Premiere Elements

I have just bought PE 2026.   I am trying it for use it for the first time and I have just discovered that It does not read correctly the MTS files that my old version of PE was using without problems.   PE 2026 does not identify the audio part of the clips.   What can I do ?Fabio Colasanti

Hello all,Before purchasing an upgrade that might not work I would like to ask if it is possible to buy and install in a Mac (apple chip) the upgrade Photoshop and Premier Elements 2026. I have the 2020 product that no longer can be installed and used in my Mac (not supported by new OS). So no programs installed there but I have the disks and the serial numbers for each of the products in the 2020 bundle.Thank you very much for your time and advice.Best 

I am completely mystified by the way the video and audio tracks are displayed in the newest version. I want to have my second video audio track appear below my second video track.  I can find no way to do this, and yet it was the way they appeared in previous versions.  What am I missing here?

I have used Premiere Elements for 18 years.   Now I had to reinstall PE14 on a new computer.   It seems to be working well, but I keep getting "transcoding errors" when burning DVDs.I have changed computer and now I have one using Windows 11.    To install PE14 on it I had to disacrivate the "Memory Integrity protection" of Windows; install PE14; disactivate a driver by adding "old" to its name    (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\PxHIpa64.sysold) and reactivating the "Memory Integrity protection" of Windows.   This driver is part of the DVD burning process.I have now worked for two days on the clips of my last three-week holiday in France and I need to burn the resulting two DVDs.    To do this, I have disactivated the Windows memory protection and restored its right name to the driver I just mentioned.   Now PE14 recognises the DVD burning device.   My intention is to reactivate the protection as soon as I had

Hi All, After editing mp4 files into an adobe premiere elements 2026 file then exporting to High Quality 1080 preset my audio is out of sync with the video on the mp4 created export file.The raw footage I imported for editing is perfectly in sync. It's going out of sync on the export. Note: It does not happen all the time, just in a couple circumstances so far. And this also happened with 2020 before I upgraded to 2026. Thanks

My .pre is 2m 19s, but after exporting the .mp4 is only 2m 01s, cutting the end off. What do I do?

Prel is a great app - but a couple annoyances drive me crazy. The biggest is the position of the timeline window. There is no way to save workarea layouts and it occasionally resets, so I often need to reposition that timeline window.  My Windows utility for remembeiing window size and position does not help because that window is not savable cause it has no title. What do people do about this? Also, the dual monitor command is a joke because it ignores my dual monitor setup. And also, the Project Assets window keeps opening and getting in the way when I don't want it to. And a bunch of other little problems. Are these just annoyances that I have to live with?          Joel

I have an already-purchased version of Premiere Elements 13 which I am attempting to install on Windows 11. When I initially attempted to run the program I got the Adobe Sign-in window (which I have attached a picture of). It required me to either validate through the QRcode or use offline activation, the latter of which I tried using the request code and my serial number, but this failed to produce a response code. I tried the QRcode method and this results in nothing more than the window closing and the program not loading. Initially I was able to run the software but now all I get is the activation/log-in window and the results I have described above. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Since I upgraded from windows 10 to 11 when opening elements it asks me to sign up to a 30 free trial.I, therefore, can't access any of my previous projects or create new ones.Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I bought and installed Premiere Elements.  When I open it and click on" Photo Editor", it tells me to try a free trial.  I just bought the whole thing so why is tellingme to try a free trial?

My Premiere Elements, ELements Organiser and Photoshop 2022 were working fine. I have just signed up to Premiere Pro and now they have all stopped working and showing an Error Code 11. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and cannot even don this now as Error Code 11.

I purchased elements 23 online from Blitzhandel. It won't install on Windows 1112th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF (3.60 GHz)64-bit operating system, x64-based processor32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)6gb video card.I used the link they sent me and downloaded it from Adobe website.Error 183 and MSVCR120.dll cannot be found.They (blitzhandel)  claimed that it was incompatible with my operating sys.Did I simply get ripped off with some bugus software?

I just purchased photoshop / premiere elements 2026. My computer is a dell optiplex 990 16Gb ram w/ i7 processor running windows 10 upgraded from windows 7. Elements installs but will not run. I have a good nvidia graphics card and have updated the driver. I also ran the C+ recommended update but i already had updated that. I've tried the typical restarts and un-install re-install plus uninstall all the other Adobe apps, No luck so farI suspect I'm hosed and probably need a newer windows 11 machine...ErrrrrAny ideas ?

I have multiple horizontal clips I filmed on my Samsung S23 Ultra that when imported into Premiere Elements 2024 editor become a psychedelic mess, a mess that perseveres after export. Any ideas how to fix it? Below is a shot of how it looks and the properties of the video. Appreciate any assistance!    

I have photoshop premiere elements 2024And almost everytime I want to export and share a video, the video starts rendering everything okey.But then at 100% it gives an exporterror and just an OK button (see attached file)However as long as I DON'T klick okey I can go to the file. Copy it and paste it on another locatien. The file there works fine. When I do click the OK Button, the file that should be saved disappears.Yes I have acces to the location. There are files that somehow ARE saving fine. Strangest thing actually is that the file I made first did save, but then I had to cut a piece out of that video to repeat it a few times. And that file (with the same files used) just didn't save and gave that export error. It's really frustrating, although I have a workarround.

Hi Not sure if this is possible... but will ask just in case! I have an old video of family and in the bottom corner it has the date stamp. I want to cover the date stamp so it is not visible (but have the video astill playing).  Is there any way to obscure it? Many thanks!

Good evening, I just went to install the latest version of Adobe Premier Elements 2025 version 25.2, however after a fresh install and the version number isn't changing, please see attached screen shot. Any idea's?

Elements 2025: When I'm putting together episodes of our gaming show, we have the game footage with game audio, and our commentary audio track. After importing both files, I will manually line the two up with a sync point. This will get it to an "Almost synched" state, where they're not quite lined up yet and the two audio tracks clash slightly. I check a later point in the file and realize they're not aligned right, adjust one track over a few frames, and now they're "Perfectly synched". I will playback the movie on Premiere's preview window and everything sounds perfect. However, after I export the movie into a file, what gets exported is the earlier "Almost synched" version. I have no idea why this happens. there's no reason this SHOULD happen, and I have no clue how to fix this. Deleting the media cache doesn't help, and sometimes but not always the problem just seems to magically fix itself. I'm blown away that there exists a problem like this where the output file DOES NOT MATCH

Hello!I'm aware that there have been similar question asked before, but I feel that my case might be a bit different, since I couldn't find a solution to my problem.So, I have a few questions about exporting on Adobe Premiere Elements 12. I create gaming videos on YouTube. I record console games with Elgato HD (in 720p 60 fps) and PC games with Fraps (in 1080p 60 fps). The raw, non-edited video is in great quality. However, when I export the edited video, my quality drops. It's still good, but not as good as the original footage, which bothers me. I know for sure I have something wrong with my exporting settings, but I can't figure out what. I've tried rising the bitrate, but even when I set it to as high as it's possible, the quality doesn't match the original.Here are the settings I've used to export my Fraps recorded videos:Videos are usually edited to about 20-30 minutes, and with these settings the exporting takes about 2 hours.But here's the one thing that confuses me.
