How can I increase the size of the type in the file info ? 

I was working on an image that was magnified so I could see details.I was using the Pencil tool in red.I needed to move to another part of the image so I changed to the 'hand' tool to move the image. Thereafter the program insisted on using a dark gray with the Pencil tool.Is this a problem with the program losing a setting called Use Graphics Processor? We found that the sctrach disk was causing PSE to give the spinning cursor every few seconds causing us unable to do any edit or drawing. There was also no way to disable the active scratch disk short of ejecting it. But we need the disk. This happens with 2021 PSE. Will there be a fix for this version, we assume it is true for even the latest version.

Just got an LG Gram. Resolution is 2560x1600. The resolution on PE2022 is soo big, looks like the entire thing is just zoomed in. Tried playing with high resolution in properties and couldn't get it to change. Can anyone help? Thank you  

I have photoshop elements 2019. It is installed on my desktop computer. I purchased photoshop from Office Depot and I have the redemption card/serial number. I bought another computer and I am trying to install on the new computer but when I click download it says error this download is not available anymore and to contact RED support. I contacted RED support and they told me to contact Adobe. I contacted Adobe and was told it was a old version and I could not install on the new computer. Is this correct? Am I out of luck and have to buy the new version? 

I am attempting to create an outside outline of an ellipse created with the Elliptical marquee tool in Photoshop Elements 2020.  Nothing happens.  In the past, I have been able to create the outside outline by right clicking and selecting "Stroke (outline) selection".  Suggestions?

With the promotion video it seem so easy...I select an object to remove, it only does it partially and it duplicate partially the objet close to it.I tried to select the objet with all the tools available, same problem.I tried the guide and expert mode with the same result.I bought the new version because of the easyness of use.What am I doing wrong?Thanks, Marc

I am using Photoshop Elements 2022 and when I opened my photos today I noticed a red symbol, looks like a power button, in the upper left corner of my thumbnail photos.  When I select a photo, it opens as a blurred photo.  How do I fix this?

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 and the serial number for PSE was declared incorrect. I photographed the page in the process. I am certain of the number. Under the number is Version 21.0.What should I do next?After a 20 minute wait, I was typing this information into a chat when the agent broke the connection because I was not fast enough for him.This is probably not a proper place to post the serial numbers supplied, is it?thanksbaumgrenze  

Ich möchte alle eigenen Ordner aus dem Organizer auf 1x löschen, wie geht das. Vermutlich ist der Katalog zu voll, da das Programm dauernd abstürzt. Eine neu Installation brachte nichts , da die Daten automatisch wieder eingesetzt wurden. 

sichter austauschen bei Elements 15 , ich kann pixel auswählen nicht finden wenn ich auf ebene mit der rechten maustaste drücke steht es nicht. Auswahl verändern gibt es bei mir auch nicht können sie mir hilfen?

Purchased photoshop elements 2023 on Amazon.I  downloaded it. Contained a serial number. what do I do with that? It is not asking for it anywhere.

I own PSE 2019 and use it with Camera Raw 11.4 on a Windows 10 system. Is there a free, newer version of Camera Raw that can be used with PSE 2019? If there is, and if it doesn't work, can I restore the old version?

I need to find where I can download photoshop elements 2023 and premiere elements 2023.I have the serial numbers. My ssd drive crashed and all data is gone. Starting over. 

I recently got a new computer. My old computer would open all newly saved photos in the Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer upon start up of the program. My new laptop doesn't seem to do that. Anyone know of a change in Preferences that would turn that ability back on? Thanks!

Hello, I'm trying to open a PSD file and get the error "Could not complete your request because of a disk error".  I've opened it many times in the recent past with no problem.  I've done quite a bit of research on this but still no solution.  I've also had this error recently on other, but not all, PSD files as well, files that I've always been able to open. I have a Dell laptop with 32 GB memory, and hard drive with capacity of 915 GB, less than half of which is used.  I use Windows 10, which I prefer to Windows 11.  I have PSE version 15, use only Expert Mode, and do not use Organizer.  I really do not want to use a newer version of PSE.  I have lots of 3rd party plugins, effects, and custom fonts (including ones I created) that would take me considerable time to have to do again in a newer version of PSE.  I also believe 99% of the enhancements Adobe makes every year do not affect Expert mode anyway, so see no benefit of upgrading. 

I'm importing photos in Photoshop Elements 20 from a memory card. I got error message that disk was full and that I should free up space or stop. I chose to stop at 46 percent.Screen is frozen. Is it safe for me to force quit from the organizer? I don't want to lose images or corrupt the card. I think I successfully ejected my memory card from the sidebar but since screen is frozen I can't see is memory icon is on screen. 

I’m trying to pare down the size of my file and backup load.My workflow includes putting nearly every image through Adobe Camera RAW (v12.0) and Elements (v2020) and saving them as pst files. I don’t edit the Elements background layer; it remains the unedited image, other than minor changes in Camera Raw. I assume I can always recover the original image from the background layer of the pst. Is there a reason I should save original RAW files from which I’ve saved those pst files? Is there any loss of quality in the pst file compared to the RAW file?

I know Im not understanding some basic things so Ill ask. I have some old (pre digital) 3x5 prints from an old Fujica camera that used 35mm film. The photos look sharp and I scanned them into my computer (canon scanner). When I open the photo with wndows 10 photo viewer I can enlarge the picture (prss the + button to zoom) and the picture remains sharp looking regardless of how big I make it. But if I want to print it larger ill use resize feature in any phot software including photosho elements  and  the larger I make it the more pixalated it gets. So it looks great on the viewer when enlarged but it looks blurry if I actually want to print after I try to resize it. I know Im missing something fundamental here. Any advice is appreicated. thanks

There used to be no issue with Kerning/letter spacing with elements 10.  Then suddenly I can not adjust it.  Yes, I have tried Asain alaternative 0 but that only helps a little. Is it fixed in Photoshop 12?  Is there a discount to upgrade?

I am trying to install Photyoshop Elements 2022 on a new laptop. Installation has failed twice, and each time the Error Code is 215 - which does not appear in the list of errors. What is the problem, pelasae?
