Photoshop Elements

I have Photoshop Elements 2024 installed on my home computer. I also have the recent version of Exposure 7 bundle upgrade installed (Exposure Software: Snap Art 4, Blowup 3, Exposure X3). All was well, until recently where now I get an non-descript error message within Photoshop Elements when I attempt to use any of the Exposure Software plug-ins. I contacted Exposure Software about this issue. Their response was that Photoshop Elements "is not an officially supported host program," but didn't indicate where the problem lies, either with Photoshop or their Exposure software. I can't figure out how to make both apps compatible again. Please advise. Thank you.

In Photoshop Elements 2023 the download shows the file as an unrecognizable file with its date. The photo thumnail is not present. Once downloaded and imported into the Organizer the RAW image is displayed.This occurs with RAW image from a D750 and a D500.This worked as expected for several years with PSE17This was previously reported in the forum on PSE 2022What is the solution?

Hi Everyone,I am using photoshop element 2019 on windows. I have a bussiness card which is (3.2x2)inch. I made the bussiness card to (3.75x2.25)inch by expanding the canvas size. Business card background color is red and I want same color on epanded canvas.What action I should take to resolve this problem. Please help me to get the exact color on expanded canvas

Hi everyone:I've just installed PS Elements and shortcut cmd+z has  two actions assigned: "Undo" and "haze removal".So when using cmd+z , haze removal launches  and Undo is not working.Some suggestions to fix that bug?

Just updated my windows 10 computer with Elements 24 from Elements 12.  Want to do a backup of my photos.  Not recognizing my DVD drive as a destination option.  Any guidance appreciated!  Scott

Hi,I'm trying to change the name of a "New File" on a subfolder.I can successfully add a "New File", but when I write the name, it gives me this Elements Organizer popup window that says "! Analysis is currently running on the selected media. Please try again after some time. OK"First off, there was no media selected.Second, there is nothing anylsising in the status bar at the very bottome of the screen to the left of the "My Catalog..."I've waited, then tried again and get the same message.Have attached a screen grab of this with Red Arrow pointing to the file name I'm trying to change to "1981" and Circled in Red the popup window message.What's going on and how do I correct this?

Leider habe ich im Dezember 2023 den Umstieg auf PSE 2024 durchgeführt. Seither benötigt es viele Versuche - vor allem auch viel Geduld - bis der Editor gestartet werden kann. Ich starte diesen direkt aus dem Programm-File, weil nach Drücken des entsprechenden Buttons im Organizer zwar das Laden beginnt, aber irgendwann ohne Start des Programmes endet. Ich verwende seit "Urzeiten" Photoshop Elements nach regelmäßigem Kauf eines Updates, aber diesmal hätte ich es besser unterlassen, das PSE 2024 Update zu kaufen 😞 Schade, so kann man Anwender verärgern 😞 Wäre natürlich fair, wenn sich der Support des Problems annehmen würde ...

Can someone PLEASE explain how to print an image at a specific percentage - i.e. 59%? I have seached high and low to find a dialog box in PSE that offers a field where you can fill in the percentage rather than the desired dimensions- no luck. Here's the closest I can get, but its not what I need...  thanks for any help 

Hallo ich benötige bitte Hilfe. Mein Textwerkzeug schreibt nur Großbuchstaben, obwohl die Umschalttaste nicht gedrückt ist. Ich habe die Werkzeugvoreinstellungen schon zurückgesetzt und Elements neu gestartet. Der Fehler ist trotzdem noch vorhanden.

When I open up all my business files in the new Photoshop Elements 2023, I get the missing font error message for one specific font. I am aware of the change where PostScript Type 1 fonts are no longer supported in Elements, however, the font that is missing is an OpenType file font, so I do not understand why I am getting this message. Please help!

Since upgrading, new fonts I've installed on Windows aren't listed in Photoshop Elements. I have tried restarting the program. I have tried rebooting my PC. No luck.

Several of my fonts are not showing on PSE 2023. I have tried all the suggestions I can find and nothing is working. I have PSE 7 and they all show there. Can anyone help?

