Photoshop Elements

Adobe’s EULA states that I can install adobe applications on two computers at the same time as long as I only use the application on one computer at a time.  However, the key does not work when trying toactivate the application on macOS.  The EULA also states “The Software is licensed for use on a specific operating system platform” but this statement only occurs in the section regarding dual boot platforms.  A Windows desktop and a completely separate MacBook pro laptop are two completely separate devices and do not constitute a "Dual Boot Platform". A Dual Boot Platform would be Windows and a Hackintosh running on the same MB/CPU/RAM, or a MacBook pro running macOS, running a Windows installation using Boot Camp which again is still using the same MB/CPU/RAM, these both are examples of Dual Boot Platforms.  The EULA cleary says that you can do this but it does not work.  Does anyone know how to make this work? Thanks!

I am missing the Quick Guided Expert options at the top middle of the screen. I am stuck in quick mode. I tried resetting panels, resetting preference son next launch, reinstalling the program. I am on Windows 11 22H2. Photoshop Elements 2021 v19.3 Any thoughts on how to fix this?   thanks,

Is it possible with Phtotoshop Elements to import images from a cloud into the Organizer without downloading them, but only when editing them and saving them back to the cloud after editing? Or is this only possible with Lightroom?Thank you

I scanned several black and white negatives.  Every time I attempt to use the lasso tool in the Expert editing mode, I get the following error message: "Warning: no pixels are more than 50% selected.  The selection edges will not be visible"  When I click ok, the lasso tool disapears. How do I overcome this issue?

I use PSE for scrapbooking so I have lots of layers.   They all appear to be blank in the layers panel.   Been Using PSE since Version 5 and have never seen this.   It looks like I just hit the add layer button several time.   Very hard to work with. 

I just upgraded my imac OS to Monterey 12.6.1. My dropbox folder, which contains all my photos, has had to move to a hidden folder: users/imac/library/cloudstorage/dropbox.  Until now, I have been able to organise and edit photos using Elements (2020 version 18) on my mac and share them via dropbox with all my other devices. However, with this required change in the dropbox folder location, I cannot access the folder or the photos in the Elements desktop app. Any ideas on how I can see these photos in Elements again? I can see the photos in their original location but then I cannot share them via dropbox.

I have a Windows desktop computer and a Macbook pro laptop that I purchased for a photography club I started.  Can I get both Mac and Windows versions with one purchase of Photoshop Elements or do I have to buy two?

Is there a way to flip my image so it isn't backwards?

In the Organizer 2023 app, when I import photographs, how do I get the titles I have on individual photos to appear on the media display page.  The photo titles used to appear on the media pages using my previous Organizer app.  Thanks

I can't find serial number for Adobe Photoshop  Elements 2022.

I just purchased PSE 2023, and I can't find the pdf manuals to download. In the past there were separate manuals for the Organizer and the Editor. Does anyone know where I can find the pdfs? Thanks,Shane.

Photoshop Elements 2022 is not opening a TIFF file correctly. It is cutting off the right 1.5 of a photo that is 3.5 in wide. I cannot open the file at all in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Non si aprono film ottenuti con Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra,.Il mio Photoshop Elements  è del 2020.I codec HEIF e HEVC sono correttamente installatiI file sono mp4, H265. Si aprono regolarmente in Windows 10 Pro 64bit, si visualizzano molto bene.Su 7 files stranamente solo 2 si aprono.Allego la nota di PEOrganizer quando cerco di importarli.Come risolvere?

Why would I upgrade to 2023 when PSE 2022 has never worked, it will not load.  I receive a splash screen...then nothing.  Periodically it will give an error message to unistall and reinstall, which I've done multiple times with no luck.  

Hi,I downloaded Photoshop Elements 2021 to try it out (I am running Mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave), decided I'd like to buy it.When I open the app it gives me the option to continue the free trial or 'Buy now'. This button takes me to a web page to purchase it, except it says I will be purchasing PSE 2022.I can't find anywhere else on the Adobe website to buy PSE 2021, it only lets me buy the 2022 version.Does anyone know why this happens or if I purchase it this way will I be able to actually run PSE 2021?I don't want to accidentally buy software I can't actually use.Thank you

When I try to run Gigapixel AI 6.2.2 from File > Automation Tools I get the following error:"Could not complete the Topaz AI command because of a program error".  Any ideas? Thanks

Move a  folder in the organizer without coping the folder in that slot. I want to to line them up so that the flolder does not copy   Richard

I just added a new sub-category keyword (inside Places).  It now shows up at the bottom of the list. I want to sort it so its in proper alphebetical order.  I may have done this before since all other kewords seem to be in alphabetical order.  I went to edit, preferences, keywords and switched from manual to alphabetical but still can't move the sub-category.  How can I sort?  Thanks.

Hi, I currently run Elements 15 but it does not support Canons new CR3 raw file format from the Canon RP mirrorless camera. Does Elements 2020 support CR3 files?

When I print 8X10 my Canon printer says 300 dpi so less quality, but photo is like 3-5 MP. I would think 3MP would print fine, but it just prints okay but nowhere near perfect or like I see on PC screen. Any ideas?At five-by-seven no issues.
