None of the menu themes are a good fit for the project I'm currently working on. I've tried to google if it is possible to make a custom movie menu but haven't found anything so far. Has anyone been able to make custom menu icons or anything like that?  I know you can change the backgrounds, font for the text, and some other small things, but I want to be able to add a custom icon for the chapter selections. (Mini side-rant: How is premiere pro the industry standard video editor and yet I can't make a main menu for dvds in it?)

As i am trying to move the timeline cursor little vertical lines keep popping up and stop me from grabbing the timeline cursor. How do it rid of these? 

I have an older video recorded in 1280x720p and I would like export it as either: same 1280x720p format without black barsORconvert it to 1920x1080 format (so I will not see black bars) Using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 Thanks!

When loading a video in MP4 format from Sanyo Camcorder, which is 4GB / 35'26'' long, Premiere Elements 2021 says it is only 5'36'' long and it runs much too fast - what can I do?In the internet I found some hint for a similar problem with Premiere Pro, where the audio input channelhad to be switched off to solve the problem, but this did not help in my case. 

Received this error on Premiere Elements 10 when attempting to insert Text into a timeline.  This just started happening.  An uninstall/reinstall of the app did not help.  Still get the error. Premiere Elements has encountered an error. [..\..\Src\Sequence\Link.cpp-80] Any thoughts?

I'm using Adobe Element Premiere Elements 13, have a video (MP4) of which video is fine but there are at 2 different spots 1 word I want to mute or replace with a beep. Can I do that with this application and if so, how? 

My 2021 priemere element was working fine but now here's what I'm experiences. When I play my Audio or Videos in the preview, rendering was done correctly, it is played too fast.When I export it plays fine. This was working at first I'm not sure what change.  Does anybody have a solution for this Problem? 

Using Premiere Elements 2021.1 and videos imported from dashcam show up with a purple hue and doubled/offset frames.  The video appears normal in windows media player, VLC, on android and in the Premiere Elements save preview.  When saved the video is saved in the corrupted state.  Is there a way to correct this or is there a way to get a refund on Premiere Elements?  Video Codec Type: M/MOV H.264 4:2:0 CPU: I3-7100U GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620 (running latest drivers from Intel)

Tested on Windows 10.After multiple clips are selected via lasso method, I would expect the gap to be closed for all clips selected not just one. Side question - does anybody know how to select all clips on a single track (not all tracks) via a keyboard shortcut? Thx 

PE 15, how to add media from organizer to project assets without adding them to timeline at the same time, this is in Expert mode. Can this be done or is this the only way the system works when using the organizer to add media?

Are there any additional themes for the expert instant movie selection?  Using an iMac. I went to expert mode and create / video story.  I see general, birthday, graduation, travel or wedding as options.  I'm putting together old family videos and would like a genealogy or family theme. thank you. 

I purchased Premiere Elements 2019 but never really used it. I'd like to use it now and am trying to install it on my iMac (running Big Sur) from my purchase history in my Adobe account. Every time I try to open it I get a message that the Adobe Application Manager is missing. I follow the link which opens up Creative Cloud and that's as far as I get. I have a license key, but I just can't get far enough to install it. And if there is really an online chat available, tell me how to find it!

I have recently had to completely  reinstall my windows 10 OS.After reinstalling all my files I now find that when trying to reload projects I receive the message that "This type of file is not supported,or the required is not installed."I have installed the windows 10 codec pack.Any help on this problem would be appreciated.rob-lin  

How do I check that the audio levels don't exceed 0db? On other applications I have used there is an audio level meter.

good morning,I use adobe premier elements 2020,I complete the timeline without problems, but when I use the "export" function, the program lets me choose the desired setting, but once the export is started the export stops or gives me the "blue screen".the project has a resolution of 1920x1080.my configuration is:-windows 10-pentium i9.-32gb ram.-hd from 1863bg, partition used 590gb of which 370gb free,-video card 1 nvidia rtx 2080 (main) + 1 nvidia gtx 780 (secondary), video driver version 465.89.

Hello all,Intermediate PE user here. 1st time with this experience. Video is built and looks great in Timeline. Even preview in Export (Quick or other no difference) looks great.  Once exported, final video includes clips that were trimmed off and does not include other clips visible during Timeline or preview. No clue how to proceed. Please help! KMB

I am trying to copy my project on Element 2021 to a flash drive.  My flash drive is 32gb and the project is 5.4gb.  There is nothing on the flash drive.  When I try to copy it says the file is too big for the drive to move.  Is there something I am doing wrong.  I believe I should be able to move the project to the flash drive and still have over 25gb left on the flash drive.  Please help me, I am pulling my hair out and I don't have too much left.  Thanks 

Hi I have always used Prem. elements to burn DVDs with menus.I know the current version does not allow that anymore (!!!)Can anyone help by telling me which legacy version was the last one to offer this?PC or MACIt would help me enormously.ThanksVince

I make time lapse videos of starry skies.  I finally realized that the reason my videos look so bad is that when I upgraded from Premiere elements 13 to 2019, the video was less clear and the stars blinked instead of smoothly moving across the frame.  Do I have a setting wrong in Premiere Elements 2019?  Ther only suggestion from support was to uncheck hardware acceleration, but that did not help.  Windows 10, all drivers and software up to date.  It looks like the star blink because they fall between the scan lines.  Any suggestions? I purposely started my video about 20 seconds from the beginning. I figured I'd leave time for titles. I now realize 20 seconds is much too much. How can I just delete a number of measures or, I guess more correctly, seconds, from the very begining of the project? I have too many tracks to just move everything closer to the beginning.Thanks.LNovik

After using a background music file a couple of times I get a message that the file is missing.  Where can I go to get another copy of the missing music file, and what folder do I drop it into?

How can I ask a question about adobe premiere elements 12?I want to digitize VHS cassettes with a SCART to USB adapter, but this adapter is not recognized by adobe premiere elements 12.It does work with studio 11 program
