In Photoshop’s Canvas Size window, I can no longer reliably use negative numbers to relatively change the canvas size. Yes, “Relative to Current Dimension” is checked. The only way around this that I’ve found so far is to change the units to inches and then back to pixels. Here is a video: I’m using version 27.6.0 in macOS 26.5.
I’m getting Content Credentials message when I am trying to clean my own photos in photoshop with AI through firefly. This will be a major problem and I’ll have to find another platform if it continues. Is there a work around or bug fix for this?
Registrando una azione, l’istruzione “dimensione quadro” non viene registrata correttamente. L’azione viene registrata, ma senza valori inseriti (vedi screen allegato), quindi poi in playback non funziona.Photosho 27.6.0 - MAC MINI - M2 PRO -RAM 32GB - SONOMA 14.7.8
Photoshop on iPad shows a compressed/thin top toolbar when Display Zoom is set to Default. The Home button, Settings button, and upper toolbar area become smaller than normal. When I change iPad Display Zoom to “More Space”, the toolbar becomes normal again.I already tried:- Reinstalling Photoshop- Reset All Settings on iPad- Force closing the app- Checking Stage Manager- Testing other Adobe apps like Adobe Fresco (which looks normal)The issue only happens in Photoshop on Default display mode.Screenshots and support logs attached.
When exporting artboards to PDF, the files are coming out very large, ex. 13.5mb for 3 email banners? This didn't happen w/2017. Is there a way to adjust the PDF output?
I am reaching out as a last resort regarding a persistent issue with the "Smart Portrait" neural filter in Photoshop. Despite comprehensive troubleshooting, I am unable to resolve the recurring error: "Neural Filters are temporarily unavailable."This appears to be a systemic issue, as it occurs specifically when attempting to process or adjust the Smart Portrait parameters.Steps already taken (and proven unsuccessful): To rule out any user-end issues, I have performed a rigorous technical isolation: Network Infrastructure: Tested across multiple environments, including a mobile hotspot (fully bypassing my local ISP and router). The error persists regardless of the connection. Account/Session: Performed multiple sign-outs and sign-ins to the Creative Cloud app to force a session token refresh. Graphics/GPU: Disabled GPU acceleration within Photoshop preferences to rule out driver rendering conflicts. Clean Installation: Performed multiple clean installs using the Adobe Creative Cl
Hello Adobe Support Team,I am writing to report a reproducible bug in Photoshop 27.6.0 affecting the Filter Gallery feature.---SYSTEM CONFIGURATION- OS: Windows 10 Home (fully updated)- Photoshop version: 27.6.0 (latest)- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti- GPU driver: latest available- RAM available: 12,034 MB (Photoshop allocated: 8,424 MB / 70%)---BUG DESCRIPTIONWhen applying any filter through Filter > Filter Gallery, the filter has no effect whatsoever — neither in the preview pane inside the Filter Gallery window, nor on the actual image after clicking OK. No entry is created in the History panel, as if the operation was never executed. This behavior is consistent and fully reproducible.Notably, other filters (such as Gaussian Blur and Add Noise) work perfectly under the same conditions, which suggests the issue is specific to the Filter Gallery engine.---ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS- The Filter Gallery window opens correctly and displays all filter categories and thumbnails normally.-
I open EXR files in Photoshop almost 11 years. Now my work with this files completely broken. So, in order. I render in 3D image and save as open EXR 32-bit, no layers, only RGB. Open in photoshop and always choose “as alpha channel”. After this my files open as 1 layer with no mask and, most important, exactly as I see them in 3D software. In 27.5 open exr files was changed, now i cant open file with same color. Some screenshots - option 1 I don’t see the sky, but it's there. Add black layer behind this Oh, i see my sky, but what's happening with building?Ok, try another options Wait, i say “layer user mask” but see transparency, ok it doesn't matter, add black and turn off mask. No sky. Try last. Turn off the mask, and add black behind him. I see the sky. This is wrong. I want options “as alpha channel” like many years before. A don’t want to perform so many actions to just open file and work. You add something new? Ok, it’s fine, but why need broke old? Please, back this options.
