Photoshop Elements

Ich benutze PSE 2023 unter Windows 11. Nachdem ich mehrere Fotos im Fotobereich ausgewählt habe (z.B. 3) und dann im Assistent Photomerge Panorama öffne, erscheint nur eines der ausgewählten Fotos im Panorama-Fenster und es kann keine Panorama erzeugt werden. Die Fotos überlappen mehr als 30% und Lightroom hat keine Probleme mit dem Panorama. Das ganze habe ich mit verschiedenen Panoramareihen versucht. Vorher hatte ich auf meinem alten PC PSE 14 im Einsatz und sehr gute Ergebnisse mit der Panorama-Funktion. Ich habe PSE 2023 deinstalliert und alle auffindbare Programmteile gelöscht. Danach habe PSE 2023 neu installiert.Was kann die Ursache für dieses Problem sein?

I'm currently using Luminar Neo photo editor as a plugin with PSE2019.If I upgrade to PSE2023 will it still work?

Hi, I'm someone cam help me out. When I open several NEF image files at once in Elements 2020, it opens the RAW file converter with all the images in it and I edit them all, but when I click 'open' to open them up as JPEG's in order to do more editing like cropping for example, it only opens a single image and all the rest disappear and I don't know how to get them back. This means that if I upload and edit 10 NEF files and try to open them all, it only opens 1 and 9 disappear, meaning that I've edited those 9 images for nothing. Surely there's a way to deal with all 10 images rather than laboriously 1 at a time. Thanks in advance for any replies. Steve   

I am used to the old school version of Photoshop, back from 2011, which is a dark background. I just upgraded. The newer one is gray and bothers my eyes when I'm editing. How can I change PS to a dark theme?

Hello all, I have made with a new 'standardtext' two shapes with two texts, see my picture. I also made it move in and out with keyframes. Everything works fine but how do I save this now, so that I can use this later on with other projects?  If I save it as a preset, I need to make a new standard text and when I add my new added preset, my shapes are gone and the new added text interacts it only with the keyframes.  So in a summery, how do I save this so I can use this 'nametag' thats what I call it, and how can I open it later on again without that I have to edit the shapes, texts and so on? Can I save it as a kind of 'standaline' file? That I don't need to add a new text fiels of something. Thanks in advance. 

Issue:  The Photoshop Elements application does not consitently allow overriding the current .Png file types, when saving changes.  Depending on file size loaded or manipulation of other parameters, while editing a photo, the use of 'as a copy' override is disabled in error. Details: Open up ‘png’ files for editing. Resize the image files; for example, 513x234 is 512x512 for canvas size. When saving file, the file comes up with the ‘Photoshop’ option enabled automatically for 256+ image file sizes. Changing to the ‘png’ format disables the ‘as a copy’ checkbox; thereby, forcing the image to save as a copy in the description. However, if the same sequence of events are used for an image file at 128+ size, the ‘Photoshop’ file format is not picked automatically. And the ‘as a copy’ is allowed to be disabled - this is expected behavior, allowing the image to override the original ‘png’ file. I like my photos to display Newest First in the Organizer, which they always did until recently.  Now they always display Oldest First and I have to change it every time.  I have tried General Settings to  no avail.  How can I get them to default to displaying Newest First?

I am trying the trial verion of Elemetns 2023.  Up until now I have been using Elements 11 where in Guided Mode all the tools are very conveniently in a panel on the right side of the image i am editing.  Is 2023 I have to continually return to that idiot page where all the tools are shown in groups with a before/after slider.  How can I place the list of tool to the side of the image I am editing?

Vipin, My situation is rather unique. I had purchased an old version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 from a retailer. It was never used/installed/actiated. Yes, I am intellectually challenged. I would like to know if I would be able to upgrade to a newer version of Elements. I tried to install the software, but it caused my computer to err. Do you have directions/suggestions/whom I could contact for me? Thanks?

I have just added photos from March 23 and the date range of all photos failed. On closer inspection the very first photo has a date in March 2000. Only when I changed the date to April did the range reappear.See 2 images, one with date in March 2000 the other date in April 2000.Altering the date is not a solution. Please advise.  

