Photoshop Elements

Three issues!Adobe System shows Elements 2021 Download with the Serial Number for the recent purchase of Elements 2023.I somehow loaded Elements 2023 but it does not accept Nikon D7100 Raw Files.AND there is not live person to help me!Suggestions? 

I'm trying to print a collage.  Am getting the error "the following image will be rendered at less than 300 dpi at the requested print size" from PSE. (8x10).  Each part was resized to 300 resolution.  Want to get into digiscraping, but this is slowing me down.

before buying the new PSEversion it might be better to wait a few weeks.. OS 13 will be out in a few days. Wait and see ....

Been having problems with PSE 2021 lately and so I called Adobe. Agent directed me to do full backup (content AND links) and I followed his instructions. But I have laboriously stored photos and videos by year in File Explorer, and that's where I want to keep and update source files. I do not want or need a Catalog that contains photos and videos. How do I get out of this mess and go back to my File Explorer structure?

I have reistalled Photoshop/Elements onto a new computer and got the message regarding 'the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers'. I get that.The good news: I have not reset the old computer to factory settings, so was able to start up and access 'Help/Sign Out' to deactivate.The bad news: Nothing happens! It is not greyed out or anything, just non responsive.- I have tried deleting/reinstalling the software and there is no change.- I have looked for activated products and there are none showing.Any ideas??

How do I import color swatches from Photoshop Elements 2022 into Photoshop Elements 2023?

This seems to be a historic problem as far back as PSE13. I recently PURCHASED the PSE2019 upgrade and now I can't print to my HP Photosmart 7520. Before PSE2018 printed the same photos FINE. Other apps print FINE.* I have updated the HP 7520 Drivers. * I have reconnected to my networkIt's unbelievable that this problem still exists.So now what do I do?Nell

How to I use elements to size  a complete image for instagram ?  I want to make the entire image to be shown without any cropping by instagram.  I underatnd there will be bars. I am okay with that. When I post a 180x1350 image now it gets cripped off. Thank you. 

I've just received an email from Adobe offering 50% off Adobe Elements and Premiere ElementsThe email says the price is £80.05 as opposed to £119.14 for the pairHowever, £80.05 is not 50% of £119.14By that calculation the price should be £59.57So Adobe are overcharging on their own offer, which is weird.Worse still, when you go to buy the website changes the price to £87.60Anyone here been able to buy the products at the advertised 50% off?And is there an official retail price?

Contactez le Service Clientele.". Le numéro de série figure bien dans les produits enregistrés, mais ne remonte pas dans appareils activés.Impossible de joindre le service clientèle, pas de contact

I am migrating from Lightroom to Photoshop Elements. I have created tags in Lightroom (confirmed that tags are present - Windows/Properties/Details) but the tags did not import along with the photos in PSE.Any ideas? 

I have recently acquired an older iMac which is unable to run Elements 2023. On Adobe's website, I can download Photoshop Elements 2022 and use the free trial. When I go to try and purchase it, it says that I am purchasing Photoshop Elements 2023. Is there any way to purchase the full version of Photoshop Elements 2023 2022? If not, is there a similar program that will run on Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7). Thanks for any advice!   ----edited by moderator---

Apologies if this has already been discussed. My question is whether Photoshop Elements (2021 19.0 x 64) can handle 10-bit displaysin the same way as Photoshop. In Photoshop one has to carry out the following:Edit > Preferences > Performance > Graphics Processor Settings > Advanced Settigns ...Drawing Mode > Normal or Advancedcheck 30 Bit Display option Photoshop Elements seems to offer a more limited choice as follows:Edit > Preferences > Performance > Graphics Processor SettingsUse Graphic Processor for improved performance I am wondering whether this difference is due to in-built limitationsof Photoshop Elements or, maybe, due to the fact that the Graphics Processorthat has been detected does not allow such settings. Many thanks in advance for any help or pointers.

I've removed all traces of any previous Photoshop files, cleaned junk files off the computer, rebooted several times, but when I try running the Photoshop 2020 Elements install, it opens a window (see screen capture below) and just stops.  Nothing happens.  This is ONLY happening on my main desktop computer.  It's a fast computer with plenty of RAM, more than meeting the spec requirements.  I've also rebooted to Safe Mode and tried installing, but that doesn't work either.  However, I was able to successfully install PS 2020 Elements on two laptops with no problems. Anyone have a cure for this issue?  Please, anyone with advice or suggestions would be apprecited. When I run the install, all I get is this pop up window: If I click on the X to close the window, the window changes to this:

Wanting to upgrade a 76-yr-old, irreplaceable, black and white, wallet-size, wedding photo to at least an 8”x10” — ideally to a 10” x 13” or 11” x 14” — without having to blur/lose details. Enough detail is present to go that large but damage on 2 of 4 individuals is making this a real challenge! Photo was actually carried in a wallet at one time -- has severe crackle interspersed with “blue mold” (photo's reaction to leather wallet and/or something stored adjacent) when scanned in color at 4800 ppi. Scanning in color versus black and white, for me, creates an IDEAL, vintage look (just a hint of brown) that also makes flaws easiest to see/repair. However, willing to try from any approach at this point! Tried so far:  Scanning all the way down to as low as 150 ppi doesn’t resolve the problem.  Too much damage exists to repair all that is visible at only 15 to 20 zooming — using spot healing brush (both proximity match and conte

I'm almost embarrassed to post this, but I've had zero luck getting through to a live person at Adobe. Using PS Elements. I've got two images open in the window. Want to drag the application to my external monitor because it's larger and brighter and should let me focus on some of the finer details, don't you think? Well, forget that noise, because MacOS won't allow me to drag the window from my internal display to my external monitor. WTF? Also, I don't know how my profile got changed or why I can't post this under my original profile.

At first I thought it was related to launching videos in the Organizer, but when I try to backup the catalog it hangs and eventually I get a message that the program is no longer responding. This has happened repeatedly. Looked for online help, tried to optimize and then repair catalog -- both failed with the no longer responding message. My PC is a Windows 11 running the latest version. How can I fix this please?

Es erscheint der Kreis, innen mit einer unscharfen bläulichen Verfärbung, aber er kopiert mmir nicht mehr die gewünschten Stellen im Foto. Wer kann mir helfen? Bitte in deutscher Sprache!

I have Elements 2020 and haven't used it for quite a while.  I notice that the Maps/Place feature no longer works, I've tried searcing for a solution online without success.When I click on the Places tab I get a 404 error page which seems to suggest that the application is not connecting correctly, see screenshot.Can anybody point me in the right direction?  I'm using Mac OS Monterey. 

Je viens d'installer PSE 2023 sur un nouveau PC et de convertir mon catalogue. Tout s'est bien passé, sauf que l'écran de l'Editeur affiche tous ses textes (fichiers, édition, ...) ainsi que les outils, en caractères minuscules (h environ 1.5 mm ! voir copie d'écran) alors que ce n'est pas le cas pour l'écran de l'Organiseur. Après de nombreuses recherches personnelles, j'ai contacté aujourd'hui, par téléphone, le service dépannage d'Adobe qui n'a pas pu régler le problème. Quelqu'un a t'il fait le même constat sur son Editeur ? Que faire ? Merci pour vos conseils.

I have installed Elements 2013 on a brand new top of the line gaming computer.  Organizer loads superfast and Editor is quick too, BUT, it takes over a minute before I can start using it.  Once I can use it, it seems to be fine.  My computer used Windows11.  Does anyone know why this is happening?
