Photoshop Elements

Help! I have Photoshop Elements 2020. I use my lasso tool to copy and paste, but suddenly, it won't move. I can't drag it anywhere with my mouse. Can anyone help? I use Windows 11. Thanks.

Hello, I have tried everything!! Everytime i try to import the photos from my Win 10 PC it consumes all the memory and crashes. i have attached an error from event log, please help!!

Hello,Across the top left corner is a logo on a transparent background (1200 x 1200, but the logo is much smaller than that). As well as the photo of the shoes I am selling (also 1200 x 1200), I want to paste the logo so it always appears in the same place for every product I sell.Using the selection tool, I copied the entire logo image. After choosing my shoes, I clicked on paste into selection to paste the entire image. However, my logo appears in the center of the image, not in a corner. Is there something I'm doing wrong? This is my first time using Photoshop, so I really appreciate any help you can give me!

it will not load even though I've re-installed it and closed my computer several times! it says it trying, see screeshot below, but then it times out. My 2023 premiere elements works fine. I had trouble with 2023 organizer, but when I got that working, photoshop elements stopped working and  refused to load. anyone tell me what's happening and how I can fix it? thanks so much!  

While working on a project I needed to stop for a while so I went to the file and clicked the "save as" option. I saved the project under this section and when I went back to retrieve the work and continue, it was no where to be found. What am I doing wrong.

Dear Community,  I was very excited when I found out about Elements because it seemed like exactly the piece of software I needed, but I'm hesitating to purchase after I noticed the newest versions do not offer any image interpolation options, not even in Expert mode. Being able to switch between Bicubic and Nearest Neighbor is crucial in certain types of work. Afaik, early versions of PE (3, 4 etc) offered this option. Obviously Photoshop has it, but full Photoshop is overpowered for my needs and way too expensive. Is nn gone for good from the contemporary versions of PE or is it still being considered as a potential addition in the future?

I would like to install the elements+ plugins for elements 2023.  I read somewhere, I believe in one of the photography magazine reviews that it tends to crash a lot and doesn't work that well with Nikon images.  Not sure if what I read it bogus or if there is some truth to it.Does anyone know anything about this?Thanks

I'm looking for a focus stacking program/software that I can use in Photoshop elements 2023.  I've read up on Helicon focus and a few others.  What is everyones recommendations?  Any insight to what is the best one to get is appreciated.Thanks

I bought  2022 today.  After installation I tried to actvate using the serial number in the email.  But was told nmber invalid.  I went back to my adobe account and confirmed the number, then tried again.  But same result. Need help, thanks in advance

I just purchased PSE 2023, and it consistently crashes during the latter part of installation and upon launch w/ the error log as attached. Not sure why libraries would be missing. I'm running MacOS 11.7, and I'd really prefer not to install MacOS 12.  I've also tried unistalling and re-installing PSE 2023.   Please Help!     Branched from unrelated thread about PSE 2012.    

Just bought PS Elements 2023.Installing was no problem, but it crashes when I try to open it.My computer is Mac mini M1 running Big Sur 11.7.1Among the system requirements, macOS 11 is listed by Adobe.What could be the issue??Other people have the same problem? Here's the report that shows up: 

Hi, I'm facing problems trying to reinstall photoshop elements 14 from dvd. After several failed attempts I opened install.log file and ond on the bottom there are two fatals.The first FATAL says that "Something is an empty string. This should not have happened"and the second FATAL says "Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 113 error message"I deactivated computer's antivirus but the installation problems remained.Can anyone help me with that ? 

When i try to open a raw file from my Nikon D7500 into the raw converter, in Elements 2023, the screen freezes and the only way out is to press CTRL.ALT.DEL. Converting the same image to Adobe DNG will open fine. I don't wont to go down the route of having to change all my raw files to DNG's to edit my images.

I just purchased Elements and realized I misspelled my email - it won't work! I can't figure out where to go to contact someone to correct this mistake. What should I do? Please be specific.  Payment went through with Paypal so they have the money.

Am using iMac OSX Ventura 13.1Elements Editor is removing faces added within the Organizer.Any suggestions other than add faces after the Editor? Thanks

System info from within PS Elements 19 app shows: Required Plug-ins folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019\Required\Plug-Ins\Primary Plug-ins folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019\Plug-Ins\ But there are no such folders Everytime I try to create one here with this name the folder disappears 

This post might apply to those users with ultrawide/multi-monitor configurations.MY DESKTOP SYSTEM:Windows 11 since June 2021CPU: AMD 5900X, GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080Monitor: 49" 5120x1440 Curved Monitor (Samsung LS49AG952NNXZA)               Previous: Triple 2560x1440 monitorsPROBLEM:As a user of PSEO 2021 (ie. 44k photos & 7K videos), I ran into numerous issues including; 1) program hangs when launching videos, 2) using task manager force to force quit PSEO process upon normal closure, 3) seemingly random "application window corruption", and 4) inability to import HEIC iphone photos. I eventually thought that many problems could be solved by upgrading to PSE 2023 as it was W11 compatible. Although performance improved and benefited from the new features of the 2023 version, stability problems persisted. After extensive troubleshooting using, I think all tips from this forum, nothing seemed to fully solve the issues. Sometimes the software worked

Hello,I have had PhotoShop Elements 15 on my WIndows 10 desktop for many years. It has the elive, Quick, Guided, and Expert edit modes along the top. Recently I bought a new Win11 desktop and went to Adobe website and downloaded to this computer a second copy of my license for PhotoShop Elements 15. When I launch it on my Win11 computer by selecting Photo Editor, I am presented with the Quick editing mode but along the top it does not say elive, Quick, Guided, and Expert. I have relaunched it several times and no change. Apparently I am stuck in Quick mode. A similar problem in this forum from 2019 discussed a lack of RAM as a possible cause but my new computer has 128GB RAM. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this? Thank you. 

I was wanting to overlay 2 photos and got it accomplished in "Overlay Images Online" I saved to my desktop with no issue. I wanted to make some adjustments to it in Elements 18 but it won't let me save it. Comes up and says it may be corrupt or something like that. Is there a way to open it in Elements? 

Dumb question:Where can I purchase Photoshop Elements 15 (for Windows 10)? Is there a 30 day free trial?I know there is a 30 day free trial for Photoshop 2023 but I am used to older versions and do not have time to spend months trying to learn this advanced version which I am sure is light years from version 15. 

I am trying to find a way to have text outside of a circle flip to inside of the circle so it is not upside down on the lower half. I found a 2013 tutorial that makes a duplicate copy of the text and then rotates it to the bottom half of the circle, but then he simply drags the text to the inside which I don't seem to be able to do in mine.  I can't figure out how to flip it to the inside or do anything so the text is not upside down.  Any help would be wonderful!
