of PS after 2022 (as far as I cant tell).   While the drawing/painting with the Brushes panel open, it will sometimes flicker to a white image. The brushes disappear, and this image is seen:   Reproduction: Make strokes with various brushes. (I'm using a Wacom tablet.) This seems to occur most when switching to a new brush. However it is somewhat random. You may have to try mulitple brushes for 2-3 minutes before it appears.  Sometimes it happens right away, while sometimes it is less frequent. 

I am reaching out as a last resort regarding a persistent issue with the "Smart Portrait" neural filter in Photoshop. Despite comprehensive troubleshooting, I am unable to resolve the recurring error: "Neural Filters are temporarily unavailable."This appears to be a systemic issue, as it occurs specifically when attempting to process or adjust the Smart Portrait parameters.Steps already taken (and proven unsuccessful): To rule out any user-end issues, I have performed a rigorous technical isolation: Network Infrastructure: Tested across multiple environments, including a mobile hotspot (fully bypassing my local ISP and router). Hi everyone,Photoshop 2026 (v27.4) on Windows gives me this error constantly when work with curves (i didn't try other tools, so i hope this is the only one): "Impossible to update advanced objects because a program error has occurred (f376f9.749)".Sorry, my Photoshop is in Italian.Anyone else seeing f376f9.749 on Windows lately?Thanks in advance!   

Issue:  Photoshop version: 26.10.0 20250811.r.7 x64 (final, Release) OS: Windows 11 64-bit (10.0.26100.4946), 4070 RTX (mobile), i7-13700h, Windows HDR enabled Steps to reproduce: Create a new 1000 x 1000 px document., RGB, 8 bit. In [Edit > Color Settings...] enable "Blend RGB colors using gamma 1.00". Enable [Settings > Technology Previews > Precise color management for HDR display], butit seems to be irrelevant (that's the only other setting I changed since Photoshop installation). Create 200 x 200 px, #00f blue raster square with 50% opacity ("Normal" blend). Ctrl + J to duplicate this layer. Group them. Fill bg to say #eee. Notice that the color they have is #6767f8 (correct I assume). Move the group with the Move Tool (V) and notice the color changed to #7f7ffb. Use zoom/pan (Z) and notice it flickered back to #6767f8. It's even possible to duplicate this group and fix both copies by the zoom tooland then drag only one of these groups with Move Tool (V)

Using Save As Photoshop PDF, I was able to save PDFs above 50,000 pixels wide yesterday using 27.8.After updating to 27.9.1 this morning I could no longer save a Photoshop PDF above approximately30,000 pixels wide  (Photoshop PDF was no longer an option in the dropdown). After reverting back to 27.8 I can now save PDFs from files over 50,000 pixels wide again.

When launching Photoshop the following error appears on screen:“could not apply the saved panel configuration, resetting to default”After the application starts up, workspace can be restored back to the saved preferred layout and everything function correctly. This started with 27.1 and has continued in to 27.3There was also already a thread on here where Adobe said it was being looked in to and myself and others had submitted error logs to show where it appeared to flagging the error. After the community change here, that previous bug report has disappeared from the link resolving there or finding it via search so adding a new till it gets addressed.  

I am using AI features and am getting this error message, even after 10 hours 

Hello,Apparently many creators are aware of this issue (I saw TextureLabs complain about it on youtube among others), and I personally encountered it enough times. The performance hit seems to appear mostly on big canvases. more pattern fill layers = bigger performance hit. but if they’re at 0 angle, then the performance is fine. I don’t know if a smaller scale also contributes to it.This is an issue especially because it limits the patterns I can create and use on photoshop as I feel forced to use patterns on 0° angle, but then, creating the pattern as rotated from the start makes it difficult-to-impossible to seamlessly fill the corners using photoshop only.I don’t see why would the performance be impacted if the pattern is an angle more than what it would as 0. I don’t think any computations need to keep on happening once the pattern is displayed. [Moved to Photoshop by a moderator］ 

When using the Photoshop Line Tool with an arrowhead, the rectangular line shaft can protrude through the sloping sides of the arrowhead if a small arrowhead width is used. This creates two small but clearly visible spikes on either side of the arrowhead.Photoshop version:27.9.1OS:Windows 11Steps to reproduce:Create a new document. Select the Line Tool in Shape mode. Make sure both Fill and Stroke are enabled. Set the Stroke width for example to 34 px. Enable an arrowhead at the end of the line. Set the arrowhead width to 3 px and draw an arrow. Zoom in on the transition between the shaft and the arrowhead. At this point, the two bottom corners of the rectangular shaft protrude through the diagonal sides of the arrowhead.Changing only the arrowhead width from 3 px to 5 px makes the artifacts disappear.Expected result:The shaft should be fully contained within the arrowhead, and the arrowhead should have clean, uninterrupted diagonal edges regardless of the selected arrowhead width.Actu