I suspect this is probably an error on my part but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong so I am hoping someone here can help me. My layer thumbnails keep disappearing. It doesn't seem to be tied to any particular action. Sometimes they poof after I have added layer masks, sometimes it is after I have made a selection and other times they poof after I add another layer.I'm attaching some screenshots - the thumbnails images are visible and then they just disappear.  The only thing I did was click on the layer that I copied, as soon as I did that, poof! So I didn't actually use any tools. If I close the program and reopen it, the thumbnail images will show up again. Sometimes they will remain and other times they will disappear again. It doesn't happen all the time so I have no clue what is causing it.I assumed it was happening because my previous laptop barely met the system requirements and the program just didn't run great on it. I have since updated to a nicer laptop and

I downloade the premiere elements 2024.  I installed it by clicking the download button from my account on adobe.  After the install when I click "Photo Editor" button, it asks if I want to download the trial version.  Now where does it ask for the serial number durring the install or after I open the app on my computer. How do I get the paid version installed and working?

I've downloaded Photoshop Elements from my product section and extracted the files. When I try to install it on my new computer, it tells me to update the browser.  Both Edge and Chrome are completely updated.  How can I get it to run?

My Photoshop Elements 2021 Freezes when launched. I get the following error message: Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 Editor Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware. Check the manufacturer’s website for the latest software. Graphics hardware enhancements can be enabled in the performance panel of preferences. What can I do now? 

Every image I open in Elements 2023 is significantly desaturated compared to the same file in other paint programs. The image on the left is the washed out version Elements displays, and the one on the right is how it should look. How do I fix this? Every picture is like this, and it's seriously aggravating!  

Hello, I have a question about how to associate a specific function to the pen while I use photoshop elements?For example when I click the button on the pen, I wish I can regolate the size of the brush so that I can quickly switch from a size to another....At the moment, when I click the button on the pen, Photoshop open the panel ' brushes', not the size of brushes ...thank you for the help! 

I installed (a fresh download) of Photoshop Elements 2024 on a new computer. After restoring the catalog, I did a reconnect prior to backup. Organizer shows 24 theme files (themeXX.theme) that are not connected. I have searched the program folders and found folders labelled theme1, theme2, etc. but they all show empty. I have done backups without worrying about it, but I was interested if there was a way to get these files reconnected so that the Reconnection tool would be more useful (I wouldn't have to scan through all the theme files to make sure there wasn't anything else disconnected). I just bought PSE2024 and did a Bulk Import of my whole Photos file, which also had many subfolders, into the Organizer.Then, b/c it's been years since I last used PSE (had PSE13), I decided I should clean up my Photos file, but did it on my external hard drive, NOT through the Catelog in PSE2024. Opps!How do I get the my Catelog Folder Tree to match/look like my actual external hard drive files tree?Do I delete the folders from inside the Catelog (tried that and it won't let me)?Do I make a New Catelog with a new name and do another Bulk import to this new catelog, then delete the original/old catelog?Need help and rest assured, I've learned my lesson about messing with my files on my hard drive and will only mess with them THROUGH the Catelog from now on.Thanks!

Same thing in Photoshop Elements 2024, can't save Presets, always reset and removes the [Unnamed] preset when choosing others.

I have had earlier versions of Elements but have never had this issue. I don't store my photos on Photoshop Elements but when I open any photos that are stored on my computer, It opens up Photoshop Elements and displays the picture there. I want to be able to just open a picture to view and not have it come up in my editing program. Is there something somewhere that I can disable or change the setting on? Thx

I have purchased a new copy of PE 2024 from Micro Center. I have an older computer with a Core i-5 3330 processor. PE 2024 editor will not open. Micro Center would not refund me but just said that it was a hardware issue & that I had to eat the $100.00. When click to open editor, I get an error message that says "ippiPyramidGetSize_L: The specified procedure cannot be found" What can be done to fix this?

I am currently trying to figure out which product might do what I need done, if any.  I have a picture that was taken on an iPhone 2nd gen SE.  The focus was on an object about arms length from the camera.  I am trying to figure out where the photo was taken and need to enhance the background to see if it somewhere familiar. I do not have experience with Adobe photo products and really don't want to purchase something that will be useless.  I am not clear on 2 things- 1 can this be done in Elements? 2 If I have no experience, will I be able to do it? Any help is appreciated. I have added the photo encase that helps
