College in PEI Canada is not recognized in school window when putting in for discount on web page for Elements and Premire.  Thanks for any help

I just installed the latest Elements 2021 update on two different machines. The manual Levels tool no longer works correctly. Auto Levels still works fine, but when I move the sliders manually, nothing happens. 😞 

Levels adjustment preview does not work Elements 23. Works in older versions, i.e. 10, 11. Quite disappointed after buying the latest version.

I have over 55,000 photos in PSE 2018 Organizer without issue but lately all the photos I add are only showing hourglass image for their thumbnails.  The full size images are fine and I can use all PSE functions.  The "update thumbnail" under the edit pull-down does not help.  I am using Windows 10.  Any suggestions on how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Photoshop elements 2023 will not open my CR3 files.  I have download the camera raw plug-in.

Updated from Elements 18 to 24 because of new camera. 24 won't open my raw files.

I recently had to upgrade from PSE 2019 due to using Apple Sonoma 14.2.1 on my Mac, and converted my catalog to PSE 24..  After using it a few times, I decided to uninstall PSE 2019 to save storage space.  The catalog then had a problem opening the next time as it wanted to reconnect six mp3 files which it claimed were in the catalog but could not find.  The attached path shows the theme folders which each contain one .mp3 file whch is invisible in the catalog so cannot be deleted but needs to reconnect.I finally reinstalled PSE 19 and had the expected message that Organizer was damaged.  The PSE 24 catalog loaded correctly without needing ro reconnect but I still cannot find the mp3 files to delete them.  This seems to be an issue of the upgrade from 2019.  Has anyone discovered a solution? Since posting, I have found a work-around.  I've moved the mp3 files into PSE 24 Music folder and re-connected them to that location.  They are still in

He Adobe community,I don't know how to solve the following problem.I own Adobe Photoshop and Premiere elements licences. I installed on two computers (desktop and laptop). My old laptop stopped working and is not working anymore. Now I try to install the Adobe apps on an a new laptop - but it looks like I reach the maximum of two activation.The guide to transfer licences tells me to deactivate on the old machine, but this is not available anymore. What can I do to leave the app activated on the desktop and re-install on the new laptop?Thanks for your help and regardsEberhard

Hello, This question is twofold: Recently I moved my perpetual license CS6 from a 2009 iMac with SL to a 2017 iMac with High Sierra. (BTW, I don't rely on these apps professionally so it doesn't make sense for me to spring for a Creative Cloud subscription. These days I mostly use Photoshop and Illustrator out of CS6 Web & Design Premium.) Despite having to manually install the CS6 apps and their updates (i.e. right-click installer to view "package contents" as a workaround for the 32-bit components in the CS6 installers under High Sierra), I ended up with Creative Cloud and now the CC uninstaller, despite running the CC cleaning tool, won't let me uninstall the CC even though I have never so much as run a trial of CC apps. Meanwhile, I attempted to install Photoshop Elements 2019 on the same iMac from a DVD. When using Detail Smart Brush, it was always a partial opacity brush - about 12.5% opacity. Recently, it will randomly change to full opacity.   I can change the overall layer opacity, but it will not create as seamless of a blend as when you can build up using a partial opacity brush. In my attached image you can see where it was a full opacity brush on start up, but in the middle of making edits, it changed back to the partial 12% opacity.   There is nowhere to change the opacity of the smart brush. My application has been defaulting to 100% opacity brush, and just occasionaly switches back to normal.   Anybody else having this issue, or have any ideas for a solution?  

Is there no way to install Photoshop Elements on my Mac? I'm running Big Sur on a 2013 Mac. I have a trial version of Photoshop Elements 2023. It works beautifully. I want to purchase a license. The link takes me to purchase for Photoshop Elements 2024. Can't find a way to purchase a license for 2023. Ok, so they don't sell it anymore.   I try to download a trial version of 2024, but it won't install on my Mac. Adobe says it won't allow me to install 2024 on a Big Sur. I'm back at the link to download 2013. Anyway my trial period is over.    Should I purchase a 2024 license? Can I use it on the 2023 program installed on my machine? Does Adobe not want my money?

Having just downloaded PSE 24 I have been trying the Editor tools.  The Recompose button works once but after use, the brush tools grey-out  and cannot be used.  They recover after closing Editor and re-opening.  The other tools seem to be working OK.  Any solutions?

Somehow all of my photos have disappeared in PSE 2022 Organizer (and there were a lot).  I am perplexed about how this could possibly have happened.  However, in WIndowns Explorer all the photos are there in the folder linked to Organizer.   I have tried to repair the cataog but response was "no errors were found in the cataog".  How can I get the photos back into Organizer?  I have a backup from a while ago, but I'd prefer to reconnect Organizer to the photos if that is possible..

I just upgraded to PS Elements 2024.  I can not import photos from my iphone or Canon camera on my Imac.  When I try to Import/from camera or card reader, my iphone and/or camera do not appear as a device under Sources.  My iphone appears in Finder/Locations on the sidebar.  Is this a Adobe or Mac issue?  How do I have Elements Organier recognize my iphone and camera as a source to download from.  I tried to grant security access under system settings/privacy & security but I don't have the options for Elements Organizer.

Hi there, after about a year I´m using my Photoshop Organizer again - at least I want to. Startmenu of Photoshop starts but Organizer doesn´t. Black Screen, Frozen. What I tried:- reinstall (uninstall, download, install again)- create new catalogues in different locations (local hard drive, private cloud, same result) I´m having Win10 Pro, 64 bit, 32GB RAM. Please help. I guess I already have existing catalogues and I´m afraid I can´t access them anymore.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 2023 and I keep getting notifications to buy the 2024 version. I close the window but it comes back 15 minutes later. I don't need a new version yet. I just got this one in August.I saw a comment that said to go to Edit and then Preferences, but I can't find either of those settings anywhere in the program. I have been using Photoshop for a number of years but have never had this constant barrage of selling. I'd like to turn it off completely. It's very annoying when I'm in the middle of working on a photo.

I bought 2005 edition of elements 4.0 but never used it. I assume I never registered it at the time. I have the original installation disc and serial number.Is it possible to install this and update on Windows 10?Mel

I hav an "Album A " which I have already added all my pictures and have done facial recognition on. Now I want to create a new "Album B" which is a subset of "Album A'. So when I goto "File " > "get Photos and Videos" is scans all those pictures saying there is "X" number but then says yhey asre alreay entered  elsewhere. So how do I create the 2nd  (stand alone subset of "Album A") as Album B" (stand alone)? I do not want to deleate "Album A"?

I was running elements2022 and just upgraded to 2023.  Organizer in 2022 was working fine with HEIC images. I updated the catalog when installing 2023. Organizer 2022: thumbnails were correct and there were no issues with HEIC images.Organizer 2023: thumbnails sometimes show up correctly but change even with no user actions occurring.  Sometimes they change to black (no thumbnail?)  sometimes the thumbnail for one HEIC image will be propogated to multiple other HEIC images.  Different things seem to happen randomly each time.  If you scroll down to other images in organizer, then back up to the HEIC files it happens all over again (with different results each time). Additionally when one clicks on a thumbnail of a HEIC file the image will sometimes be corrupt. Importing HEIC files into 2023 has the same issue - thumbnails of images to be imported are incorrect.  There were no issues in organizer 2022.Organizer has also crashed on several oca
