Photoshop Elements

I am using Photoshop Elements 2018 to remove scratches after I have scanned 35mm B/W negatives on my Nikon LS5000 scanner . To get to dust and scratches removal in Elements  we have to select filter, noise, move across to Dust and Scratches and click on it. Is there a way I can set up a shortcut as I have 1500 negatives to scan. I have tried selecting the filter icon on the bottom RH side and then selecting dust and scratches but each time I load an new negative  “Amount”  and “Threshold” resets to 1 and 0, setting them to 6 and 25 works well on most of my negatives but I cannot find a way to store these values. I have found a video on YouTube showing how set up shortcuts in PSE which I assume is Elements but I cannot do it in my version, could he be using a later version. I'm using a MacBook, OS 13.1, M1 chip. I'm new to Photoshop Elements Organizer. When I select to import from my Apple Photos library the "Get Media" button is greyed out. How can I import my Apple Photos library? Please and Thank you.

I imported 136 photos into the organizer media page. about 20 of them are of the same person. I want to move those twenty to the end of the page so they can be at the end of a slideshow. I naively thought that I could just drag and drop photos wherever I wanted to. I guess simplicity is too much to ask for with ADOBE. After a frustrating attempt to research this in the guides I then went though a frustratng chat with 3 different chat experts. Their official answer was : "Thank you for the information. I understand your query now, and unfortunate I have to tell you that we can not move them manually, we can only rearrange them by sorting them by name, date , size and types."Does anyone have a simple workaround for this? I can't open the CR3-Raw files from my new Canon EOS R10 in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 (updated) on MacBookAir, because it says file-format is unknown. But it can open the CR3-Raw files from Canon EOS M50. Can I do anything or have I to wait for an update by Adobe?

With a recent Premiere update, crop shapes started having the shield in the center (where I want the picture to show through) and the edge shows the original picture.  How do I switch them back like the should be? 

Hello community,I purchased the upgrade to PSE 2023 on an AdobeID different from the AdobeID I purchased PSE 2022.As a consequence I suppose, the installation cashes (error 50) after 9% of installation.How can I solve this problem ?Thanks in advance for your support.Louis 

Hallo, mein alter Rechner ist defekt. Auf ihm ist eine Adobe Photoshop Version installiert die nun noch aktiviert ist. Nun kann ich meine "offline" Version nicht mehr auf 2 Computern aktivieren. Wie kann man die Aktivierung auf einem defektem Computer deaktivieren. Die Registrierung erfolgte nicht im Adobe Account.Gruss Steffen

I have found that I am unable to select any options when Elements Organizer 2022 is loaded full screen. All menu items do nothing as does Import. When I switch out of full screen all seems fine. Using Windows 11.I don't have the same problem with the Photo Editor.

I just created an album in the Photoshop Elements 18 Organizer that is meant to show a timeline of events in 2022. But I selected them (foolishly, in retrospect) by viewing photos and videos from most recent to oldest, so they are in the reverse order that I want to present them in. I know that I can move the elements in there one-at-a-time to get them in the order I want, but is there a way to reverse the album order from oldest to newest?

I purchased the above edition and had my student ID verified. I received the serial number but can't figure out how to activate. 

I have been trying to get a simple fix for this bug ever since an update caused it. I cannot close Photo Editor when this message is showing. I have to use Task Manager to end task. Can someone give me a concise fix which works for this problem, Has Adobe fixed it since it was reported a long time ago? Last time I had a problem with Elements, Adobe, without my permision, downloaded a huge file called Adobe Creative Cloud which I finally got rid of. I don't want this to happen again.  I am about to scap the programme as Abode doesn't seem to be interested in fixing the issue.  Adobe, how about writing an update that gets rid of the bug without me having to go through a covoluted process.  Nothing suggested in other replies helps. 

I have been using Elements 2022 on Windws 10 laptop without a problem but suddenly the Artistic Effects no longer works.  Normally I would have an image open, click on the effect I wanted and hey presto it would open. Now, however, all I get is a brown image on top of my image.  All other effects from the Enhance menu work fine.  Wht do do? 

I just learned that I need to upgrade from PSE 2019 to 2023. I have also been using Lightroom for photo editing. Should I consider purchasing the PSE/Premiere Elements package instead of Lightroom? I don't edit videos or create slide shows. 

Help! I like to take progress screen shots yet everytime I try, blue lines from the layers appear. The same lines appear for each layer as I scroll over the image. Annoying in itself, but worse that they actually show in screenshots. What are they and how do I get rid of them?Thanks in advance! 

I am trying to get rid of a font name in Photoshop Elements 2023. I have deleted it in my Font Book Manager but it will not delete in Photoshop Elements 2023. I had the same issue in PSE2019. I am tired of error coming up when I scroll through the text manager box.  As you can see there is nothing there but as I scroll I get the error message. Just annoying.

After editing a subject sometimes the layers thumbnail pixelates and i cant get it to show the image unless I delete some steps in the history

Hello community, I have built a website for massage service in specific area. As you know attractive designs are much necessary to show on website to the users. I have tried it on paint but those designs are not perfect that I post on my website  [link removed by moderator]  related to massage service. One of my friend let me know that you can design more attractive designs through adobe photoshop. But I donn't know how to make them through it. Can anyone from the community help me out against this problem? I just want to impress my users through attractive designs available on my website. Thanks in advance!

The Elements 2022 Editor does not launch from Lightroom Classic.  I have been using Elements since 2000 upgrading through different versions.  I also have used Lightroom for years.  I use the Elements Catalog, edit in Lightroom, and then continue to edit in the Editor portion of Elements.  Since the 2022 Elements install, the Editor portion of Elements will not load from Lightroom.  The first error states: One or more plug-ins are currently not available on your system for details see help>System info.  The 2nd error takes some time to "appear" and states: The file could not be edited because Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor could not be launched. I have done 2 chats with Adobe and received no helpful information.  I am very frustrated and fear that I will never have a workable photo editing system again.None of my 3rd party plug-ins appeared in the new Editor but remain accessable in Lightroom!I need the Editor to complete my images.......and