I am trying to update Camera Raw 13.2 in Elements 2021.  The instructions send me to this file path, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\Elements<Version Number>\File Formats, I get as far as plug-ins but do not find Elements version next.  Where do I go from here?

I have PSE 2023 on a system running Windows 11 with dual monitors. I run PSE non-maximised on the primary monitor, and I want to have the images I open to automatically open maximised on the 2nd monitor (running in Expert mode with "Allow floating documents in expert mode" checked in Preferences). However, every time I open an image, it always opens as a floating window within the PSE window, and I have to drag it to the 2nd monitor, maximise the image window, and then select "Fit on screen" from the PSE view menu. Is there any way I can have this image windows position and sizing to happen automatically, rather than having to perform these three steps every time I open an image?

I installed 2022 version of Elements to my PC with Windows 10. Tried to refine edge as before with 2019-version. Not working.If I make a selection with Lasso and then click Refine button, I get an adjustment window as before. But when I click OK, Elements goes back to Lasso tool and not to refine brush. And if I after selection with Selection brush  choose Refine brush, it gives me refine circle, but when I try to refine edge with minus tool, it just cuts off part of my selection. No refining happens. (pic attached)Tried to Reset tool, installed Elements again, reset parameters, what else. And my old 2019-version acts  same way. It worked before. 😞

I migrated all my files to a new imac from an older one. I had uninstalled PSE 19 on the old imac before the migration. I then installed a trial version of PSE 23 to the new imac. It brought forward some of my old pse data - photos with tags but it did not transfer all the data I previously had. I had been told that I could uninstall the software but the data would remain. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Ich nutze Windows 11, und das Betriebssystem hat mir mitgeteilt, dass bei mir der inkompatible Treiber PxHIpa64.sys verhindert, dass die Speicherintegrität aktiviert werden kann. Wird die Speicherintegrität nicht aktiviert, ist die Sicherheit des PC gefährdet. Deshalb ist die Aktivierung höchst wichtig.Unter der Rubrik Windows-Sicherheit / Gerätesicherheit war zu finden, dass der Treiber PxHIpa64.sys / Version 3.1.1.0 von der Corel Corporation stammt. Lokalisiert ist die Datei im Ordner  C:\Windows\System 32\drivers.Ich habe herausgefunden, dass dieser Treiber eindeutig dem Programm Photoshop Elements 2019, das ich auf meinem PC installiert habe, zugeordnet werden kann.Das Problem könnte also gelöst werden, wenn man PSE 2019 und damit auch den Treiber vom PC löscht (was unsinnig wäre) oder man erhält einen aktualisierten Treiber von Adobe bzw. ein SW-Update mit einem Treiber, der nicht die Inkompatibilität mit Windows 11 aufweist.  Novice here, using Elements 2020 and Win10. Some of my scanned negatives are from the end of the roll, and include a label at the end of that roll which shows up as a yellow area in the photo.  Looking for advice on how to fix this  Perhaps the healing brush? Thanks in advance to all the experts! M   

Hello;I am trying to help a student in Elements 2023. She wants to create and save a custom style and we can't seem to find anyway to do this (I have worked in the full version of Photoshop for over 28 years and I know this can be done there.) This latest version of Elements has so many robust advanced features; am I missing something or looking for something which is not there? We are working on the Mac version. Thanks for any help!

Hallo allerseits,bei meinem Photoshop Elements 2020 gehen plötzlich im Menü "Fenster - Bilder" die Einträge für z.B. "Schwebendes Fenster" oder "Überlappend" nicht mehr. Die Einträge sind jetzt immer grau hinterlegt, egal ob mehrere Photos geöffnet sind oder nicht. Dieser Umstand trat erst vor einigen Tage auf und ich habe leider keine Ahnung, weshalb oder wieso. Ich hatte keinerlei Änderungen am System durchgeführt. Ebenso ist der Update Button im Menü grau hinterlegt, somit sollte das Programm up to date sein.Vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp, woran das liegen könnte.LGRike

Just installed on my new computer - MacBook Pro. I can open the Organizer but when I try to open Photo editor it says loading, then disappears without opening. How can I fix this? 

I need to know the name of the Photoshop font I am using.  It is highlighted with the name “Illuminate” in pink and yellow.  Does anyone know the name?
