Premiere Elements

I just got Premiere Elements 2026 and am opening projects done with Version 2023 to finalise them in the new version. A few open fine (they have no titles) ... but others are just empty. I get two messages during opening of the project: Then it opens, all files as project elements are in the library. However, the timeline ist empty: BUT: the project elements, that are used in the video are indicated as beeing used:  I have tried:- deleting all caches- rebooting- removing titles from video and media library- deleting all clips but one last I assume, that 1. PE 2023 stores something somewhere, that corrupts the import and 2. it has something to do with user defined titles (that are not compatible with PE 2026) Any ideas or suggestions?

I have upgraded to Adobe Premiere Elements 2026 recently. The shortcuts for Go to Previous/Next Edit Point are not working as they use to.  In older version when I press shortcut for Go to Previous/Next Edit Point, it use to navigate to the previous /next cut points, despite of Audio/Video/Track number. In this version, when I press the same key it only respects the cuts of Video Track 1. How I can fix this to behave like the older versions? 

I recently acquired a gift of a digital download of Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2026 | PC/Mac | Software Download | Photo & Video Editing | 3-year term license purchased through Newegg. I successfully downloaded and installed the applicable programs and accessed them, insuring successful implementation. However,two days later, the programs wouldn’t open and if they did, the pages were distorted. I couldn’t locate a repair option; so, I uninstalled the program(s) and attempted to start over. However, I’m now receiving error messages indicating I cannot download/install a previously used copy. I appealed to Adobe experts and one took control of my pc through remote administration and was able to successfully download and install the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026, but not the the Premiere Elements before we were disconected. Bonjour à tous les monteursJe monte à titre familial des vidéos capturées sur camescope, et mon essai d'aujourdhui ne me permet pas d'aboutir. Sur la page exporter ou partager la vidéo, j'ai bien les différentes résolutions, mais je n'ai pas la ligne qui me permet de spécifier le nom du fichier, le dossier dans lequel le ranger, et surtout le bouton permettant de lancer l'enregistrement.Ma dernière utilisation remonte à début décembre 2025 où tout avait fonctionné. La réouverture de ce .prel me donne le même défaut.J'ose espérer que ce n'est pas un problème de licence qui n'est valable que pour une durée limitée, d'autant que je suis titulaire d'une licence PE2 que je ne peux plus installer ni désinstaller car le disque dur du PC qui le contenait a planté, le disque dur changé mais Adobe ne prévoit pas ce cas de figure, et les gestes commerciaux ne sont pas dans leur culture.Merci à ceux qui ont des idées et peuvent me faire avancer.

Hello,How many generative credits are allocated with the purchase of Premiere ELements ?I can't find the answer on the Adobe site. 

I have a Macbook Pro M1 Max using Tahoe. I installed Ver 26.0.0 of Premiere Elements 2026 (see photo below). There's no Hand Tool! I hit the "H" key several times but only the selection Tool (V) remains. I then selected the timeline panel and hit "H" but no joy. I selected the Program Monitor panel and hit "H" but again, no joy. 

Premiere Elements is a horrible excuse for usable software. It crashes all of the time loosing all work that has been done even with frequent "save" requests. If this is an example of the quality of the Adobe products, I would never ever consider paying for thier "premium" products. If they can't make their simple products function corrects, why would anyone ever trust their advanced products. Deleting software and going back to "FinalCut" on my ancient Mac, at least it is reliable!!

had a 40 yr old beta tape converted to digital. They did a poor job of capturing. I have it on a thimb drive. frame size: 360x464  apspect ratio: 1.8182  Codec: Mpeg-4 avc (h264). I think the bit rate is about 4000. My Goal is to fill the frame horizontally. Right now it looks like a video from a cell phone vertically. I want to make the picture as large as possible without distortion. The picture is also dark and fuzzy. Is it possible to enlarge picture and then work on making it better (enhanced, berigthtness, contrast etc. I know the old analog was not that good to begin with. Thanks for any suggestions

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 on December 29, 2024.  It was a three year license term (Dec.29/24 - Dec.28/27).  When I try to get the software it keeps asking me to purchase it but I've already paid for a 3 year license.  How can I get the software?

Part of my video was accidentally recorded in slow motion on my phone.  Can I fix this in Premiere Elements 2026??

I have just bought PE 2026.   I am trying it for use it for the first time and I have just discovered that It does not read correctly the MTS files that my old version of PE was using without problems.   PE 2026 does not identify the audio part of the clips.   What can I do ?Fabio Colasanti

Hello all,Before purchasing an upgrade that might not work I would like to ask if it is possible to buy and install in a Mac (apple chip) the upgrade Photoshop and Premier Elements 2026. I have the 2020 product that no longer can be installed and used in my Mac (not supported by new OS). So no programs installed there but I have the disks and the serial numbers for each of the products in the 2020 bundle.Thank you very much for your time and advice.Best 

I am completely mystified by the way the video and audio tracks are displayed in the newest version. I want to have my second video audio track appear below my second video track.  I can find no way to do this, and yet it was the way they appeared in previous versions.  What am I missing here?

I have used Premiere Elements for 18 years.   Now I had to reinstall PE14 on a new computer.   It seems to be working well, but I keep getting "transcoding errors" when burning DVDs.I have changed computer and now I have one using Windows 11.    To install PE14 on it I had to disacrivate the "Memory Integrity protection" of Windows; install PE14; disactivate a driver by adding "old" to its name    (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\PxHIpa64.sysold) and reactivating the "Memory Integrity protection" of Windows.   This driver is part of the DVD burning process.I have now worked for two days on the clips of my last three-week holiday in France and I need to burn the resulting two DVDs.    To do this, I have disactivated the Windows memory protection and restored its right name to the driver I just mentioned.   Now PE14 recognises the DVD burning device.   My intention is to reactivate the protection as soon as I had

Hi All, After editing mp4 files into an adobe premiere elements 2026 file then exporting to High Quality 1080 preset my audio is out of sync with the video on the mp4 created export file.The raw footage I imported for editing is perfectly in sync. It's going out of sync on the export. Note: It does not happen all the time, just in a couple circumstances so far. And this also happened with 2020 before I upgraded to 2026. Thanks

My .pre is 2m 19s, but after exporting the .mp4 is only 2m 01s, cutting the end off. What do I do?

Prel is a great app - but a couple annoyances drive me crazy. The biggest is the position of the timeline window. There is no way to save workarea layouts and it occasionally resets, so I often need to reposition that timeline window.  My Windows utility for remembeiing window size and position does not help because that window is not savable cause it has no title. What do people do about this? Also, the dual monitor command is a joke because it ignores my dual monitor setup. And also, the Project Assets window keeps opening and getting in the way when I don't want it to. And a bunch of other little problems. Are these just annoyances that I have to live with?          Joel

I have an already-purchased version of Premiere Elements 13 which I am attempting to install on Windows 11. When I initially attempted to run the program I got the Adobe Sign-in window (which I have attached a picture of). It required me to either validate through the QRcode or use offline activation, the latter of which I tried using the request code and my serial number, but this failed to produce a response code. I tried the QRcode method and this results in nothing more than the window closing and the program not loading. Initially I was able to run the software but now all I get is the activation/log-in window and the results I have described above. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Since I upgraded from windows 10 to 11 when opening elements it asks me to sign up to a 30 free trial.I, therefore, can't access any of my previous projects or create new ones.Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I bought and installed Premiere Elements.  When I open it and click on" Photo Editor", it tells me to try a free trial.  I just bought the whole thing so why is tellingme to try a free trial?