Pressing ESC no longer stops an action running in Photoshop. Please fix!
Hello, I don't know if it's a normal behavior, but when I use the new "Remove Tool", my memory usage is going crazy : In the task manager it takes 20Go of RAM, and it takes 18Go more on my scratchdisk.Even if I do teeny strokes on an white layer. Here is a video (2min) link to show the PS usage, the task manager, and explorer for the scratchdisk (SSD).https://youtu.be/qToMtrUmm-0I tried to use all the others tools, and the RAM usage is "normal". For example : 50 clicks with spot removal and photoshop uses only 5Go RAM, and 0Go scractchdisk. Is it normal ?Thank you !
Hi, whenever I try to use one of the gradients I've created using Adobe Color, I get the ominous "Could not complete your request because of a program error." message. This happens both with "Apply Gradient" and "Create Gradient Preset" in the Libraries panel. I've encountered this bug both in current Photoshop Beta (Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.5.0 20230412.m.2137 91413a4 arm64) and Photoshop 2023 (Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.4.1 20230418.r.449 53a6c60 arm64). Running macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68). Photoshop User Diagnostic Plugin output is attached for both beta and current Photoshop, also system information from beta.
This is like other reports, but none of the suggestions in those posts, that we can implement, have resolved our issue. We’ve completely uninstalled all Adobe software, cleaned up all the cruft that the uninstallers don’t remove (Hey, maybe give us a complete uninstall option!). Reinstalled Creative Cloud, and then reinstalled the latest Photoshop 2026. Same problem. Different files, at different resolutions, with and without metadata, all show the same error. We cannot uninstall OneDrive, only pause syncing. Other than Adobe’s Cloud Storage and OneDrive, no other cloud storage is allowed in our (highly regulated) company.None of the several dozen other users, on identical hardware (Apple Silicon, running macOS 26) and identical software (OneDrive included), are having this issue. In Photoshop 27.4, the new Canvas Size window is missing the Windows ALT shortcuts (pressing ALT+W to highlight the Width and ALT+H to highlight the Height). This happened in 25.4 with the Image Size window and was fixed due to complaints, so I’m assuming this was an oversight due to Adobe being MacOS-first, and I’m reporting it as a bug rather than a feature request. But these shortcuts are ABSOLUTELY VITAL to the efficient operation of Photoshop and CANNOT be forgotten about.FOR NOW, you can turn “Modern User Interface” off to get the old Canvas Size window back, but for how long?(Yes I know Microsoft themselves have stopped being as consistent about remembering to exclude them, and they’re off by default in Windows 11 Explorer and have to be turned back on. No I don’t care. They’re VITAL.)
Please help me with an issue.I specialize in photographing natural materials such as marble, granite, and wood veneer (I shoot flat surfaces, moving evenly across them). I create panoramic images, and from time to time I encounter a recurring problem. Photoshop stitches panoramas from my photos, but sometimes the result is not usable. It doesn’t happen often, but it does occur. I will provide several examples of the panoramas Photoshop produces and explain what exactly is wrong with them.In my workflow, I use Photoshop on both Windows workstations and Mac. On Mac, this issue happens rarely, but it still occurs. On Windows, it happens more frequently. In the past, there were times when Photoshop on both Windows and Mac would consistently produce panoramas with visible banding/seams. Reinstalling Photoshop, restarting the machines, installing updates, or even changing software versions did not help (this was tested simultaneously on two Windows computers and one Mac). Then, after two or
Photoshop 23.2.1 Mac When you open a webp file and try to Export it with the "Save for Web (Legacy)" command, I get this error. "Could not complete this operation. an error occurred while reading the endian type" fyi The 'save as' option works.
Once a photoshop project is flagged behind the scenes as having used generative AI (where it says “An AI-generated image was used in this image” when exporting, and embeds a content credential), it apparently never re-evaluates this flag. Even if those layers are removed later. For example, I made a copy of a project where it said this and literally deleted every layer and made a blank white layer, yet it still said it when exporting: I also think this “ai generated” flag should not be at the project level, but rather the layer level. So that if you export the project with the AI generated content hidden, it doesn’t add that flag.It would also be useful to know exactly which layers are causing the flag, because even some with the AI badge don’t seem to trigger it, like using generative fill for example. While “generate image” does. So basically:Bug: “AI Generated” flag persists even after all AI generated layers are removed Probably Bug / Suggestion: “AI Generated” flag should not app
Hello, I’m using the latest version of Photoshop on Mac and I’ve noticed a strange issue related to text scaling. When I work with text that has multiple colors, everything looks perfectly consistent at 100% zoom — same size, no problem. However, when I zoom out, one part of the text (for example, the red portion) appears smaller than the rest. I’m seeing the same issue when I export or save the file at a different size.the same happens if I use to different layers, one for text in white, and one for the text in red.It feels like a display or rendering inconsistency, but I don’t remember running into this before.Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
System Info:-OS: macOS Tahoe 26.1 -Hardware: Apple M2 Max (Apple Silicon) -Photoshop Version: 27.5 / 27.6 betaDescription:The new Adjustments Panel (UXP-based) fails to save or preview custom presets if the Green channel of a Curves layer has been modified. This happens even with a neutral point (Input 128 / Output 128).Steps to Reproduce:-Create a new RGB document (8 or 16 bits).-Add a Curves Adjustment Layer.-Modify only the Green Channel (even a neutral point like 128/128).-Try to save as a new Preset using the (+) icon in the Adjustments Panel.Actual Result:The thumbnail appears with a red diagonal line and the preset is not functional. The folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [Version]/Presets/Adjustment Presets remains empty (no .psap file created).Expected Result:The preset should be saved correctly, as it does with Red and Blue channels.Additional Discoveries (Key for Devs):-The bug occurs only in the Curves adjustment layer. -The bug does not occur in Lab
Has anyone been able to install PS 22.2 now that version 23 has released? I want to be able to use 3D for the lighting effects and have been waiting for 23 to release to be able to install it. All I see in the creative cloud is 22.5.2
Hello, When I use Photoshop through the Sidecar feature on my iPad Pro, everything works smoothly, except for one issue with the Apple Pencil. Every time I draw a line, it leaves a dot where the line starts. I have attached a screenshot of what this looks like. I've never had this issue before, even when using a drawing tablet, so does anyone know where this is coming from? Thanks
I have a series of panels docked to the right side of my screen. Since updating to the latest version of PS these won’t stay the way I set them to work. Each time I open Photoshop, the top three panel groups (Navigator, Color and Adjustments panels) are fully expanded height-wise, while the Layers panel is collapsed at the very bottom of the screen. Before I can work, I have to double click the Layers tab to expand it, then resize the other panels to how I want them. It’s a rather annoying inconvenience. I do have my workspace Locked (Window>Workspace>Lock Workspace).I’ve attached pix showing how they look when PS opens, and how I set them to work.Running Photoshop V 23.3.1, Windows 11 Pro build version 10.0.26200.PC - Core i7-10700k, 16gb ram, 8gb GeForce RTX3070
Hi, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where Photoshop 2026 settings and shortcuts change or reset to defaults randomly while I am actively working.I want to be very clear: Completely resetting the application and the preference files DOES NOT solve the issue. The problem recurs almost immediately after a reset, even in the same session. Specific Examples of the Glitch: Alt Key Behavior: While using the Brush tool, holding the Alt key opens tool settings or UI pop-ups instead of switching to the Eyedropper for color picking. Filter Shortcut: The Ctrl + Alt + F shortcut (assigned to Last Filter) spontaneously starts opening the "Discover" panel instead of applying the previous filter. This happens mid-work without any manual changes. Since standard preference resets are useless in this case, I am looking for a permanent solution to prevent these spontaneous overrides.Photoshop Version: 2026 / 27.5Windows 11
For years my workflow in PS was: open Tiffs with layers, edit, export in JPEG, close all, save before closing. It was perfect. Now, after I export my Tiffs, opened files are marked as saved. So I have to enter EACH file, one by one, and fake an edit, then I can save them all.EVERY. TIME.What’s the point of changing the logic fo faile saving? Is there a way to come back to the old logic?
